My family moved from California to Texas and had a tight move in schedule. The wonderful ladies here at The Mark on Conquest helped us get our application in and walked us through the entire process. If we had any questions all we had to do was ask they were able to help us. Every one working here is nice and kind. On top of that the complex is beautiful and spacious and the area around the complex isn't loud. Highly recommend this complex.

The management here is terrible they don’t care about anyone’s wellbeing just getting that pay check. Trash sits for days, pools are gross, and dog poop everywhere. Manager is very disrespectful and shouldn’t be in property management.

For a brand new apartment it’s been on problem after another, the office worker Ava has done a sub par job. When we first moved in we put in several work order and our keys didn’t work even after getting a second set made, and it’s like pulling teeth getting any kind to response back. It’s been one issue after another and with the latest being the work order finally being put in and closed out with nothing being done about it other than them coming and looking at it and we were told if we referred anyone and they used us as a reference that we would be compensated for it, well even after my referral telling her who referred them and putting it down in the application it was ignored and changed to where it showed no referral and they she lied about them telling her. We will not be renewing our lease hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Dear Casey, we're sorry to see this review. It's never our intention to disappoint our valued residents, and we hope you'll contact us directly at markonconquest@zrsmanagement.com to allow us an opportunity to assuage your frustrations and regain your confidence. Thank you.
I’ve lived here since June 2020, me and my husband are some of the longest standing residents here. Everything was perfect up until a few months ago. We got new management and it’s been horrible. We used to rave about this apartment complex to our friends and family but it’s turned into a nightmare. The office will not take care of your concerns unless you get angry or have a police officer with you. We have had two different instances of someone trying to break into our apartment but we were gaslighted by our management into believing we were overreacting. When our locks were fixed from the latest break in attempt, the maintenance guy even said our lock was blatantly messed with. The office refuses to look at camera footage because they haven’t figured out how to use the software. No, seriously, that’s what they told us. The pools are always full of people, often non-residents that get in through the always broken gates. We even saw people having sex in the pool in broad daylight before, nothing was done about that either. The dog park is full of waste and cigarette butts. People speed like crazy through the parking lot, around blind turns, past people and pets. Old management was working on getting speed bumps put in but new management has no idea what we’re talking about and refuses to take action against the dangerous driving. We have a first floor apartment that has seen abuse from our upstairs neighbors. Can you believe we’ve had three occasions of water damage? All due to our neighbors negligence. Not to mention our yard is a dumping ground for random trash, kid toys, and dirty mop water. We pay an extra $100 a month for that. Oh and all the outside lights surrounding two buildings and the dog park have been out for weeks. It’s pitch dark around a heavily trafficked area for both pedestrians and vehicles. Maintenance requests have been filed but the office gate keeps those requests based on what they want to fix and when. They kept saying “lights have been ordered” but somehow maintenance got the request to fix them today? Weeks after the request was filed and the office kept saying their waiting on their light order. Just another instance of the office and their avoidant strategies. Or incompetence. I would hate to think our office is purposely being negligent of their residents.

We moved in a few months ago and absolutely LOVE it here. Having a private yard for our dogs in addition to the dog park has made the transition to apartment living easier on all of us. The amenities are the best and being in a brand new apartment is just want we wanted! Hands down the best with great management!

The staff here is absolutely hands down the best apartment staff that I have ever encountered through this journey of life. They made it so easy for me to move in and make this place my home. Thank you staff, Samantha and Mikaila you are an amazing team. Keep up the great work. I absolutely loved the welcome that I received. Thank you all so very much. Laura

From the moment I came to tour the apartments Samantha and Michaela in the front office were so kind, answering all of my questions and concerns. From there it just continue to get better. the apartments are gorgeous and spacious inside. Having the garage right across from my apartment a big plus. The pool is absolutely amazing. Not to mention the huge fire pit, the golf area. My grandson is going to have so much fun when he comes to visit. I am super excited for the weather to warm up to be able to enjoy all of it. Thanks Lorine
This is the only apartment I've seen that has 10-foot ceilings! Makes a huge difference! Clubhouse and pool area are awesome---like a Vegas style pool with all the lounge areas. Staff is very helpful. Glass showers and no carpet are great, too. Pretty cool to have all these amenities without the hustle and bustle of being in the city.
