This place has SPIRALED in 2 years. The gates worked for just over a month. The pool has been open less than 6 months in 2 years. The gym ALWAYS has a lock on it. There are people constantly using hard drugs and dumpster diving on the property. People have broken into the mailboxes on more than one occasion. The landscaping is terribly unkempt. The property looks abandoned. The residents do not take care of the property. I moved to a smaller place at a better managed property because this place is awful. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Nothing like the pictures on the site, NOTHING!!! There is always garbage everywhere, grass is never cut, trees need to be trimmed, no functioning pools or fitness center and have the audacity to charge so much for rent. That’s another thing, your base rent looks great on paper, until you add up all the additional monthly fees that get tacked on. They need a better system as far as fixing things in your apartment that you put a maintenance request in for, there’s no sense of urgency. They want their rent money though, despite all the issues and will start a court case for eviction after 2 weeks if you’re late (things happen sometimes but it’s stressful seeing that on your door so fast). The office staff is nice but need to do better!!

Nothing but issues since I moved here. It's summer time ,the pool was dirty and now it's been closed. The gym is only open during business hours. Can't wait till my lease is up!

This review is a WARNING to anyone thinking about renting here. We have lived here for 5 years now and this is the first year our rent has been raised and is the year this place looks its WORST, so that they have the audacity to think they are are worth MORE now that they trashed the place is simply asinine. Last fall, they overwatered the grass to the point the entire property was flooded under inches of water wherever you walked and did not stop despite multiple calls and emails. This summer, they have not watered a single DAY and the entire property is now dead. The grass has turned into hard dirt, bushes are dead, and trees are dying. There is dog poop literally every single inch across the property. You cannot step anywhere without stepping on dog poop. The pathway lights around the property are mostly broken. The vehicle carport awnings are damaged in most areas, and the property has not been repaved or painted since the new management company purchased it. The pools have turned into literal swamps at this point. I expect to see creatures crawling out of it at any moment. Our elderly neighbor's window was broken and remained broken for almost a month before they got around to finally fixing it. They simply do not care about your well-being here at all. It is simply comical that think they think they can charge more after coming in here and trashing the place. Do not come here, go literally anywhere else.

Since this company has taken over the front gate is not working and hasn't worked in months. They allow residents with dogs to leave piles of dog feeces around. Management is a where and does nothing. Trash area stays unsanitary with garbage all over. This used to be a nice complex. I've been here a few years. If value where you live this is not the place to be.

Do not move here, dirty, trash everywhere, gates always open, thief's, they take for every to resolve the "emergency maintenance issues" Stay away from this place

Everyone has their own opinions negative & positive I can honestly say I've been here almost 2 years and my experience here has not been all that bad actually got a pretty good unit the staff in the front office is very amazing there's a new management and they're trying their best to get everything up to part and get the property looking as good as possible we've come a long way here and the outcome is turning out standing don't listen to all the other comments come see for yourself it's great here

To call this place a dump would be a compliment! They post beautiful pictures of their apartments and they're really not that great! Vaticide the management is very rude and only care about getting there rent. There are no security cameras except around the main office building and if anything bad happens to your vehicle don't expect them to care. It was both mine and my fiance's car have been broken into, there has been SWAT team with flash bombs, and our neighbors house has been broken into with the door fully smashed in. Children run free doing whatever they please including smashing windows. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy

Shootings, gang bangers standing on the corner open carrying guns on their hips. Sounds of domestic violence keep me up at night, had to call the police twice. Drug dealers, police raiding apartments in your building. A guy got shot twice in the face in the apartments right down the road. Bad neighborhood Worst of all is the manager who will not treat you like a human being. You have a verbal agreement- they get you to renew your lease then change their mind because you didn’t get it in writing.

Dont move here! The management will tell you something is ok when you move in and the a year and a half later, after you've signed another years lease, will threaten eviction if you dont remove the thing that was verbally agreed was fine. There have been swat teams here setting off flash bombs and drug dealers openly offering to sell to anyone. We came home on Christmas of 2018 to find our next door neighbor's door had been completely busted in. Needless to say it is not a safe place to live and when there is an issue dont expect the front office to do anything. No on premise security and the gates are usually broken. Both mine and my partners car have been broken into and when we asked the office if the cameras worked they said only around the main office, so dont expect ANY sort of protection here. Only plus side is the maintenance team seems to be on top of repairs and usually respond quickly.

Living at The Meadows has been great!! I love the upgrades and I am looking forward to renewing my lease.

Please believe what you read I am a current resident but my lease will be expiring soon since the new management company has taken over I've seen crime increase I have seen my neighbors move out it has so many neighbors moving in and out I don't even actually know who my neighbors are!! I've been here for years it is progressively getting worse I came home two weeks ago it was yellow taped off because there was a shooting there is break-ins there is crime they do fix the front of the complex so that it looks appeasing but if you travel to the back it is dirty there's garbage there's people hanging out loud music if you have somewhere else better that you are looking at by all means please move there! For what they're charging here the rent that does Not include gas electric water sewer trash cable Pest Control those are all monthly recurring fees that you have to pay if you knew better you'd do better find somewhere else!

Do not get fooled by these apartments they are horrible!!!!! I was supposed to move in on the 17th of March mind you I'm coming from out of state I get there to go check the apartment out and the apartment was filthy looked nothing like the pictures the door looked as if someone tried to break in the tub was filthy washer and dryer was filthy refrigerator was HORRIBLE dishwasher was a MESS carpet and walls were nasty cabinets and cup boards NASTY !!!!! and on top of everything I found a LIVE roach in one of the bathroom drawers. The area is horrible especially if you have children I literally walked into my potential apartment and cried I took my deposit money orders back and now having trouble cashing them because they were so quick to take your money and write and stamp all over them . Honest opinion DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! Sunshine was a good leasing agent tho she completely understood why I didn't want to live there and she happily gave me my things back but I'm just having a problem now cashing my money order! I never do reviews but I felt the need to do this one ESPECIALLY for people with children

Been here for almost 4 years, great complex, near stores and schools. great staff, always helpful.
