This apartment complex has a horrible roach infestation and the staff is incredibly rude and will gaslight you into thinking you're the only unit or that you brought them, despite seeing roaches throughout the property. Infestation in the drains. Dog pee on all the carpets. Rude staff. Overall, horrible and traumatic living situation.

As other reviews have mentioned, there is a huge roach issue. I've seen them in the hallways, in the unit, and in common spaces. Other tenants had flooding and plumbing issues that also resulted in bug issues. Staff is not helpful in resolving these ongoing issues.

I moved in 2 months ago and I have to say that the staff is wonderful!! They are so helpful, nice and responsive to anything I've requested. It's a nice community with good amenities (3 pools, jacuzzi, several onsite laundry rooms, mailroom with lockers for packages, free coffee and wifi in the resident center and lots of trees!). The apartment is large with floor to ceiling windows and very spacious with great closet space!). Jesse was amazing during the leasing process from start to finish. I have to say they took so much more care and time during the tour/application process and were very professional compared to their competition. I recommend living here!

We have been living at The Meadows for about 7 years now and it has truly been home for us. We have loved the lush landscaping, streams and nature that surrounds the buildings as well as the awesome amenities. We have made many friends and will always look back fondly at our time here. We will be moving next month but will miss this place dearly! Special shout out to the maintenance team for always working so hard and making the community better. And a HUGE shoutout to Brian, the courtesy patrol guard — He is so kind and works so hard to make us residents happy and feel safe. He does an amazing job and we will miss seeing him every week!

Before I begin writing further, please note that this is a genuine review from a past tenant who resided at the Meadows in the past. This is a fantastic community to live and very friendly people. It is a gated community with security patrol and a very helpful leasing office. My special thanks and gratitude to Mrs. Tye, Kayla, Rachael and everyone in this office who made my stay at the Meadows absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful and understanding. The community is conveniently located in Culver City with bus stops and parks at walking distance. The washer/dryers have been recently renovated and the place is very clean too. If our paths cross again in the future, I would absolutely love to come back to stay there again in the future. Thank you so much!! I sincerely appreciate it!

The amenities are great so it gets two stars. Good luck getting in touch with management about anything. I wrote them a total of 12 emails without hearing back when I was trying to get a work order issue resolved and had to go in person twice before it was fixed. The parking situation is a nightmare, people just park wherever they want and not their assigned spot, meadows does nothing about it. Anytime you have an issue be ready to follow up over and over before it (hopefully) is resolved. They are great and nice until the lease is signed, then you are ignored and treated as an annoyance. They have a mail room but i've had 5 packages stolen in 3 months of living here.

I had an expensive aluminum bike and a motorcycle helmet stolen - the management simply doesn't care. Amazon packages are frequently stolen! Be mindful that The Meadows community is dangerous!

I love living here. It has all the amenities I could need and it's pretty quiet. Only thing I'll add is the management staff could be more responsive at times. But overall positive experience.

This review is for the renovated units of The Meadows. It is by far the best place I’ve lived. The units are completely renovated and are so spacious with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom (and in-unit laundry and a dishwasher!) I have a ground floor apartment and the patio is HUGE (every unit has one! 2nd and 3rd floors are smaller but great). It feels SO NICE to live in a gated community. I can walk around at all hours of the day or night (even take my dog out at 3am without a worry in the world) and it’s all landscaped so nicely. The renovated side I think is all one bedrooms so it’s mostly couples and solo tenants, making is SO quiet and serene, and the pool feels private! The area is a nice residential area with a great park. I take walks almost every day - it’s super safe. The only thing that could make the meadows better is if there was a little cafe or store in the community because you basically have to drive to get anywhere other than a chevron. LIVE HERE!!!

