Property Ratings at The Mark at Salem Station
I lived there for 8 months and loved it; the only reason I moved out was to be closer to my out-of-state family. I've had apartments all over the country and this is one of the best I've ever lived in. Mine overlooked a lake, and the setting could not have been better considering it is in a very urban area. The maintenance and administrative staffs are top notch and everything is kept in good shape. Neighbors are all very considerate of each other and wonderful to be around. The apartments are solidly built and floor layouts are both functional and comfortable. Special shout-out to Heather, the Assistant Manager, who goes out of her way to make everyone feel as though they are family. Highly recommended

This place is infested and they refuse to deal with the situation properly

We take reports of pests seriously and have procedures in place to combat this issue should it ever arise. Please contact the office at your earliest convenience so that we can schedule professional pest control to address this situation in your home. Thank you.
I lived here for a little over two years and haven’t been disappointed at all. These guys are totally amazing! From the office staff all the way to the maintenance staff, they are kind, courteous and will say hello if they see you outside. I honestly do wish that I could have stayed but left the state due to work. The apartments are nice. The area is quiet (with the occasional quack from a duck) and safe, which were the biggest pluses for me. The office does always keep you informed of things and are always helpful if you have any questions or concerns.
We have been living in the marks for 2 years now & we love it! The staff are all amazing and very helpful with any problems we may have. It was very quiet here &;kid friendly! The gym & tanning bed are always clean and equipment is always in great condition! I highly recommend the marks!
Management is decent and responsive, maintenance is nice. This is the median on the bell curve of places to live in this area, although, too overpriced. Corners are cut in the maintenance department, but I don't know that I've ever seen a maintenance department at an apartment complex NOT cut some corners.
