Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

Property Ratings at The Mark at 2600
I made the biggest mistake of my life when I moved to this apartment. It's right by the highway and is very close to the airport also the apartments aren't noise proofed so there's no sleeping to be had here. I live on the second floor and the I can tell everything that happens in my neighbors apartment. Now for the management team! They have no customer service skills, don't answer emails or phones and don't return phone calls! I have had multiple issues with them..the most recent one is wanting to upgrade to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which is clearly available on their website however here's how it works...it's not available to current residents only to newcomers. Even though we have agreed to pay the hefty transfer fee of $400 and we have waited 6 months which is what we're originally told now that we requesting the transfer, the conversation has changed "we'll do it at our discretion!!! Is what we were told yesterday. They won't allow us to move out unless we give 2 months notice and pay 85% of the rent, they won't upgrade us to a bigger apartment which is what we really need and they won't address the noisy neighborhoods! Talk about living in he'll and paying a high price for it.

Horrible office. Incompetent maintenance. Other residents tried to warn us about this place. We should have listened.

This place is a joke and over priced. In the Summer get ready to by window units and fans they can’t or won’t repair AC and in the Winter get some space heaters and lots of blanket because you can plan on being uncomfortably cold.

Management does not care. Do not fix maintenance issues. Trash on ground daily along with ample dog poop. Shootings frequently. Management is shady AF. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
These apartments are not worth it they add extra charges to your rent out the blue. There’s no lights inside the bedroom my least is up an come to find out they say I have to pay $200 extra on rent for not signing a least which I have never heard before DONT MOVE HERE

These apartments are not worth the price, are infested with roaches, and not safe at all. The new staff is friendly but no better than the last management at resolving issues. Don’t move here!!!
Don't waste your time or money with this property. By far the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. My appliances have not worked since day one. You have no type of access to the gym if you work 8-5 . The pool was closed the whole year. Management dont care to follow up on your service request. They change the status of the request to reviewed to act like they fixed the issue but they never follow up. I would give it a -5. Rats , flea and roach infestations all over the place . NOT WORTH IT. I CONTACTED THE NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT BOUGHT THE PREPERTY 3 WEEKS AGO REGARDING MY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS AND THEY HAVE NOT ACKNOWLEDGED ME AT ALL.
Service sucks, maintenance is never done on time..?the model apartment is very beautiful but the real thing you will get will make you regret your decision and worse of all the management is not concerned at all... do not sign your contract until you see what you are getting.. the gym doesn't function other than when the office is open. The swimming pool is and spa is always locked down. . My heater broke down in winter and they took a month to repair it. My ac is now broken down for a month and I have been calling the office and nothing is being done.. the kitchen disposal doesn't work and I am still reminding the office everyday. There are roaches and rodents all over with no pest control being done... AVOID IF YOU CAN
Management and the office staff are horrible. They will smile in your face, say they are going to do something but don't. There is no communication about things if they cannot fix it that day. I have contacted office about my kitchen and they have yet to come and fix it. So many freaking roaches and rodents. The people in the complex have no respect for the place, there is trash everywhere all the time. Model does not represent the rest of the apartments. You can hear people above and below you. Management doesn't keep up property and neither do residents.
Prices are different than what they post here even that I called 2 hours after this was posted
This place is not what they are trying g to make you think it is. They don't ever fixed anything but keep a smile on their face while you complain. As nice as they have it looking on the website it looks nothing g like that in person. Don't ask to see the display room ask for a tour of the entire apartments complex. The thing that gets you is how beautiful the display room is and even how well kept up it is... Once you sign the lease they will not work to keep up the apartment you are in... They have 19 million excuses for everything but like I said they do it with a smile so I guess that is supposed to make it alright
These apartment sucks. Management doesn't care. It takes forever to get anything fixed. I had a leak in the bathroom, I had to contact the management company in Atlanta before the issue got resolved and it took about two weeks. Carpet was soaked. Black mold in the bedroom closet because the water spread to that area. The parking lot is full of trash because there isn't enough dumpsters and they don't come often enough to empty the trash. Parking is horrible, un-permitted cars park in permitted spaces with no consequences. People park in the "non parking" spots. Un-permited vehicles park in handicap spaces. Some park on the sidewalks. But management doesn't care. The gates are always opened so technically it isn't a gated community. The pool was probably opened 5-7 times the entire summer then closed. The foyer light was out the entire time I was there, so you struggle to get in the apartment at night because you couldn't see anything, called it in several times. Air filters we never changed, called that in and they said they didn't have any in stock. Months later I just went and got my own. I would not recommend even if this is a temporary situation while saving money.
I don't know where they got those pictures from this place does not look like that. There's more mud and dirt than grass, the ground is all smashed up only good view is the entrance. The staff may be really nice but don't let that fool you into making a bad decision. They'll show you their lil display room but what you actually get moved into wont have any of those new accommodations they talk about. Your cabinets wont be new they'll be repainted over BADLY. Your floor wont be new it'll be a wooden mat over the old one unevenly laid out. Maintenance people wont fix anything here sometimes they don't ever come. They spend most of their time on their display room and entrance to trick you. They're an older man in a creepy van with candy and snacks and you're a young child. Don't take they candy don't fall for this place fake charm I don't even know how they have 4 stars.
Nothing ever get fixed. Staff is friendly but incompetent. They will give every excuse for not getting something fixed. Extremely poor maintenance inside and out. In short the place is a dump. You've been warned!
The staff are really friendly when applying, anything to sway you in but once they have money in hand you will no longer see that personable leasing agent. Place had roaches and AC continually going out. It's 2015 you would think that it wouldn't happen to you but it happened to me. Staff have no follow through on the issues neither.
The kids run around tearing up everything and nothing gets fixed. Been here almost a year and the gym was open once and the pool one week before getting destroyed and no consequences.