Recently moved in during the COVID restrictions in Feb 2021. I was sooo worried about the move because I’ve never signed a lease before physically viewing the unit in all of my renter’s life. But during the process, Tye was very helpful in showing me the unit via FaceTime, answering ALL my questions (I called her before signing the lease at least twice a day with questions and almost everyday afterwards ??????), and made sure all of my concerns were met. Once settled into the unit, more concerns arose from both the unit and the complex, and Bernard, Kayla, Jessie, and Rafael were also amazing by accommodating my concerns/worries. They treated me as a person not as though they owned the complex themselves like some other staff at other complexes I’ve previously lived in. They were very empathic; they listened; and most importantly they welcomed the concerns. During this crazy time that has definitely affected all of us, the staff was great, which makes living here a breath of fresh air. Even though we moved into a great neighborhood for a reasonable price with great amenities, the staff gives it a better feel. Thank you guys at The Meadows for everything.

This is really great place to live - I am not going to repeat other reviews about great amenities, large apartment size, distance to parks, shopping centers etc - that is all really nice and you will enjoy resort style living here. I feel really safe here and the courtesy patrol is doing great job helping residents with the services. The management is very responsive and always respond fast. Service requests are also handled reasonably fast even on weekends. Laundry is in good shape too - all washers and dryers I used are in good working condition. The prices can be very reasonable too depending on appartment you choose. Fiber internet service included in the rent and works very well.

Me and my family are living at the Meadows for 9 years. The amenities are great, like living on a spa. Our apartment is very spacious. But what makes this place great is the management. 24/7 maintenance and security onsite, and Leasing office operating 7 days a week inside the property. Just recently ha to deal with salary reduction due to COVID and called in to discuss about a possible reduction. Received 6 months reduction on my rent on the spot. This place is highly recommended.

I’ve been at the Meadows for 6 years and have loved every minute of it. It’s a beautifully landscaped sanctuary with nicely sized apartments and fantastic amenities. Not to mention extremely affordable for Culver City. If you are an easy going person who wants a good sized affordable apartment in a great location, you should absolutely check out the Meadows.

Incredibly badly mismanaged. Almost everything in the units and laundries is either broken or falling apart. Loud banging, shouting and screaming, all night parties, smoking and the smell of drugs everywhere, ant infestations, water pouring through asbestos ceilings, thefts, crime and vandalism. Completely out of control. Office phone goes straight to voicemail. Nobody answers emails. Security, if you can ever reach them, don’t show up, management don’t care. Nightmare!
Dangerous place to live. Management doesn’t do anything. Security never come.

There are many parties every midnight. The floor vibrates as the party's music. Also, it is hard to receive packages. There are three times that Amazon shows the package is arrived but it isn't after checking the package room and mailbox. Furthermore, their parking space is small for a mid-size car-accord. My neighbor's car is camry. When we park in our own parking lot, it is difficult for us to get out of our cars. After moving out for 3 months, I got my deposit back which is around 100 dollars. When I lived there, I hire professional cleaning ladies to clean my unit even the carpet monthly. However, it seems unuseful, since the meadows charged me lots of fees for maintaining carpet and wall. That is unacceptable.

If you want a great gym, playground, recreation center, multiple pools and the friendliest neighbors around, this is the place to be! While close to great parks, shopping centers and only a short drive to the beach when your home it is quiet and serene. Not just a complex but a community.
I love this community, I've lived here since 2009, same community different buildings , staff are friendly, helpful, always trying to make this community like a home, we have a nice clubhouse where they hold community gathering whether be it breakfast for residents or they bring a food truck once in a while, an opportunity for all the residents to meet and mingle and get to know your neighbors. The club house could be rented for private events, it has a kitchen, very convenient for special occasions with too many paople to fit in you apartment. The maintenance is quick and efficient, they also keep the grounds clean, green and beautiful. Three Pools to accommodate all residents, outside and inside jaccuzi, women and men Saunas, clean, well equipped Gym, tennis courts and about 10 parking lots. Mostly, I like it because it offers all that a person needs, walking distance to Fox Hills Mall, 10 minutes to the airport, downtown Culver City, Banks and FWY, and you have the feeling that you really don't live in a big city, your are in the middle of everything, in rhw same time your away from evrything.
It's a wonderful place to live; not to forget the location which is in center of all the shopping complexes, LA fitness, parks and restaurants. Always had good experience with the leasing staff; maintenance crew is good and helpful. The only problem is the mobile network issues which is common is culver city i guess.
