The delay in addressing wasps in the unit sucked. I consider that a pretty serious issue, but I guess it isn't to maintenance.
I would highly recommend this community to friends/family. The locations is so convenient to really anything & for the price & quality of the overall living experience your getting a deal!
I would recommend this apartment community because it was upscale, beautiful and had an awesome office staff. I didn't want to move.
It is very well managed and communications are excellent. Staff is always on top of things and the resident portal is excellent. All spaces are very clean and neat including the gym
Because of recent flooding I don'??t have internet access without saying anything she just grabbed a laptop and let me start my application perfect.
I believe the management company tried to keep the amenities well maintained but the residents would never pick up after their dogs and that was frustrating. We would always see dog poop in the hallways or in the parking lot and even outside our apartment. We would always see cars with broken windows and that did not feel safe. Other than that we enjoyed living in our apartment and the staff was always helpful.
The carpets in the hallways are not being cleaned often enough. They are filthy and smelly with trash leaks and dog urine. Especially close to exits and elevators. It's embarrassing when you have guests.
It's a little over priced and the community is not that friendly
I would recommend them to move AWAY from the hwy... but then they are going to realize there are nicer Kitchen/layouts at other apartments around... around the same price.
I would recommend The Mark to any and everyone because they care, the homes are amazing, and I have had nothing but a positive experience living there.
There seems to be a lot of illegal drug use going on that I would be hesitant to recommend the complex. I’ve also heard that cars are getting broken into often so I’m not sure my visitors feel safe visiting and parking their cars in the garage.
I personally rather not live near family or friends. Lol. However, I love my new place and hope to live here for a while.
The Mark at Midtown Park is beautiful. I love my apartment but the first day I moved in I smelled marijuana (weed) in the hallway. The assigned parking is really far from my unit. I wanted to rent out the clubhouse for my birthday party but the hours are too short. The party would have to end at 11:30pm, too early for a grown up party to end.
Both courtyard flower beds have old dirty looking mulch that needs replacement. Looks like the original mulch from when they built the place. Downgrades the look of the community.
The apartments are very nice and staff was extremely helpful
I am very impressed with the maintenance. When I moved in on Sunday, my stove was not on and my Mom dropped her earring down the sink. After coming back from running errands, not only was my stove on but they also found my Mom's earring. I really do appreciate their efforts, I'm already feeling at home!
It depends on the person and their lifestyle. It has nothing to do with the community.
David, Zach, Rosa, Angela & Honer have made our experience at The Mark great so far, and we've really enjoyed our unit and the community as a whole!
Rosa has been perfect, & in her absence Angela was awesome as well. Both super sweet & patient with me. When I?ve called Zack & David have both been pleasant to speak with also. Everyone has been very informative, and truly seemed to want to help.
It's easily accessible to major highways so makes the commute easier. Love it is so close to major highways, yet is quiet, no highway noise. The community is clean and pristine.
Great leasing staff and amenities are nice. I wish the landscaping wasn?t dead but I know we had a hot summer.
No place to charge electric cars. Need to install a charging station or two for residents and especially future residents.
yes
No charging station for my car. They said they were getting to get one 8 months ago but have have not done so yet. The charging station they said they were going to get was one of the main reasons I chose the Mark in the first place.
The apartment has been a wonderful experience. I will say that the walls are extremely thin, and we are constantly hearing our neighbors above us. Other than that, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far.
The Mark is the best property I have ever lived. Although I have never attended an event, but that is one of the main things that made me love this place. Always holding events for the residents to attend & get to know each other. The one thing I absolutely hate is the thin walls/ poor installation. I can hear a pen drop from my apartment to the elevator (which is about 50-75 feet away. It?s so annoying! Other than everything else is a TEN!
