The Marks has been phenomenal in every aspect! Intentional about building community, great communication and response to service requests, top notch amenities, great area, you name it. Would move here again all over.

Caution: any promises having to do with a non smoking community are false. You’ll get the usual sweet talk and treated excellently through your first month of living here and then they’ll move on to the next sale. The maintenance crew does a good job, but make sure you’re around when they come to fix something up.

The Marks is an incredibly friendly, and welcoming community. From the moment I came in for my tour, Faith was beyond kind and explained everything so well. I ended up signing after my tour! Loving my unit and overall neighborhood feel of the complex. It is also nice they have two clubhouses, of which are impeccably updated and designed. Highly recommend this community, ever since its redo, they have been scoring in all the right ways that ensure I am in a safe, and peaceful community.

The Marks has been an amazing living arrangement since the day I moved in! The environment is so peaceful accompanied by a beautiful living space. The amenities included at the marks; multiple clubhouses, pools/hot tubs, gym, paw spa, ski simulator and more, are such a luxury to have! This is definitely the place to be! :)

Very fast response. The first visit didn't do anything so it was determined that we needed a new hot water heater since it was 8 yrs old. Thank you again for your understanding. :)

I recently experienced an emergency maintenance issue and was met with exceptional compassion and professionalism. I deeply appreciate how the maintenance team handled my situation with urgency. Within two hours of my initial call, my issue was completely resolved, despite it being quite a mess. Everyone I encountered today—the leasing office, the maintenance team, the plumber, and the carpet cleaning service—was very polite, informative, and professional. I am truly grateful to The Marks for treating me, a satisfied tenant, with such care.

The Marks at Cherry Hills is a wonderful place to live! The neighborhood is gorgeous, the amenities are fantastic, and when there’s something that needs fixing the maintenance team is always on top of it. The leasing team is friendly, courteous, and always happy to help. Living here has been the best experience I’ve been lucky enough to have with an apartment community.

We were sold on this apartment primarily because of the leasing staff and the layout of the apartment unit itself. Faith in particular made us feel very peaceful, confident, and comfortable in our decision to live here. She went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and were completely satisfied. She has been very accommodating and patient with all of our questions and concerns. She is such a joy and pleasant person to talk with. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy and exactly what we were looking for. It’s so spacious yet super cozy. We feel right at home!

The experience was amazing I really appreciate faith. She was awesome welcoming and Very kind Ultimately this is the reason why we chose this facility. After being here for a bit there are some concerns of cleanliness in the entry ways. And some daily maintenance outside of that this is been a great experience so far. I do recommend the marks for anybody looking for Convenient place to rent.

The Marks have been great! There have been some unfortunate events in my apartment, but with how timely maintenance is, I know I am in good hands. Their communication is great and they solve the problem fast—good job to the Marks and their maintenance team.

As a resident of The Marks for 4 years now, I have been able to really get to know all of the leasing staff and the maintenance staff and they are all great. They always make me feel welcome and personally greet me whenever possible. Shout out to Adelina, Faith, Jacob, Lucas, and Brittany on the leasing team and Branden, Phil (who doesn't work at this property anymore but he has always done great work whenever he came out to my apartment), Carlos, Sam, Greg, Ray, and Frankie on the maintenance team. I love the community events they put on periodically as I have actually been able to meet some neighbors that way and they were fun! The amenities here are so amazing all of them but my personal favorite is the 24/7/365 access to the coffee machine! The fitness center is amazing and I really love the B side clubhouse and go work from there sometimes to get out of the apartment. The pools are amazing and I really love the outdoor furniture and the gas grills that we have access to. The renovations that were done are so lovely compared to what was there before. Really nice community spaces.

The move in process was super smooth! The leasing office is awesome, Faith goes above and beyond to ensure everything goes right.

