Guaranteed they will manufacture something to charge you with after you leave. Low flow means you flush the toilet over and over and taking a shower will feel like someone is spitting on you. "Renovated" unit means they took out the older higher quality cabinets and replaced with cheap junk that will fall apart and you will see the cut marks on. Your "renovated' unit will come with old appliances that are falling apart.

Updated apartments are nice. Craftsmanship and materials can be low quality. Apartment was very dirty upon moving in which was inconvenient. Appliances are new except for the washer and dryer. Dryers take about 2 hours to dry. Lots of neighbors do not clean up after their dogs so grass areas are covered in poop. It’s difficult to maneuver around it when taking your own dog out.

This place is a joke! They raised rent $300 with no improvements, as a matter of fact the fridge broke and they gave us a worse one. The parking area has no working light so my car was stolen and they did nothing. If you like paying some greedy agents this is the place.

I have told many of my friends if they need a good place to come here. Some getting ready to move back to Colorado
Lack of parking. Family and friends can't visit since they can never find a space. One neighbor uses garage for storage plus 3 vehicles for 2 adults. Another single has 2 cars 1 of which has been in a parking space since she moved in 10 months ago.
My neighbors are amazing, maintenance people work hard to resolve issues. I love it here!
The biggest down-side is the cost of living in this general area, then add-on the mandatory costs of valet trash, water, sewer, community gas & electric. Once upon a time ago these things were normally included in rent. The concept of Valet Trash lets people leave their bags of trash laying around in the walk-ways for someone to clean up after them, leaking on and staining the ground.
The only downside is the flight path, which is a big one. I can't recommend it for that reason alone. Some days it's just one plane after another after another. And there is no curfew, so they can wake you up in the middle of the night.

I feel safe in this community and love the location. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I absolutely love our Breckinridge unit and patio. Love calling the meadows home.

Been here 6 years now and I have found my place great, the staff has been great, and all well-maintained - plus convenient location.
The maintenance area ROCKS! They are so efficient with snow removal and taking care of our property.
Management is great, maintenance is very knowledgeable, location, upkeep of property inside and out.
The community is well cared for and the staff are friendly. I am older and have need for more socialization so I will be looking to move to a senior living complex.
There is NEVER a question about the maintance issues and the guys who come to fix the issue. Maintance is the only reason I would recommend this property.
Everyone I have worked with here, from office to maintenance, has been fantastic! I was originally referred to live here myself. I feel safe living here as a single woman with a teenage daughter. That is a huge benefit!
It was zero degrees outside and I lost my heat. The response to getting it fixed was very fast which was greatly appreciated!
I would definitely recommend this community. The location is safe and slightly isolated while at the same time being close to shopping, churches, the freeway, etc. Office personnel is most accommodating and friendly and the maintenance team is so efficient and friendly.

Based on the maintenance staff alone and my interaction, I would recommend this community. Some new residents will like the modern updated units, while others may prefer a more traditional layout and design.
I love living here. It is clean. Seems like 9 out of 10 owners clean up after their dog. That's excellent in a pet friendly community. I would say let's get to 99%!

The community and location are great. The application process and staff at leasing not a great experience. Lot's of hidden fees, unrealistic concepts about keys and garage openers. You rent an apartment to 2 people should have 2 of everything and not have to pay and request. The appliances are absolutely horrible. Newly renovated- paying top dollar and the appliances are bottom line, the refrigerator is tiny small for an apartment, washer and dryer new but bottom line, glass stop stove at a rental?
These apartments are fantastic, very spacious and the attached garages are a huge plus.
Very little parking, my apartment is dated for the amount I pay.
I would recommend but it has been a difficult process to rent. Management changed prices, where not accommodating, charged first and last month. Difficult process.
The community is quiet and well kept up. We're "in between" houses and haven't lived in an apartment for 30+ years; we didn't want loud parties, loud cars; stupid kids and unkept grounds. We're very happy.
