Positioned on the northern outskirts of the Miami metropolitan area, Jupiter enjoys a bit more breathing room than other south Florida communities. The local beaches are gorgeous, and numerous golf courses provide plenty of variety for even the most avid golfers.
In addition to the beach and the nearby golf courses, Jonathan Dickinson State Park sits directly north of Jupiter, offering a popular venue for hiking, camping, and canoeing. Baseball is big in Jupiter, with multiple major and minor league teams holding spring training in town every year. With terrific schools and one of the lowest crime rates in Florida, an apartment in Jupiter is an excellent place to raise a family.

Property Ratings at The Marino Apartments
The community looks so much better than when I first moved here. They are doing renovations and I am really excited to see the finished product. The ladies in the leasing office are so patient, personable and very sweet, always willing to help. The maintence team is great and very friendly as well. The whole team really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed, special and at home.
Not sure why there’s bad reviews for this community but I love living here! The girls in the office are the sweetest and help me out with a tough personal situation that I had. My maintenance orders are completed. Same day and I love all the upgrades they’re doing can’t wait to renew my lease next month!
Management is terrible, grounds is unkept, unsafe environment with car break-ins and vandalism.
I lived there for two years and it was not so bad in the beginning, but after the apartment complex changed ownership, it went completely downhill. Would not recommend. Extremely unorganized, the office is never open, and when they are, very unhelpful. Never received call backs. Would use their "convenient" text line, but would wait over a week for a reply. Trash service would not come often.. Just stressful and not worth it.
I lived here for 3 years and paid my rent early every month but one. The office staff harassed my then 12 year old son on the 3rd day of the grace period while I was inside and bedridden with pneumonia and he’d walked to the store to buy me Gatorade. Lease requires 30 days notice for move out. I gave 63. Left apartment in better condition than I found it, including ceiling fans I bought and installed. The rent for new tenants is over $400 more per month than mine owing to: my impeccable credit and move in special, as well as general inflation and ever increasing rents. I left a forwarding address where I was told my deposit would be sent after a week or 2 processing time. Years later I am turned down for an apartment in another state. They say Jupiter Isle has no record I ever lived there. Flag on my credit. Suddenly there’s a $2000 outstanding collection’s account for money I owe Jupiter Isle? I dispute it. Jupiter isle “verifies” an imaginary debt. I never lived there but I owe you an early move out charge and damages supposedly accrued after I left? How does any of that make the slightest bit of sense? Now i pay thousands unjustly or have my credit ruined unjustly for 7 years. Finally worth noting, my final year in this miserable place they got “concierge trash service”. Already stupid from the get go. Stinky sushi trash? Too bad. No dumpster. Must keep it in your apartment until trash day. Furthermore the guys never showed up at their scheduled time. So people have to go to work. Leave trash out. Wild animals from miles smell garbage by every door. Must be a feast day. Literally covered the entire neighbourhood in trash. Absolutely disgusting experience start to finish. Stay away. You’ve been warned.

I've lived in this neighborhood for over 11 years now and during those 11 years we went through at least 4 different corporate owners, all of which don't hold a candle to the professionalism of our current management team and ownership with Northland. I honestly have had no negative situations whatsoever to review based upon our current property owners. We switched to a fully renovated unit about a year ago and its absolutely beautiful. They're renovating all of them and this current owner has done a wonderful job with renovating these units; vinyl plank flooring, beautiful new cabinetry. No issues with ac, bugs, mold..... nothing. We do our part as responsible tenants, taking very good care of our unit, always keeping the ac at a reasonable temp to prevent mold (we live in Florida....) and on the rare occasion that we've ever needed anything repaired or tended to, its always been such an ease to contact the office and place a work order with which maintenance always responds promptly and very professionally and kind while repairing efficiently and thoroughly; this maintenance team is truly wonderful. The office staff has always been so kind and professional and always there if you need them. We've never had any issues re-signing a lease with them. The whole property is in the process of renovations and both pools look absolutely beautiful, they're getting ready to open a fitness center which we're excited about, the leasing office is brand new and has a business center within it, and they've been upgrading the outsides of all the buildings. It truly looks night and day better. The staff has been hosting neighborhood gatherings every month or so. Whether its an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos, pizza parties or Halloween trick-or-treating, they're constantly coming up with ways to get the neighborhood together to have fun and mingle. We love our unit which over looks a beautiful lake and its very peaceful at night. The neighbors are so very friendly and we've become friends with so many of them. Jupiter Isle is in a perfect location sitting right in the heart of Jupiter, close to parks, stores, schools and the beach.

If I could give zero stars I would. For what they charge you would think they might care a little bit about your well being. I have a 1 week old child and our A/C keepsgoing out. The company they use said the unit was past life expectancy and they refuse to do a permanent fix, they only want to slap bandages on every issue. Had so many issues with every aspect of this property. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Maintenance is rude and pushy and the office staff have no loyalty to you and do not care about your well being.
