Andreina was superb and made our family moving from Ft Lauderdale a very easy and painless transition. As a nurse I had to move frequently and never experienced an easier application and fast approval before. Property is resort beautiful with all amenities, excellent location and spaced modern apartments. Final word: happiness. Thank you Andreina!

I've lived here for almost 3 yrs. It is a beautiful and safe complex within Championsgate. I've always had positive experiences with the office staff and maintenance crew. Also, love the perks like the resident parties and visiting food trucks!

Living in this community have been a great opportunity to get to work fast while having good quality of living in a good environment for 7 years so far.

I cannot in good faith recommend living in this apartment complex to anyone I know as we have experienced nothing but stress and headaches from the office management since the day we moved in.

Would highly recommend due to friendly staff, beautiful and quiet area. Access to everything central Florida.

Do not come here. Roaches in apartments. Have to carry trash too far to dumpster site. Is not a "gated community" if that is what you want.

I've been living here for a little over three years and I LOVE it here! It's so quiet and peaceful. The grounds look like a park or a resort, and are kept immaculate. Management keeps us informed of what is going on in our community, and has special events for us like contests and food trucks. Everything is close by, and it's a safe area to walk and enjoy. Our maintenance team rocks!! They have work completed within a day. I have no complaints with my residency here at all! I hope to be here for many more years.

Over Champion Gate at the Meadows is a nice place to live management work with you

This is a really beautiful community, pet friendly & conveniently located between I4 and 27. Neighbors are friendly & the pool area is beautiful. We have mainly interacted with Vince in leasing & Jonathan in maintenance. Both are completely professional, understanding & truly seem to want to help with any issue that arises. The only issue we have had was with a 3rd party vendor. We haven't had any problems with parking, pests or response time from management. The area is growing rapidly. There's a new elementary school across the street & a new Publix opening up the street both in short walking distance. It feels less remote here now. The drawback is traffic. I still love living at the Meadows and my family is happy here. We hope to stay.

The maintenance and office staff make all aspects of living here a pleasure.

It's been great so far. I've been here for almost a year. The treatment as a renter is top-notch. Except for the gates, all maintenance issues are solved quickly and satisfactory.

Oh, where to begin? The busted gates allowing constant turn around traffic from the school accross the street and random.people sleeping in their cars in our lot? The noisy drunken pool parties so crowded with non-residents that renters can't get in? The dilapited finishes and aggressive dogs pooping everywhere? All this can be your's too for the ridiculous price of rent here. This place is falling apart. My lease is almost up then I am gone.

I will say if you are out of options go for it. But the rent prices have jumped with little improvement. No longer a gated community. Recently talked with fellow residents. Along with my apartment. People are noticing mildew and mold building up around the air vents. In order to clean properly the ducts must be cleaned also. For the price everything should be top of the line. Real wood floors, tile that isnt cracked upon moving in. There is rust in our dryer. Luckily it isnt where it could get on clothes. Can't use the ice machine dew to bugs in it. Management does not have a sense of urgency when it comes to problems. Management has also been rude on multiple occasions. Pool area and gym are the best part of this place.

I love the apt complex they are very respectful all the maintenance and work very fast with any apt situations.

The Meadows at Champions Gate is an amazing place to call home. Its a beautiful well kept community and convenient to get to anywhere. The amenities you would love and enjoy such as the clubhouse, gym and pool. The apartment units as well as bedrooms are much more bigger then all the other communities, especially the new communities nearby. The Meadows is also a safe community day or night with an excellent team who manage it. They are always there and responsive to all your concerns. When I have visitors they always comment on how beautiful the community and my home is. I respond, I know with a smile.

I love our complex. When there's an issue, maintenance is very quick to respond with their knowledge and expertise. The office staff truly cares about the residents in addressing their needs. It is a safe, quiet, beautiful place that I am proud to call home.

The leasing process was very easy. Community manager Jodi is extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is open and spacious. We love the dog park too!

I have lived in the complex for about 7 years so far. It has been always a nice place to live in. The only worries I might have is about the gates that remain opened all time. The main concern is about car breakers in the neighborhood that I heard of.

It is a gated community where the gates are literally never closed, they just have them. Good luck finding a parking spot late at night, or pulling out in the morning because cars are everywhere. They say anything you need to hear until you sign a lease and then they stop caring. We still have maintenance issues they never fixed.

Overall I love this community its home to me and my kids

So far its been a wonderful community to live in. Its very quiet and is nicely kept up. The best part is finding parking by my building when theres nights I come home late.

Vincent did an exceptional job in helping me achieve my first apartment, Im so glad I pick The Meadows as my first apartment choice! Its a very clean community and the neighborhood surrounding the complex has beautiful scenery.

I have lived in central FL since 2002 and it's the first time I've felt very comfortable with my living quarters. Although the price is a bit high, the facilities and amenities make up for it. The front office staff has always been courteous and when a problem with my washing machine arose, it was taken care of immediately. So far I'm very happy. I just have to see how much they raise the rent at the end of my lease. If it's not too high of a spike, I hope to be here for a very long time.

We moved just 4 months ago and the staff and maintenance team have been great. They have been very nice and welcoming. Complex is clean, love the location and its quiet. We are pleased and happy here.

I love living here. Both office staff and maintenance are extremely responsive to the needs of the residents. The maintenance crew is so professional and quick in responding. I'm a former homeowner who decided to rent to avoid the hassles and costs of repairs and maintenance. It's the best decision I ever made. I now realize that not every complex gives the services a person would expect, which is why I'm so thrilled to have found The Meadows at ChampionsGate. The rents are reasonable, the amenities are wonderful, and the property is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained.

We really like the apartment and its surroundings, it is very quiet. So far 1 month later living here has been a good choice.

Horrible parking and no one has done anything about the fire hazard (grill on patio) below my apartment. Please read the lease if you move in here because some people dont know how to follow rules.

Very nice place kept up pretty good I love the upgrades in the apartment management is nice and they respond to your needs right away so I would say its a great place to stay. I would say it would of been nice to have another trash location instead of one. But other than that great community and quite.

The Management and their staff have done a wonderful job during this pandemic. They equally have kept residents update, communicated well, and have gone far and beyond to make sure we were safe. Covid-19 has caused my financial status to changed drastically, throughout all of it the mangement staff has been lenient to their best ability, comforting and encouraging.

Meadows at ChampionsGate community is a nice community , its safe , neat & clean . Maintenance Staff is very responsive other staff is also very good , they resolve all reported concerns on priority . I would say that they are better than the previous management , its not that previous management was bad they were also good but present management has make additional improvements .they have reduce the response time and are more flexible in solutions . I recommend this community if you follow community rules . Great Job guys , my whole family is thankful to whole staff making this community great.

Everything has gone well. Only thing I have seen that is negative is junk cars. But I am not totally surprised given that this is an apartment complex. I was hoping to not see it so close to wealthy part of town.

The community is amazing and really does feel like home. The residents are so kind, maintenance staff is super helpful and considerate. Management is hard to get a hold of, but everything else is exactly what you would want from an apartment community.