DO NOT LIVE HERE OR ANY OTHER GREYSTAR COMMUNITY!!!!! These people are so unprofessional and unethical. I almost never write bad reviews as I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, and figure they are having an off day. But I have been dealing with this company for months now trying to resolve a billing issue that they over charged me nearly $2,000 on. The staff tells me one thing, then they go and do something completely different. My final call was with the billing management for all the Greystar communities and she just told me “sorry, we are not going to fix our mistake, it you want you can find a lawyer and sue us.” They are clearly used to and comfortable with taking your money and doing bad business knowing they will get away with it. Just stay away, I promise the cute decore in the lobby and pool house are not worth it!

Marks is such a great community! They are so kind and dedicated to caring for their tenants. I am blessed to be here.

I really love the location here. The neighborhood is quiet. Residents are friendly or keep to themselves. Lots of natural light. The gym amenity is great too!

I met with faith when touring the marks. Her energy and positivity is half of what made me want to sign with the marks! Staff has been amazing this far. I am excited to start living in my first one bed apartment in this community!

Our apartment boasted plenty of windows, an updated layout, and a nice community vibe with large trees and generally peaceful surroundings. Unfortunately, the amenities and staff didn't live up to expectations. The pool(s) were always randomly closed, and the hot tubs even more frequently. The B side pool and hot tub were... pretty gross. Old infrastructure aside, the staff were the most incompetent, unresponsive property managers my Husband or I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rather than echoing the other reviews from folks who shared similar experiences (It is all true folks - Beginning with poor communication when trying to sign a lease all the way to them still billing us for things even after we've paid our final bill and moved out), I will share a story that is funny, but also completely inappropriate. I reached out to management asking if I could book one of the clubhouses for my sister's birthday so a small group of family (including kids) could get together and celebrate. They responded saying "no need to book, you can go ahead and just use it". Great. On the day of the party, we were enjoying ourselves eating cake and opening presents when Caley, one of the property management staff, came through the clubhouse. She noticed that someone had propped a door open and interrupted our group to tell us that was not allowed. We apologized, but before we could correct the problem she gestured at our group rudely and said "we're done here, you need to leave". I asked if the clubhouse was closing, and she said no. So I asked if she was kicking us out, and she just stared for a minute and then said, "You can't prop the doors open". I said "yes, we understand" as I proceeded to remove the item holding the door open. She reprimanded me once more, saying not to do it again, and left. I don't even know who actually propped it open. I get rules. I appreciate a polite learning opportunity. The way this situation was handled was extremely inappropriate and left us all very uncomfortable. I wrote the management team to make them aware of the incident and never heard back. This occurrence about sums up our entire experience dealing with The Marks staff. You can live in nicer apartments in working communities with more competent staff for the same amount or less than The Marks. Save yourself the headaches.

The amenities are First Class, and the staff is too.

There are so many benefits of living at the Marks-the helpful staff, quick responses to maintenance needs, the pools, fitness center and the locality. We love it here!

I've been a resident for a year. Office staff are always very kind and thoughtful. Most of the staff live on property so issues are resolved pretty quickly. Especially maintenance concerns, the team members are literally your neighbor. They all seem to care about what they do and are always friendly and thorough. Moving in had some challenges and Adelina was very intentful in resolving them. Definitely intend to stay here for a few years. Regular pest maintenance, very good groundskeeping, and the clubhouses are awesome.

I truly appreciate the quiet environment and I believe it is a safe place to live and the employees are really nice people.

I'm 67 years old and between the military life and moving for my engineer husband's jobs, the Marks is one of THE best places I've lived at (53 places!). The staff treats you as if they were your friend, they go out of there way to quickly accommodate requests, and the entire community is made up of quiet and friendly people. We are very happy here!

I moved back to The Marks after 19 years. The complex is still very well maintained, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. For my needs, the location is very convenient - to downtown, the mountains, DTC, and key places I must visit regularly.

The Marks is a cozy community located very close to my job and many stores I use daily. I love living here because the grounds are kept up beautifully and everyone is very friendly. My apartment is updated with beautiful appliances and the layout makes me feel at home.

The Marks is a very cute community and I enjoy living here as a young professional/entrepreneur. I would like rent to be slightly more affordable in terms of all the mishaps I've had but that would be my only complaint.

