I love my apartment. It’s unique and the views are amazing. The community is kept clean. Concierge and valet personnel are attentive and professional.

The staff here have been really helpful and accommodating. Compared to all other apartments I've ever rented, this staff is the most caring and understanding. They don't try to nickel and dime you either.

Management team are amazing and doing a great job! We feel safe living at the McKinley from all the security. Management keep the place clean and smelling fresh. Highly recommend anyone who is interested living in an amazing community with management who are by far top notch.

Luxurious apartments in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and Memorial City. The staff has been friendly, polite, accommodating. Five stars.

Very friendly community. Staff communicate well - so you know about maintenance and available activities. The apartment is spacious, security is great and we love the amenities.

Many amenities close by and easy to access. Also many restaurants locally to pick from. Easy access to work and freeway. And good amenities at complex as well.

The unit that faces south is so beautiful. The Mckinley is my safe haven. All the staff are friendly, professional and courteous. My apartment feels spacious, luxurious and tranquil. So happy.

Fabulous neighborhood, great community and staff This is by far the best maintained, safe community! I truly enjoy coming home to a beautiful apartment, and talking to the neighbors every one are very friendly. I really love the enhanced security, there is always a courtesy officer or security guard visible and constantly conducting checks throughout the property. The leading staff is always available, extremely professional and willing to go the extra mile.

Have loved my time here the last 2 months. The staff, particularly the concierges and valet, are incredible. Maintenance is always working. It’s always clean. And location is so great and walkable to everything on the lawn and Tiny’s.

Absolutely love it here!! Best decision of the decade and planning on renewing for the years to come. If you are looking for the perfect high rise in Houston, this is it!

Beautiful interior living spaces. Love the communist and easy access to anywhere you want to go. Can’t beat living in the sky with great property managers always looking after your living experience

You really are paying for safety and luxury here at the McKinley. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and love that everything is so close by and I have always felt safe living here. I also appreciate the fact that you cannot hear your upstairs neighbors walking around like in other apartment complexes. The elevators are always working and pretty quick unless someone has rented out the freight elevator for moving which is understandable. The maintenance, cleaning, office and concierge staff are all very hardworking and lovely people to interact with!

We are happy with the community. Maintenance is timely, Issues tend to be resolved quickly. Property is well-maintained, feel very secure in our community.

The McKinley is a good place to live. Beautiful amenities, nice neighbors, superior tenant management skills in my experience. Great so far! Very safe and the customer service is excellent! We have only been here a short time, but everything presented during the rental process is spot-on!

Great ambiance! I was really glad to move to a lovely apartment will a nice neighborhood with lots of stores around. Easy to drive around, great location I must say.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location and beautiful amenities. - No green areas for walking with dogs ( our small yard for dogs too small and smells bad) - Unfortunately price for the apartments rising extremely fast and neighbors are leaving ….it is sad because we here like one family:(

I’ve been here two years and I love everything about it. Staff concierge valet they are awesome. When i say they have always gone above and beyond that’s what i mean clean peaceful professional 5 stars across for me ??

My main complain is the limit on guests & amenities. We pay too much, there is too much room for us to have a limit of two people per apartment.

Overpriced, overrated and I won’t be renewing my lease. I have had countless issues at this unit. I will say I absolutely love the concierge staff.

Great apartment with the best staff and the best facilities. The living enviroment is really nice, with shopping malls and resturants near by.

The complex has been great, and everyone is very friendly. The pool area is clean and functional, my last place was closed very often for falling glass. I definitely recommend this place!

Have only been here a month so far but I am very happy. The apartment itself is great, theres a lot of parking, and the amenities are nice. The only slight negative is hearing the noise from the highway at night but you get used to.

The management team is awesome ?? i was giving some sad news about a family member they sent me a beautiful flower arrangement that made me smile i truly felt like family and not a resident been here going on two years and the experience has been great every step of the way ??

Love the neighborhood, with many services and restaurants in walking distance. Staff is very helpful, and proactive. The valet and concierge staff are always there to lend a hand. Apartments have great light and a modern aesthetic. Very high end amenities!

The staff is amazing, takes great care of any request, and has really been extremely diligent on rules and regulations.

The move-in experience is terrible. There are issues with the freight elevators, there is only one elevator for all residents to share, the elevator door closes so fast that you can barely get in let alone bring in more than one package at a time. The carts provided by the building are never available because people keep them for days at a time.

The property is absolutely stunning and the incredible staff goes above and beyond to elevate the living experience for all of us here at the McKinley. We are extremely fortunate. The McKinley truly is the best!!!

There have been a number of issues that haven't been resolved from shower enclosure not being fixed to EV stations being inoperable more often than not. Responsive to us when mentioning issues but slow to resolve some.

There were a number of issues at move in regarding poor finishings and things left incomplete. Many of the issues got resolved and finishes complete passably but there are still things that have been overlooked and left unfixed from my original maintenance request.

I highly recommend The McKinley. The layout is perfect for my furniture and there are numerous items I didn't expect - the dining room lights, all the lighting in the apartment actually,and the bathroom is a perfect, generous size. The apartment is much quieter than I thought it would be. I am very pleased. The staff is excellent and ready to help.

Some of the residents living seem a little sketchy. Just not the level I was expecting from a high rise in Memorial. Hopefully it will remain a "high end" respectable, luxury place to live. That would be my only reason for not recommending it, but we'll see how it goes. Otherwise, for sure I would recommend the McKinley. It's amazing.
