Property Ratings at The Mayfair
Since the new owners and management took over anytime something needs to be fixed it gets done now. Very happy with the changes that have been made.
Great place to live. Management take care of tenants needs immediately.
They have mold, rats, and landlord don't fix anything. Just collects money. Very rude and give people the run around. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone.
