The leasing agent Jasmine was very helpful and courteous on helping me understand everything I need to get the application started. She didn’t have a problem showing me one of the units in the complex. She was patient with me with the question I was asking her about the complex. I know I want to be a resident in The Mark because of the professionalisms that was displayed in the leasing office. I surely can’t wait to be a resident.Thanks Jasmine for your patience and professionalism.
I like the apartment it’s big but the rent office lady attitude is very nasty she’s disrespectful and she kicks people out just for defending there selves when she’s being disrespectful she decided not to open the pool all summer long the kids haven’t been able to enjoy themselves because of it

When I moved in to Windsor Landing it was a decent place to live. However, it has gone down. I understand the former Manager has been fired, but she let quite a few things get out of hand while she was here. It appears that they are not conducting the extensive background check like they did when I moved it. So, therefore, we have all kinds of people in the complex. I suspect some of them were not fully checked out before allowed to move in. Drugs are apparent (which I'm sure there are drugs of some sort everywhere), but let's just say it's apparent and nothing has been done about it. The swimming pool is taken over by teenagers for the past 2 years. Kids from other complexes come over and join the kids in our complex. There is no monitoring whatsoever. I haven't been to the pool in 2 years. Can't wait to leave. It's changed too much.
This apartment complex is quiet and well managed. The unit space is huge and the price is exceptional
