Property Ratings at The Marquis
This building is infested with roaches from the units to the trash rooms down to them free walking on the hallway walls!! The hallways always smell like garbage and the property manager does very little to maintain the common areas. There are graffiti tags that have not been removed. The building has really gone downhill since the new property manager took over. Save yourself the stress and take your money elsewhere!
