We are so happy to hear you are enjoying your home with us! Thank you for choosing The Meadows!
Please don't live here, this is the worst apartment ever, lot's of break in, lot's of time that there is no water and the most important part, it's been a month now when the snow came last december and our unit got all soaked up in water then they remove all the carpet and walls but until now it is still not fixed, no progress at all and they will not update you whats going to happen, you will just pray everyday that they will knock on your door and fix the unit. What a mess apartment and management.

First of all they are a rip off I ever heard of you getting charged for carpet cleaning when you move out and not living there anymore that is wrong to me I see there true colors come out when you leave. I should not be paying for the carpet to get cleaned for the next person to live there what a rip off they are.

Lot of car break ins and parking lot packed full of people who don’t live in the complex. Not enough lighting at night and we pay monthly for pest control but never receive it. The units are overpriced and amenities are mediocre.

Thanks for rating The Meadows five stars! We're thrilled you love your home and if you ever have any additional feedback or questions for our team, feel free to let us know!
I have lived here 4 years. In that time the “world” has changed quite a bit. The Meadows management team has “rolled with the punches”. When a problem arises they work hard to rectify the matter. The Staff has always been polite, willing to work to keep our environment the best it “can” be. A “complex” will be only as good as it’s people. Management and people who live there. I have met many good neighbors and think we have excellent management team. So, all in all, I hope to renew my lease when it comes due.

First my lease is messed up, they got a bug problem, no security, they can’t guarantee the safety of your personal belongings. Been living here four days and guys with assault rifles where outside my car trying to steal it. Would not recommend living here, there are way better options for the amount they raised the rent for some simple renovations.

The Meadows is a great place to live. I've lived here for several years and find it to be peaceful and safe. The buildings and grounds are very well kept. Parking is ample and well lit. The office and maintenance staff are professional and any maintenance needs are quickly resolved.

