The Mark at Cityscape

Always great customer service from Ellen and Chris in our office, and also great customer service from our maintenance crew! It’s a pleasure living at The Mark at city Scape!

The first year was awesome and then since the new year it’s been terrible no communication to the people that live here .

Love the community, location, & staff! Great place to live!!

The Mark is one of the rarest of gems. It is well fun (understatement) and super clean. But what makes the Mark my forever home are the staff. Best place I ever lived.

The Mark is my forever home. Been here since December 2015. The staff - Chris and Ellen and maintenance - RIch and Joe are truly a cut above the rest. I have never seen such a clean building, nary a piece of garbage and no bugs or dirt. The facility is a ten. My only complaint is the neighbors - they are very noisy and I find that inconsiderate. But that is nothing to do with the building or staff. Best place to live.

The Mark is the most well run apartment complex I have ever seen. They keep it super clean, Chris, Rich, Joe, Lloyd the entire staff are warm, caring and so competent. Greatest place to live.

Location is great. Accommodations, size, comfort are fair. Would like to have more direct communication with on-site staff. Makes it very impersonal that the number to the office rings to a call center and is answered by someone in Idaho rather than someone who can help with the immediate need.

Location and staffs are good but there are some points of facilities to be improved.

The Mark is unlike any place you could live at. Yes, the location is great and the apartments are spacious but it is the staff/maintenance and Chris and Kenny that make it so special. It is a rental but more to me than that - my home.

The Mark is very well located , I can walk everywhere for my immediate needs.

The positive reviews were written by friends and family of the staff. Or by fake review services! This place needs to be shut down for extremely bad quality and awful service. This is a lousy excuse of an "apartment". Extremely loud, dirty hallways, horrible parking structure that is shared by the valet parking and street people. Beware of this building and it's unacceptably inflated lease cost.

The apartment, the views, amenities, location, pet friendly although you would not know it because it is always clean and welcoming! The staff is always approachable, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly! Kenneth always goes above and beyond assisting; the concierge and the maintenance staff are always very helpful and friendly! I really enjoy living at The Mark!

When you think of living in the heart of downtown Boca this is everything you could imagine and more! Beautiful building, gorgeous apartments, great amenities, friendly and professional staff! We love it!

Yes I moved in the Mark about 15 months ago and decided to move into a studio apt that was surprisingly a very comfortable apt I didnt feel that I was in typical dark very small apt so I stayed in that apt for a year then decided to renew my lease for another year so I did however one day I noticed workers preparing a 1 bedroom directly across my studio so I Went down and asked Kenneth who btw is a perfect gentleman and always a pleasure to talk to about the new 1 bedroom and my luck Ken looked into it and got back to me the next day that it was mine if I was interested now iam in and absolutely love living here!!! I am one of the original tenants at the Mark - over 5 years and it is and has already been home. The staff are the best I have ever seen. I love it here.

This is the best community to live in if you choose Boca Raton to reside. Leasing team is amazing, maintenance team awesome, great location, & The Mark is always treating their residents to something special. I love it here!!

This modern and clean apartment complex is well managed, well located, clean and a comfortable place to reside. The residents tend to be locals due the fact the leases are seven months or longer. Nice pool.

The Mark is a great place to live and has been my home for over 5 years now! Yes, its expensive but the location cannot be beat and the management staff are second to none!

We are very happy with The Mark and the staff here. We are here part time and your staff puts us at ease and is willing to help us take care of things when we are not there, especially during this Covid 19 pandemic, where it is difficult to get there from our home in NY

The Mark makes living easy. I never worry about any issues around the place, the service is fast and professional. I have only good things to say about Jill and her entire team!!!

Coming from Manhattan, I wasn't sure how I'd take to a building that didn't have a 24/7 doorman/concierge with around the clock security. So far, there haven't been any issues - I feel very safe in the building, the common areas are kept very clean, and the area just outside the building is very well taken care of. The pool is amazing, and the residents seem pretty nice. Kenneth has been an absolute godsend - he's resolved any outstanding issues flawlessly and and he does it with a great attitude. I'm very happy with my choice of living here.

We love living at The Mark. Its a beautifully maintained building with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of downtown Boca with everything right outside your door.

Best amenities and service in Boca Raton!
