Indianapolis is the thriving capital city of the state of Indiana — as well as the most populated. Nicknamed the Crossroads of America, Indianapolis is the well-known center for several major interstates that connect locals to the rest of the country. This commuter-friendly city is also home to the Indianapolis International Airport, a modern hub for national and international travelers. With an abundance of affordable apartments for rent, the city of Indianapolis has more than enough to offer both its residents and visitors alike.
Residents can enjoy a performance from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra at Hilbert Circle Theatre, cheer on the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, and peruse the stores in Circle Centre Mall. Locals enjoy admiring the wildlife at the Indianapolis Zoo, exploring the exhibitions at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, and hiking the trails at Eagle Creek Park.

Property Ratings at The Marott Apartments
Staff are friendly, apartment is beautiful and the concierge is a great amenity!
Fire alarm goes off almost daily and it’s 99% of the time a false alarm. You’ll be woken up and have to go up and down the stairs. I’m not exaggerating, it’s driving me nuts. It just now went off at 1 am, 2nd time today. Plus the rent is just too high, management constantly sets deadlines they don’t keep (they just shut down the freight elevators for almost half a year- I felt so bad for people moving in and out during this time).
I signed a lease here in June because I was told they were going to put an in-unit washer and dryer in my unit by the end of the summer. That promise is what made me sign because I figured I could go a month or two without it. It is now December and I have heard nothing from maintence or management staff about this getting done. I have emailed management 3 times now and have never received a response. I finally went down to ask about it in person and was told they were just running "a few months behind". I have since seen maintenance installing washers and dryers into empty apartments rather than the apartments they told people would have in-unit laundry. It is extremely disappointing I have not had any response from management and have now gone 6 months without the washer and dryer they promised me upon signing my lease.
I love living here! The amenities are the best, the concierge desk is super helpful and the residents are the best. I have been going back and forth about transferring from a one bedroom to a two. I was on a waiting list and I have turned down a few for different reasons. A few weeks ago a two bedroom became available however the rent went up 200 dollars. No upgrades or anything. I can understand if there was something different about the apartment. Seems I could have been offered the price before increase as I currently live in the building. Highly disappointing, as this place is lovely.
We love living here at The Marott. The 24 hour concierge, fitness center, 2 pools, and business center are some of the staple amenities that are hard to get anywhere in an apartment complex especially for the price. Staff and residents are so nice here. Anytime I have ever had a maintenance issue someone has fixed the issue within one day. I definitely recommend living here.
This apartment community has great amenities. We have lived here for a year, in the smallest one bedroom. It's a clean and open layout. Pros: concierge, secure, unlimited parking, cool building, gym, pools, high ceilings, easy access to downtown Cons: small for price, no laundry in unit, basic kitchen, smelly hallways, lacks storage, small closets. Overall, I like this place and we plan to stay another year.
I would refer anyone to live at the Marott! Things I love: it's a tower building that is all key fob operated, my one bedroom is spacious with high ceilings and lots of windows for light, everything is in great condition, plenty of gated parking, and wonderful amenities. I have no desire to look elsewhere!
This place is one of a kind. Bay windows, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, free coffee and tea in the morning in the business room and everything else you could ever need. Free gated parking and you get alot of free parking spaces for guests (that's hard to find in a city). Apartments are very clean and they keep up with maintenance. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they don't allow dogs. Other than that it's perfect and extremely affordable considering all the amenities you get.
I can't say enough good things about the Marott. Some of the best staff I've ever dealt with.. clean, convenient, safe and just wonderful all around. I highly recommend the Marott, it feels like home.
