I have lived here for close to a year and I love it. Quiet community with friendly staff. They do nice things for the residents to show appreciation. All in all a great place. Much better now that they have a new property manager and leasing agent.
love it here. Thinking of upgrading to a two bedroom. We even have resident appreciation days.
I've lived here for several years now, and management has been improving things each year. We got a new pool, gym and things are just looking better every time I come home. LOVE the staff too, always friendly and helpful.
My first apartment and I love it here! Thanks to the amazing office staff and maintenance crew for getting me settle inky first apartment. The application process was easy. They treat you with respect and do what they can to make you feel at home. My neighbors are amazing. You don't see anyone hanging around outside. The complex is very well kept. Gates close at night. I have no complaints. Again thanks for moving me in! I'll be here a while.
I love over here converince to my job n shopping center .they are on time when u call them very quiet area I been over two yrs and I see myself not movin no time soon
Living here has been the best thing for me. I moved from another Apartment Complex where I never felt safe, My apartment was broke into while I was at work, the staff didn't show any consideration for my property. Living in Summer Tree, I feel very safe , the Staff is very considerate of m issue, when I put in a work order , it is done in a timely fashion, I don't have to keep calling the office for repairs to be done. It's quite , there's no stealing of other people property, you have access to I-20 and I-49, shopping centers are not to far. BEST PLACE EVERY.
