The Marquee was a place that I was proud to call home and a community that was extremely welcoming to all who joined. My time there was unfortunately cut short due to a variety of factors but had nothing to do with the apartments, management, or cost.
We like location, secure parking and not having lots of amenities that we wouldn't use.
Love the apartment; very spacious, secure, great location to many local attractions and downtown. Elevators seem to be an ongoing maintenance issue. Would have liked an onsite workout facility.
This apartment has unbelievably beautiful apartment options with a emphasis on privacy and security. This is a place that I would happily call home and recommend just based off of my initial interactions! Looking forward to moving in and learning more

Good for middle aged couples. No amenities to speak of, but quiet and well built apartments. Would not recommend for younger clientele unless they worked at St Thomas or possibly Vanderbilt and sought the convenience.

This is a fantastic place to live! Every interaction with the staff here has been welcoming and positive. We were provided ample information and a great introduction to the building and living spaces. They have answered every request in a timely fashion and are very kind! We certainly feel safe and at home here.
I would love to see a fitness center be added to the first floor unit that is going to be made into a resident lounge. I can't use the St. Thomas wellness center due to an infection I had in my arm I can't go into hospitals. I've talked to other residents who agree a fitness center would be much appreciated in the first floor unit rather than a resident lounge. I've had several residents say they won't use the lounge at all but would use a fitness center for sure.
I would recommend, however only to the type of clientele that is more interested in location and the fact that it is difficult to hear your neighbors as opposed to the bells and whistles that come with similar apartments at this price point.
It is a great location, safe, quiet, roomy, easy parking. The move in special makes the monthly rate reasonable for the area. Wish there was a workout room ... this is my only lacking item.
