Property Ratings at The Meadows
Rat in attic after pest smell of dead rats would bother. Neighbor in first floor water damage and plumbing issue. Poor electricity service in all , easily shuts off cause our complex listed commercial not residential area. Homeless people addicts scavenging the building area. Please think twice

Our Maintenance almost always fill our Maintenance requests within 24 hours. They sometimes go beyond to make sure we're satisfied with our Maintenance requests is completed. And our Office staff does an awesome job as well.
Lived here 2 years and the Manager Brandi and her Maintenance crew were always on top of things. The grounds are always takin care of and pool with BBQ grilles very enjoyable. Included in apartment W/D, Microwave, Fireplace and we had a unit with little private yard. Would highly recommend.
I have lived in these apartments since 2006. We have had several different management companies during the time I have resided at the apartments. Some upgrades have been made, however there are still many apartments that have out of date appliances. If you are lucky to rent an apartment that has been updated, make sure to save enough money for your electric bill each month because some apartments have front doors that don't seal properly and others leak around the windows. Most of the residence are very easy going, friendly and easy to live around. This is a pet friendly environment with several stations containing doggie bags to pick up after your animals. I love that the apartments back up to a hike and bike train with several large trees. And if you don't mind competing with the squirrels there are a couple of fig trees located on the trails. If you enjoy public transportation as a means of travel, there is a Capital Metro stop very close to the community. Westwood High School is across the street and early in the mornings most residence enjoy listening to the band practice Stiving for perfection, and beaming with school pride. Occasionally residence can set outside in the evening while enjoying the sounds of a high school football game. If baseball is more your style look no further than across the street where families pour in to watch their teens play. There is nothing like the sound of leather hitting against metal. And not to worry about fans and parents parking in the residence parking spaces, because most fans are very respectful of our living spaces. No one complex is perfect, there is good and bad in all. So come with an open mind to see what we have to offer.
I spent a long time looking at properties all over Austin and most places were representing a decent rental rate but then they would tack on more fees, such as trash fees and pest control and cable, etc... making the actual rent outrageous. Here at the Meadows all of the fees are included with the rent and you get free cable! The property manager is very friendly and super nice! There is a new property owner who has been spending a lot of money on upgrades and it is nice to be able to move into a nice, newly upgraded home. I highly recommend checking this place out. Many places are within walking distance and the area is quite quiet. A
