Rincon Heights sits directly south of the University of Arizona, less than two miles east of downtown Tucson. The area's architecture, with influences such as 1920s to 1940s Revival, bungalow, and Spanish Revival, gives the neighborhood a distinct vibe, and rental opportunities here include many ranch-style homes.
Locals actively work to improve the neighborhood by planting rain gardens and trees, creating green spaces in the middle of the city. Residents with green thumbs gather at the community garden, while others connect at the neighborhood pocket park. Choose two feet or two wheels to get around Rincon Heights, as the neighborhood prides itself on high walkability and bicycling scores.
Fill up on noodles, dumplings, and more made from scratch daily at the China Pasta House. The Brew of a Sports Grill serves up your classic bar and grill fare with a wide selection of beer on tap. Cool off on hot Tucson days with cold treats from Sonoran Snoballs.

Property Ratings at The Mark Tucson
Wish I would’ve know before coming here that we were going to be promised the wrong room and then refused to change it. Was promised a balcony and more and gave us nothing close to what was requested
This is my second year living at the mark and things just continue to get worse. The complete lack of care from the staff is very obvious as there are multiple door sensors that are broken along with the garage being broken constantly allowing anyone access to the buildings. There are numerous homeless people that live around the area and have been seen by the staff whose solution to this problem was to email the residents to lock their doors instead of actually doing anything. As of late, my apartment was recently broken into by some random person just roaming the halls. We had several things stolen including keys to a car which was then stolen and the apartment which they made my roommates and I pay to replace. Overall this place would be so much better if management could get things in order but this has been going on for two straight years and is not the first time I have been burglarized the first being someone breaking into my car. If you could live literally anywhere else I would highly recommend doing so.
There’s no security, expect everything to be broken, repairs take months, don’t even bother putting in maintenance requests, and the place always smells like garbage, don’t waste your time or money
Terrible place to live, no security. Filthy hallways and parking garage. Pools and hot tubs are disgusting. Overrated and overpriced. Management puts bandaids on problems but never finds a solution. If you are a parent or a student rent anywhere but the Mark Tucson.
The Mark Tucson is an absolute joke of a place to live at. Management talks bad about their residents all the time. When something goes wrong in my apartment or the community they don’t own up to it. Good luck trying to get any help from their corporate site as well. If you are attending the University of Arizona, definitely look elsewhere for an apartment.
I wouldn't let my worst enemy rent here. This place is disgusting, the management can't control anything. The place is falling apart. There are homeless people wandering the halls. The trash is everywhere. There is NO security. Maintenance is rude and it takes days if not months to fix anything. There are so many other better options.
