I’m going on a year at these apartments. Run don’t do it!!! In the time I’ve been here we are always always having water issues. From no hot water, to barely any water to now not having any water. The managers/staff are rude. They advised me a follow up email would go out with an update. Well here we are 8:17 pm and office closed at 6 pm and no update. Don’t waste your money here.

This apartment complex is a wreck. Harbor recently acquired it and swears up down and sideways that they’ll be making it the best place anyone has ever lived. Meanwhile, the water is off weekly. The hot water is off at least as much, if not more. I wouldn’t allow my dog to sleep here.

For the most part the community is quiet the staff are veryfriendly,they have really cleaned up the community, the maintenance guys are friendly and helpful usually if I put in a maintenance request it's done within a day or two ,as long as you pay your rent on time and don't be a nuisance you'll enjoy living here !

First off, I was told that they had an apartment available but it wasn’t which cost us the admin and application fee plus staying in a hotel. The staff (Jenny) took a whole three weeks to finally come back and say I could move in. The pictures of the property are deceiving, trash everywhere and no one is regulating how the exterior is kept. Luckily the staff is slow and don’t return calls or we would be stuck in a 12 month lease there.
My daughter is living in this place she has complained to management numerous times as they are rude and unprofessional .my daughter pays rent on time and has been there almost a year and it roach infested the ac never works and the fridge is nasty and never working she has complained to the office and no one does thing but yet they take her Money and we have reached out to hit management with no response . The rent is high and to be expected to live under these this unsafe conditions !!!! We have taken pictures and Videos of these issues
I have been living here for 10 months and when I first got here everything was great! After a while I had a few problems, my water is constantly being shut off, the hot water is always being “fixed” and there is poop everywhere. Not to mention the roaches that never seem to go away no matter how clean you are. I would not recommend long term stay! I have a couple more months until my lease is up and will NOT be renewing it.
I’ve been here 7mos. and they have failed to fix problems both old and new management ignore requested. They have had two major water leaks and charged tenants for the water. Water bill was almost $200! If you’re currently renting an older unit they will not put any work in repairs because they are waiting for current tenants to leave to renovate it. My AC was “fixed” 3xs in one day after final time it created a leak that has not only damaged apt but my belongings as well! They still have yet to fix problem and now we have so much mold that our health is getting affected. If you live here call 311 and file a report with the state!

Worst place to live!!! AC has been broken over 2 weeks, going on 3 & they still cant fix it. Supposed to be under new management but its still terrible. Request are ignored, waters always being turned off, hot waters always out. Save a headache & chose somewhere else to live. Living here is not what they sell to you smh.!!
These apartments are disgusting, management is rude & unprofessional, repair requests get ignored, bug infested, water is constantly being turned off! I’ve been here a year and have filed to terminate lease because it’s uninhabitable.
I live here and it's horrible. All the staff LIE and never have running water!!! Same yourself a headache!!!

Don’t be fooled by this video of this enovated apt. What they are not showing you are the following: Roach infestation Year round green pools Trash that is piled high that ends up all over the parking lot The horrible inexperienced staff The daily water turn-offs Old noisy run down air conditioners that break down constantly No hot water ever Car break ins No. Working security gates L
Roaches everywhere.... Cats everywhere... Terrible management... No security (poor lighting and broken gates)... Water always shut off without notice.... Water shut off again the next week to fix the same leak that they put a cheap fix on initially.... Poor maintenance.... Pictures paints a pretty picture but nothing is remodeled... I can't wait to move and if you move here, you'll be saying the same thing.....
First thing i have to say is ROACHES!!! This place may look good but its infested. The staff is horrible. Ever month the office gets new management with new guidelines. My neighbor restroom pipe had busted and there water went through my walls and it took them 5 days to fix it and they also didn't even clean up the mess. My whole apartment smelled like a sewer. Do not live here because you will be very unhappy the whole time.
The office staff is great. I usually come into the office to pick up my packages or for help with general questions and Joe always receives me with a smile and a great attitude, it makes me feel very welcome and home. I am happy living here!
I have been here in the complex for 3 months and have had a fairly good experience. The office staff is great, I usually try to deal with Joe only, he is really responsive whenever im in need of service. Although I have needed to call in to put in a couple of work requests, he has always mantained a positive demeanor and always guarantes me everything will be taken care of. I beleive I made a correct choice chosing city trails as my home.
This apartment complex is not just badly managed, but for the price i would look else where. The parking is HORRIBLE. The parking lines aren't even properly spaced. The speed bumps are way to big, and the gates are always broken. They say they have Remodeled apartments... they do to a point. for example, new cabinets?...not really.. just new cabinet doors with the old cabinets painted to look "new" a/c units are horrible, and the door and trim is old an outdated. If you like having headaches and parking close to other vehicles and dealing with a horrible staff besides Alex then come on down and join the club that cant wait to leave when their lease is up.
If you're a homebody these apartments are great. Once outside though... There's skunks and tons of cats outside. There's lots of pot holes and speed bumps are so tall!! The fence hasn't worked for the whole year I've been here and the front office people just got worse since management changed. ;)
Find an apartment and make it your home, I have a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment. High ceiling in the living room, wood floor in the kitchen, taupe color walls and a nice balcony. Location is great as well I am in walking distance to alot of stores and restaurants and we also have a bus stop half a block away. Find your apartment and make it your home sweet home.
