Property Ratings at The Mark
Maintenance will not fix your issues. They will simply come to your apartment and promise a resolution that will never happen. The elevator will have dog urine on the floor at least 4 days out of the week. This and the awful smell of unwashed dog that lingers from the dogs sitting on the elevator floor. Welcome home! The scraping sound in the elevator will make you think you are about to drop down to the basement like a scene from the movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith. No need for a white noise machine, the nonstop sound of water running over your head at night is free. They will tell you it’s the HVAC. The continuous smell of weed flowing into your apartment due to the unsealed door jams will give you a nice club vibe. They send community post that violators will be fined but that doesn’t stop it. They promise luxury and charge you for it, but living here is far from luxury. Save your money and the credit inquiry and apply anywhere else.
