Jonesboro is a fairly small city along Interstate 555 in the northeast corner of Arkansas. People generally know Jonesboro as the home of Arkansas State University, which serves as the cultural hub for the community. In addition to the 15,000 students enrolled at the university, folks around town regularly attend events on campus, from exhibits at the Bradbury Art Museum to symphony concerts and theater productions at the Fowler Center to Red Wolves football games at Centennial Bank Stadium.
Just a few blocks west of campus, downtown Jonesboro is a modest yet attractive walking district full of historic architecture and charming storefront businesses. Craighead Forest Park on the south side provides a relaxing lake and wooded area perfect for spending a lazy weekend day or going for an invigorating run through the trails. Memphis is just an hour down the road, making it easy to take a weekend getaway to the big city.

Property Ratings at The Meadows Apartments
It's a great place to live but what makes it excellent is everything that management does to help you out. If they have any way to help out all they will make sure to do everything that they can.
I have lived at The Meadows for close to two years now. My neighbors are super friendly, its clean, and I feel safe. Management does seem to change, but overall I enjoy Sam and the new girl Mackenzie. They really seem to care about us.
The Meadows has an amazing gym, its always clean and well kept!!!! The parking lot is so close to the apartment and the visitors parking is only 5 feet away from the regular parking spaces which make is so much better!!!! Overall the meadows is amazing!!!! -Brianna
I'm going on my second year living here and I haven't had any major problems with my apartment or management! The apartment managers really care about their residents and maintenance is always friendly and fast.
The meadows is a nice quiet place and the managers are great. I’ve lived here on two separate occasions and both times were wonderful.

We are so happy to hear this! Thank you for your kind words and a great review!
I absolutely love living at the meadows!! Everyone is so friendly, but they keep to themselves and respect that other people are around. It’s always clean and I hardly ever hear any noise from anyone around me. Sam and Caitlyn who work in the office are so friendly and always down to answer and questions you might have. They keep it fun by doing balcony contests to when rent credit and other fun things which is GREAT! Over all the meadows is a wonderful place to live. I’m going on year 3 and I don’t plan to leave anytime soon! - Kolby

Kolby, we are so pleased to hear that you have enjoyed your stay with us. We hope we continue to keep you happy for many years to come! Thanks for a great review!
I've lived here for close to a year now and I have to say this place is lovely. They always keep the grounds clean and are quick to respond to any problems tenants have. All of the staff is polite and nice. The location is great too, out of the way, but close enough to everything that it's convenient.
These apartments are nice to live, the managers are awesome. The neighbors you have are nice and friendly. I have lived here about eight years and I might do another.
So far the meadows have been clean and enjoyable. The current management have always been more than willing to work with me and are very friendly. All in all I would recommend, it's a good place to live.
I live in a 1br apartment and it's the perfect amount of space for me and my dog. It's affordable, the application process was easy, and the people in the office have provided exceptional service. Any time I've had an issue they fixed it without making me wait.
Sam and Caitlyn are so friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect apartment and got me into it in less than a week. They are quick to help with any problems that arise. Work orders are taken care of promptly. The buildings and property are well maintained. I’ve had zero issues since I’ve been here and it’s a great place to live.
I've been living here for 3 years now and I love it! I'm 23 and it's very safe and friendly! Love the new managers they are so sweet have been doing a lot of new renovations to make the place more inviting!
The new manage Billy is a problem to deal with. He does not know what he is doing. He will bully you. He is never there. The maintenance is contracted out to a third party,so nothing ever gets fixed. This all makes it a terrible place to live especially because of Billy.

We are sorry to hear this happened to you. We wanted to let you that The Meadows is now under new management & we have an on-site maintenance crew ready to assist with any issues. Please let us know if we can help you in any way. Thank you!
The Meadows are decent apartments to live in. I moved in with my now wife a year and two months ago, and every month around the time rent is due (1-5), the leasing office never seems to be open. They are always, as their sign states, “Out on property.” It almost seems as if they don’t want to receive your rent payment. At any rate, the apartments are about average, the maintenance is pretty good, but trying to pay your rent is a hassle because it seems as though they are never actually in the office.
This is my first apartment to live in ever and I love it so much. The apartments feel like home and they are very nice!. The apartments also have an outside patio which is good for getting some fresh air. Everyone seems friendly here, especially the staff and it's very quiet and relaxing here. I have had no problems with anyone here what's so ever. These apartments are great for anyone whether you're a couple, Family, or just a single person looking for a nice place to live the Meadows is the perfect place.
I remember looking over at some eye dropping and mouth popping Apt's. These were the first apt's I fell in love with as I tempted to move to this city. I dreamed and even imagined myself living there. Three to four years later I'm finally here and I love them. I get a chance to relax and see the view while watching TV on my cozy couch with my big blue slippers on . What a joy a joy.
The meadows are very nice apartment complexes. It's very quiet and relaxing. I really enjoy living here
The meadows are very nice. It's always quiet and it's safe.
It's a great place to live. Management very nice and the pool and exercise room are very nice amenities
