It's been a month since I moved into my new apartment. My experience so far has been amazing. The staff has been very helpful and friendly throughout the process. They made my move very smooth and have been quick to address some minor issues. I'm glad to be part of this community.
Overall we enjoy living here.Having food available next door is great.Covered parking is wonderful.Size of unit fit is great for our stage of life.
The location is good and convenient just five minutes away from the downtown. Personally, I like the spacious room and the high ceiling height. The residence management works are generally quick.
The entire process of moving into The Marston has significantly improved our lives. The touring and leasing experience was streamlined. The move-in was well coordinated and any deficiencies in the apartment were immediately remedied. The apartment itself strikes a nice balance of urban, luxury, and comfort.
Extremely professional, friendly and quick when it comes to addressing work or maintenance requests.
Maintenance requests are always addressed promptly, and the maintenance staff are all polite and are generally able to complete repairs in a timely manner. If the problem cannot be fixed right away, there is clear communication about when there will be follow up.

The staff is friendly, and the residents are nice. Rents are skyrocketing in the Bay Area, but I would like to live here as long as possible.
I moved into the Marston in October and my experience thus far has been outstanding. The building design and amenities on offer are amazing. The entire staff at the Marston is very personable and always available to chat and assist as needed. The maintenance team is exceptional - especially Evin who takes extra car e to email with any updates. The residents of the building are friendly and courteous with a mix of ages and working professionals. The location is incredible, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and green spaces just outside your door! You also have convenient access to the 101 freeway for other points in the Bay Area.
I’ve been nothing short of impressed by the management team here. They are more organized and responsive than any other apartment complex I’ve lived at.
The soundproofing is good, the rooms are spacious enough for two people, and there are plenty of amenities. The atmosphere of the residents is also good.
We have shared our praise for the community on different platforms and will continue to do so! We have not run into any issues cause by management, the building, or staff. All apartment complexes will have residents that dont follow all the rules, but Robert and the leasing/maintenance staff do their best to remind those that dont, and keeping the amenities and hallways as clean as possible. We will get responses back within the day and have no complaints.

I have been living here for almost a year and it is by far my most pleasant experience renting in the Bay Area!
The Marston has far exceeded my expectations on many levels. Starting with the staff (especially Angela) , pleasant and accommodating from start to move to current, and this extends to the community, every resident has been friendly and helpful. My actual apartment is amazing, the layout, the appliances, the hardware details are great, and the because the blinds and windows well shield the outdoors, Ive actually overslept a few times. I never thought Id move to an apartment and have to set an alarm! Finally the location - its ideally situated with easy access to everything, but my favorite is the one block walk to Broadway St where this street full of fantastic restaurants are outside closed to traffic, its like being on holiday. Cant say enough good things about my Marston experience.
Maintenance was completed in a timely manor and he was extremely respectful with noise as we were on work calls at the time.

Management and staff are fantastic here - super responsive and kind. They're always making sure we are satisfied and go above and beyond to make the Marston feel like home. The property is well kept and the amenities are a huge bonus.
Having lived here nearly three years, I'm always grateful for how kind and prompt the team is to any situation. From malfunctioning appliances to recommendations for the best restaurants when we first moved in, they have always made us feel at home!
Great views, amenities and location, just a bit pricy
The new property manager Robert has been really great to work with during the move-in process and he followed up with me shortly after I moved in just to make sure everything was good with the unit. I was really impressed overall with the professionalism of the entire leasing team here, as well as Anjelica was very friendly and helpful during the time when I was first searching for apartments. The assistant manager Angela has also been so friendly and helpful for any issues that I had before the move in and after. Overall I am loving the unit and the location so far and the entire team here has been a joy to work with. Thanks so much!

This would probably be a nice place to live if not for covid and the construction site. Now I'm stuck inside all day with the noise, and am not allowed to use any of the amenity spaces that made the building attractive in the first place. The fact that the amenity policy has barely changed in response to the changing situation seems lazy. I don't trust the security of the storage or bike rooms so now I have extra stuff taking up space in my unit and a bike stored in my kitchen. I can't wait to move somewhere with outdoor space I can actually use.
Marston at Windsor gets it right in many ways. Excellent floor plans and interior finishes, and good communication with tenants ticks most of my boxes. Also important on my list is that Marston management is there when you need them, and they are a good team.
The best common spaces (pool, gym, roof deck) out of all the Redwood City apartment buildings!
We moved in during the peak of COVID and the Marston made the process seamless and safe. Were loving our new home!
While its only been a few weeks, my overall experience at the Marston has been very positive.
Overall it's not a bad place to live. Decent building, good location, modern apartments, amenities were good before COVID.
I really appreciate that the leasing office team is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. They take the time to answer all my questions and are willing to go the extra mile when they can :)

I was very impressed with the quick work done by the maintenance team. I submitted my work order the evening prior and came home from work to find that my work order was complete with a note left by the team. The timeliness and attention to detail is very appreciated.
Good quality apartment and friendly staff, with occasionally clogged trash chute. Unfortunately, COVID has made almost all common areas unaccessible since March, and market rent has been dropping in the area.
Not worth the rent. Too many issues too many challenges in fixing.
Love the team here, always great service.
Management is fine, don't have high expectations. However, incredibly high rent prices considering there is construction right in the backyard!! Loud construction noise at 7:30AM every morning and you guys haven't done anything about this with the city to protect resident's rights to peace and quiet!!!

It's great. But in those covid times, can't get everything right. Just need maintenance to be back up! Few dangling bits but all good otherwise :)
