I moved out & turned in my keys on 8/28/25. My apartment was left spotless. My lease ended on 9/5/25 & I was still charged $394 for the remaining rent on my lease, while management had the opportunity to rent my apartment. Contractually, yes I did have the remaining 8 days on my lease. Ethically, the right thing to do would to change the move out date & let me out of the remaining 5 days (9/1 - 9/5) of the lease. I feel like The Marks/Greystar stole $394 from me.

The management team is very welcoming and kind from the moment you step into their office. The community is in easy distance of a park (which is a bonus for dog owners) and within driving distance of many shops/restaurants. Neighbors are friendly and relatively quiet in comparison to other apartments I've lived in.

I moved to The Marks a few months ago and it’s been a positive experience so far. The grounds are usually kept clean and tidy, and the office staff have been responsive and accommodating. I had a maintenance issue at one point and Zach in the office was super helpful in helping me get it solved. My neighbors have been quiet and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult finding parking late at night, but I’ve always been able to eventually find a spot. Overall, it’s been a good experience living here.

Hands-down the greatest property, staff are amazing(Jacob is the best!!), and the apartments offer competitive pricing . Leasing office has a workout facility and the entire area around is easy to navigate. The Marks are ahead of the curve!!

Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. Branden has helped me a couple times and called out a plumber for me, with which I have had no issues. Demarco is also always a great help to me!

I've been here for two years and plan to stay longer. Neighbors are polite and keep to themselves. Maintenance is consistent and responsive. Especially Brandon and Frankie. Leasing office are super friendly and helpful. Had a couple issues living here and Demarco and Jacob always took very good care of me every time. Definitely recommend the gym, saves me a membership and everyone who works out is friendly and happy to make suggestions on form and diet. Club houses as great spaces to study or host, plus the pools in summer are kept clean and BBQs are wonderful too.

- Car’s gotten stolen twice (management does nothing to improve it) - Management never informed Xcel Energy I was a resident & I received vacant fees totaling up to 300 monthly - Water pressure is weak & smells like hose water - Kills squirrels in the most inhumane way, half dead squirrels are left on the property to suffer (can’t be safe for dogs) - When I moved in there was a ring of brown stains under the toilet & in the shower. Impossible to scrub off. - buildings near Hampden constantly hear sirens/loud cars - bathroom fan sounded like it was about to explode. - occasional fly gets in, & when they do, they are giant I wish I was exaggerating.

The marks has been a wonderful place to live. Very clean, quiet and nice to come home too. All of the staff- maintainence and leasing has been wonderful to work with and have always been helpful with anything I have needed!

Walls and ceilings/floors are VERY thin. Overpriced for the space and appliances you're getting. Management isn't very good about responding to noise complaints. My upstairs neighbors dogs was peeing on their patio, and management's still hasn't done anything about it, despite sending several emails about it. The app used for rent/notifications/communication is VERY user-UNfriendly. Hope you like 3 accounts just to pay rent and see your lease documents. Seriously, go back to the old website, the app sucks.

Caution: any promises having to do with a non smoking community are false. You’ll get the usual sweet talk and treated excellently through your first month of living here and then they’ll move on to the next sale. The maintenance crew does a good job, but make sure you’re around when they come to fix something up.

The Marks is an incredibly friendly, and welcoming community. From the moment I came in for my tour, Faith was beyond kind and explained everything so well. I ended up signing after my tour! Loving my unit and overall neighborhood feel of the complex. It is also nice they have two clubhouses, of which are impeccably updated and designed. Highly recommend this community, ever since its redo, they have been scoring in all the right ways that ensure I am in a safe, and peaceful community.

The Marks has been an amazing living arrangement since the day I moved in! The environment is so peaceful accompanied by a beautiful living space. The amenities included at the marks; multiple clubhouses, pools/hot tubs, gym, paw spa, ski simulator and more, are such a luxury to have! This is definitely the place to be! :)

I recently experienced an emergency maintenance issue and was met with exceptional compassion and professionalism. I deeply appreciate how the maintenance team handled my situation with urgency. Within two hours of my initial call, my issue was completely resolved, despite it being quite a mess. Everyone I encountered today—the leasing office, the maintenance team, the plumber, and the carpet cleaning service—was very polite, informative, and professional. I am truly grateful to The Marks for treating me, a satisfied tenant, with such care.

The Marks at Cherry Hills is a wonderful place to live! The neighborhood is gorgeous, the amenities are fantastic, and when there’s something that needs fixing the maintenance team is always on top of it. The leasing team is friendly, courteous, and always happy to help. Living here has been the best experience I’ve been lucky enough to have with an apartment community.

We were sold on this apartment primarily because of the leasing staff and the layout of the apartment unit itself. Faith in particular made us feel very peaceful, confident, and comfortable in our decision to live here. She went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and were completely satisfied. She has been very accommodating and patient with all of our questions and concerns. She is such a joy and pleasant person to talk with. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy and exactly what we were looking for. It’s so spacious yet super cozy. We feel right at home!

The experience was amazing I really appreciate faith. She was awesome welcoming and Very kind Ultimately this is the reason why we chose this facility. After being here for a bit there are some concerns of cleanliness in the entry ways. And some daily maintenance outside of that this is been a great experience so far. I do recommend the marks for anybody looking for Convenient place to rent.
