After nine months of living at The Mark Cityplace Springwoods Village, and several years of living in high-rise buildings in NY and CA, The Mark’s property and management team ranks, among the absolute best, (if not the best) that I have ever experienced. From the initial leasing process, the staff (Cameron, Trevor and Juana) were outstanding in terms of overall knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, patience and authenticity. On an ongoing basis, the high caliber of the entire staff, including Alexis, continue to make living here most comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, the community events are creative, well-organized and lots of fun. From the outset, the high quality of the structure and design of the building made a lasting impression. Because the building is so well-designed, and well-maintained, my requests for maintenance-related issues have been minimal. My experience with the maintenance staff is commensurate with that of the office; professional, caring, proactive, and responsive. Overall, I cannot more highly recommend this community.

I am relatively new to The Mark, but I absolutely think I made the right choice to live here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Omar and Ariel from the leasing office always respond quickly to any inquiries or requests. They even plan social events which are a great way to meet your neighbors. The apartments are modern with high ceilings and the shared areas are immaculate. There is no shortage of amenities here either. There are fitness classes offered at the gym which is well equipped with both strength training and cardio equipment. The gym also overlooks the resort style pool and is the perfect place to get a workout in with the sunrise each morning. I can't think of another place that can compete with what The Mark has to offer and feel very fortunate to be a resident here.

I have been here for a year now and I was not hesitant to renew my lease at all. The office staff is very professional and polite with everyone. All issues that I have had in my apartment have been handled in a timely manner. I am happy to live at The Mark, it is by far a great place to live!

Living here less than a year so far, and it has been amazing. In the application process, I had so many questions, and Ariel was my point of contact. It must have been, over two hours, she spent answering all of my questions, so that I could make sure this apartment would be a good fit before I flew in to check it out. I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone. After moving in, she has been a friendly and funny member of the staff, sometimes if you hear laughter she is probably in her office. I have not had as much interaction with Ashley, the manager, but she is always professional and nice to me, to make sure I am getting helped when I have questions, even it she looks busy, which I appreciate. Morgan, Omar, and Terry are the heart of the operation. I have trouble carrying packages, and all three associates have helped, on so many occasions, to carry my packages to my apartment, which I appreciate immensely, or answer questions, or anything that they can think of. I am always glad to see them, and they are kind to treat me as a neighbor, as a friend. It makes this a nice place to live. There's coffee in the lobby, too. I have not had any significant problems with my apartment, but on occasion I have needed a couple of things looked at, which is normal in every apartment building. The maintenance staff has been prompt, patient, and always gets the job done. The movie theater has just opened up, and if you don't watch movies, check out the restaurant bar anyway, the egg rolls and apple pie are both divine. Residents get a discount at the Marriott restaurant, which is also pretty great, try their omelettes. I expect many more shops and restaurants will open up next year, which will make this a very busy area, and I am excited for the sense of community that the staff is fostering, in preparation for the CityPlace shops and businesses that will make this an even more fun area to live in. I think my favorite amenity is the library on the fifth floor, it is always quiet, and has good wifi, perfect for studying.

This is such a great staff and my apartment is amazing! No one in this area can come close to The Mark.
I have lived in two (2) previous Fein properties. Both were great, but The Mark in Springwoods Village has exceeded all of my expectations. The staff, led by Ashley, appear to have been promoted within the Fein company, and we now have the best-of-the-best. Everything I have asked them to do they have moved quickly to satisfy any needs I have had since I moved in. I know I will be living here for a long, long time. How can I give the six or seven stars?
