Huntington Place is a collection of subdivisions on either side of Vance Jackson Road. This neighborhood is located on the east side of I-10, about 10 miles northwest of Downtown San Antonio. Commuters taking I-10 can reach the city in less than 20 minutes, making it an attractive option for those seeking a quieter, more suburban lifestyle near the heart of San Antonio. While no shops or restaurants are available within the residential area, Huntington Place is close to a variety of shops just outside the neighborhood. Another shopping complex, Huebner Oaks Center, is located to the south of the neighborhood along Huebner Road. The Mark is a terrible, unsafe property. One garage gate is dangling after someone bashed into it. It's been broken for about 3 months. The other gates are also frequently broken. It's been reported there are homeless people sleeping in the halls. The roach problem is consistently bad. The property manager is unprofessional. The hallways are filthy, dead roaches/bugs everywhere and it's so neglected, there are cobwebs!

I am a current resident. Pros: 1. Good locality (Opposite to Regal oaks ) many good restaurants in the area , everything is nearby 2. 5 store garage parking (floor level parking) 3. Good security (has lock at almost every entrance which requires a fob to enter) 4. Maintenance and response from leasing offices is ok Cons There are two buildings to the either side of the garage. First and Main building which has leasing office mailroom and luxer boxes. Second building which was built later as part of expansion If you reside in the second building everything is difficult - long distance to luxer boxes mailing room every time you get a package you will find it difficult to carry it back to your home (second building), it would be worse if it is a heavy package - There is no proper parking location to park your uhaul truck or delivery truck and you have to go a long way (in some cases you have to go to third floor and go through the lift to come to ground floor when you are in second building) making it literally three time the effort the work to shift all your luggage compared to first building(in case of moving in and moving out) -There is a call to open the door, any guest or pizza delivery guy can enter our apartment number and a call comes to the lease owners phone which will allow us to open the lock without us going all the way to the gate to unlock. But this is only available for the main building the second building people don’t have this luxury meaning you have to go to the main gate or leasing office every time you get a.pizza delivery or some guest visits you - As I said you will have to face some difficulties for Amazon orders as well My apartment was not cleaned on our moving time. When I reached out to leasing office I was not satisfied with their response. They didn’t offer any compensation. I did ask would you guys not fine me if I didn’t clean the apartment when I move out no answer from them Despite all these inconveniences the rent is same in both buildings. I would suggest make sure which building you are getting into before renting

The apartments are so beautiful! I toured with Sydney and she helped me find an apartment I want to live in. They have a 5 story parking garage and are pet friendly. They have a pet salon and a pet park. I can’t wait to live here! Thank you!

The apartment seems great at first, and they are beautifully designed. However, their maintenance team takes forever to fix the orders you put in because of their "high move-in volume" and trying to get other apartments ready for move-in. Also, our apartment we live in is infested with ants, and their only sulotuon is to send pest control who says they can only spray for ants every 2 weeks. So we have been forced to live in an ant infested apartment since we moved in. We showed the office and management and owners of the complex that they were here since before we moved in. There are also tons of ants at the pool, and centipedes in the yoga room that they never take care of when we bring to their attention. We've talked to neighbors and asked if they have similar issues which they have all told us, if it wasn't an ant issues, they had roaches! These apartments are so beautiful and very well designed, however the are infested with insects and the front office and maintenance doesn't seem to want to deal with issues of current residence because they are too focused and getting moved in... to their infested apartments! Please don't be fooled! We wish we would have never signed a lease here.

I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding and I truly hope we can meet in person should you feel that you are truly not having a positive living experience. This past summer we experienced extreme Summer Heat and little to no rainfall. Texas is host to many different types of insects who at this time were seeking water and shelter from the sun. We worked diligently with our pest control company to treat the Community. The last 45 days have welcomed large amounts of rain that have not only helped our aquifer but have beatified our Community even more and we still treat weekly for any types of pest control needs your neighbors and maybe yourself still may request. Our service team perform quarterly and monthly inspections in residents homes to help troubleshoot any service issues that may arise. We have added another team member recently and we do follow back on completed service request. Again, Thank you for leaving your review.