Lived there for 3 years. I enjoyed living in the apartments, they are nice, the area is great, the amenities are awesome, and living in Englewood is pretty great. The reason why I give this place 3 stars is because every time I had to deal with the leasing office beyond asking something simple from the front desk people, it always seemed like a chore. It is always a chore just to get a hold of the office when you call, so just save yourself time and go in, moving out seemed to be a chore in just getting things straightened out, and every time I dealt with the office in the three years it just felt like I put in way more effort than needed of simple things. Property is a 5/5, I would say their maintence crew in my opinion was a 5/5, their amenities was a 5/5, but dealing with the office at any point with anything made it 3/5. To be clear, I never had a really negative experience, nor was anyone ever rude, but it was enough times that I dealt with the office and had to reach out more than I needed to only to be met with an unanswered phone call or having to call when I should've been reached out to on something that it made me feel the need to give 3 stars.

I just moved into The Marks and love living here. It is a great location, functional floor plans and very helpful staff.

The Marks is a very attractive community. Besides being pleasant to the eye and well maintained on the outside, I am very comfortable and satisfied with my apartment. The entire staff has almost always been attentive and helpful in understanding my needs and responding with compassion to my concerns and issues. My only complaint, which is very common and understandable is the high cost to live here, the horrendous rent increases imposed at every renewal, and the resulting concern that I may be unable to afford future rent increases and be forced to move out, regrettably, and seek a residence with more reasonable and affordable rent.

The leasing office staff are super friendly before and after move in. It feels like I’m actually a part of the community and I love that. Move in was made super easy and they really worked with me to make sure the application process was easy and successful. The property is super well maintained and peaceful.

Caley from the Leasing Office is a real delight and very professional. She answered all my questions, gave me a great tour, and worked to make sure everything was set for my move in. I really appreciate the friendly staff (Caley & Hallie) who work to make sure everything is on track and you're happy.

The Marks is a great place to live! Staff is always kind and ready to help. We love all of the paths and grass areas provided to take our new puppy out along with shopping centers nearby!

I moved into the Marks September 2020 and am on my 3rd lease. I love living here! The community has amazing amenities like the 24/7 coffee machine and fitness center. Everything has been completely renovated and is all brand new! Being able to take advantage of all of the community perks is a definite bonus. The new clubhouses and the pool and hot tub areas are very nice. :) I enjoy working from the b side clubhouse when I need a change of scenery from my desk in my apartment. The staff have always been super friendly, personable, and knowledgable and have definitely become a nice part of my day when I go in and grab my coffee in the morning and/or afternoons. They have become like my coworkers since I work alone at home and have to remind me often that I don't actually work here haha. The maintenance crew have always fixed anything wrong within 24 hours and are always courteous and professional. The people who work at the Marks and the neighbors I have met makes it all the more special and my son, cat, and I are very happy here! Definitely would recommend 100%. -Janine L

The Marks is a hidden gem! It's quiet and a welcome respite in the hustle and bustle of the city. I've had the best sleep I've had since I've lived here. The grounds and buildings are well maintained and the staff strives to make your experience a positive one. I am enjoying the exploration of the many restaurants and shops in the area.

I've lived here for over 5 years because the staff is friendly and communicative, my neighbors are respectful, I love the smoke-free environment, and it's next to a great park! I would definitely recommend living here!

The team at The Marks always works to make sure living here is easy and comfortable. I've never felt more at home in an apartment quite like here - that's why I moved back!

Its been a frustrating experience but I am mostly at peace with it now. Its a fine place to live if you don't expect too much. The gym is nice and its good to have a parcel room now. It's certainly not "luxury", as much as their renovations and rebranding would like you to believe.

The Marks is a fantastic community thanks in large part to the top-class Management, Leasing, and Maintenance teams that keep everything running smoothly. The quality of the apartments and amenities like the gym and clubhouses is fantastic. I've lived in several luxury apartment communities in the past and what really sets the Marks above is the teams they have managing the community. The staff is always friendly and helpful, maintenance requests get handled very promptly and the teams put a lot of work into fun community events.