Thanks for the amazing shoutout to our maintenance team and feedback on our community! We strive to provide prompt and reliable maintenance service, so it's great to hear your feedback. If there is anything you ever need from our team, be sure to let us know. Have a great day!
I have just recently moved into a home but had been a resident at The Meadows for over five years. I found it to be a safe and quiet community that my son and I enjoyed being a member of. Crystal and Taneka, the management team, have always been responsive to my needs at the office and Robert who runs maintenance has always gotten on the occasional issue with great urgency, including on holidays and weekends. All the regular maintenance like landscaping is handled on schedule and everything always looks neat and clean. I have witnessed all the annual investments in the community like siding and gutters that keep the community always looking fresh and up to date. I think the pricing for what you get is quite fair and the only reason I left was the need for more space. I think you will enjoy it there. D.Smith
The Meadows is a good place to live. Im very happy here.
I've lived in The Meadows Apts for about 6 years now and i absolutely love it here! The apartments are very spacious, maintenance always responds to issues quickly and Taneka is always helpful and attentive to my needs!
This apartment complex is phenomenal. Its quiet, they keep it clean, and the apartments are overall beautiful. The residents here dont have to do anything or worry about trash all over the parking lot. Almost every morning someone is cleaning the parking lots. They cut the grass often and they even rake the leaves off the walk way entrance and side walks to the apartments. If something is wrong outside of the apartment they will catch it immediately. On the portal we have to opportunity to request maintenance assistance. Let me tell you, its the best maintenance Ive ever witnessed in my life. Ive put a request in at 3am in the morning, they called IMMEDIATELY !! And it took them 20 minutes to arrive. For my personal experience 20 minutes was great because I lived in some other apartments and we use to have to wait 2 to 3 hours for maintenance to even contact us let alone fix the problems.
I love living @ the meadows, they are very spacious living areas & surrounding, it an excellent place too be.
I would not recommend the Meadows to anyone. I have lived here for over two years and the women in the office are terrible. They screen calls coming into the office and when you finally get an answer they are very rude. They do not address any of your concerns or issues that you have with other residents. The trash bins are always constantly overflowing no matter which one you go to. Maintenance is wonderful. They come quickly after they are notified. It is up to the ladies in the office to notify them. For the price you should get better service.
The Meadows is an excellent place to live , i love it here, it's so well maintained & the staffers are very pleasant.
I love staying @ the meadows , it's well run by the staffers.i would recommend to anyone.
I appreciate living in this, virtually, quiet community thats well kept. I have friendly, respectful neighbors. I also appreciate the inclusion of online communication and payment system.
Very Nice Community Apartment Homes are on point The concerns are mentioned in the comments above Thanks for the time and opportunity to review our comments !
Service here has always been very good
I have lived at the Meadows for 18 months and for the most part, it is well maintained and clean. I love my apartment and the location within the complex. Maintenance is responsive to requests.
Appreciation/Grateful of being allowed to rent an Apartment Home at The Meadows
Lovely ~~~ Clean ~~~ Beautiful ~~~Tranquil
The Meadows are a great place to live. I have had on problem and it was handled quickly and professionally.
Comfortable, quiet apartments surrounded by lush landscaping located close to I-40/I-240. Washer/Dryer hookups and large walk-in closet, large master bedroom and den, patio. Excellent maintenance.
Pretty quiet and clean area. Maintenance and other workers are always on the premises cleaning and keeping the grounds looking nice. Great upkeep. Crystal in the office is pretty friendly and helpful.
I have been residing in the Meadows since 2017 and I absolutely love it. I haven't had any issues. I feel safe and secure. The leasing managers are professional and maintenance responses to issues swiftly. I've only had maybe 2 maintenance issues since I've been here. Wasn't anything major either.
I love it here at The Meadows. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance work is completed in a timely manner. Then they follow up on any work done to make sure everything is still working fine for you. They keep you up to date with anything going on in the complex or any changes. It is pretty quiet here and I like that. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, spacious, 1 or 2 bedroom apartment home to check out The Meadows.
Usually gets to job quick and professional about it.
Well-maintained apartments on beautiful grounds with friendly neighbors and office staff, very convenient to interstate.
I lived here for 2 years, for the most part never had major problems but now that I have moved out the true colors of the property manager are showing. Within 2 years the property switched management companies multiple times and only notified residents 24 hours prior if that, and its always something wrong with the website to pay your rent on. When it was time for my renewal this year I never received a renewal letter and I had to be the one calling the property manager about it, secondly when I decided I was moving I inquired about a 60 day move out notice and was told I only needed to give a 30 day which I did and watched the manager sit across from me and sign off with no problem nor did she ever say the move out date was incorrect, I scheduled my move out walk through with the property manager and on the day of it no one in the office even knew it was scheduled (very unprofessional)and they had the maintenance guy do my walk through. I moved out days before the 1st of the following month and now they are withholding my security deposit. DO NOT MOVE HERE, THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!
I enjoyed my stay at the Meadows. My lease just expired in October 2019. It started off a little rocky with a few things needing fixed but the assistant manager, Crystal is AWESOME AT WHAT SHE DOES & got right on it! Appreciated her & the staff, extremely quiet & comfortable living space. I would recommend anyone to live here as long as you can afford it.
I have been living here for two years and they suck! Crystal the office manager is rude! The anonymous person you email (because you can’t speak with an actual person) is RUDE! I had a mouse in mouse in which they absolutely rufused to move me! I saw mice all the time in the summer in the parking lot dead so I expected they were putting some kind of poison down that’s a no because it or they got in my home. I literally get about 2 hours of sleep a night and do not know how I am alive at this point. It had been four weeks since this has happened and I have been home for a week feeling very uncomfortable! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Fair warning office management is horrible by the way I have had maintenance issues that has gone a year and a half without being resolved! This is not a one star it was just the lowest you could go!
My fiancé and I have been in the market for some nice apartments in our price range for about a month now, and we have not been as pleased as we were when we visited The Meadows. Taneka helped us and she was amazing! As of today, they have completely won us over! Here are a list of my pro's and con's: Pro's - FRIENDLY staff - seems quiet and well kept - large apartment and walk in closets - balcony/patio - steamroom - dog park for my little Pekinese - AMAZING prices - fireplace - mailboxes are attached to each building Con's - old appliances (maybe from the 90's?) - small fitness center (but has the necessities)
We have lived at The Meadows now for 4 years. We spent the first 3 years in a one bedroom and have been in a 2 bedroom for almost a year. On the whole, we have loved living here. The community is small and pretty quiet. The maintenance is friendly and fast. The neighborhood is clean and well maintained. The rent is very fair. In the time we've been here, we've only had a couple issues with management (they were very negative, however) and only a few instances that made us somewhat uncomfortable. The apartments were built in the '90s so the apartments themselves have become somewhat dated, not a big issue to me but I know it is for some people. Their new agreements do allow you paint the walls as long as you paint them back to white before you move out. The apartments aren't noisy, nor do they have paper thin walls. Also, it used to be that candles were not allowed, you could be nickled and dimed for little maintenance issues when you moved out like cleaning, nail holes, etc...and you couldn't put anything into the wall larger than a nail. All these rules have been done away with now. There is a community pool, tennis court and dog park. What I find strange is that there is no designated play area for children. Instead, they have to play in the short yards or streets. We don't have children, but if we did that might be a deal breaker. There is a courtesy officer who patrols the area, and on the whole the community is relatively free of crime. Since we have lived here, as far as I know, there have been only 2-3 break-ins (usually by someone the resident knew) and only one incident involving a firearm (again, by someone the resident knew). Recently, there has been a string of multiple thefts involving car tires, usually targeting high-end rims. Compared to neighboring apartments, I feel relatively safe here (of course actual safety is really an illusion anywhere). On the whole, I would definitely recommend living here for the great community, maintenance, quiet, fair rent and relatively safe environment, just keep your wits about you when dealing with the new management, especially regarding accounting or moving in/out. We ended up waiting over a month to move into the 2 bedroom because of issues on their end, having to cancel moving arrangements twice, and then as a result had some unpleasant accounting issues come up because of mistakes they made in the process. However, we're past it and are enjoying living here again.
I have felt at home since the moment I set foot on the ground at The Meadows Apartments. The beautifully, well-kept landscape with the amenities to match fell nothing short of perfect! Not to mention, the staff is always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to provide an experience with each conversation. Initially when I moved in, there were some things that still needed to be worked on. Instead of it turning into a major headache, it became a challenge that each and every person on staff met head on without hesitation! They went above and beyond the call of duty, and I can honestly say that I am living in a dream! Everything is in immaculate condition and looks brand new! I already feel that I have my own personal retreat in the comfort of my own apartment, but as an added bonus I can lounge at our pool, get a summer glow in the winter in our tanning bed, or take a stroll to one of the many restaurants and attractions in walking distance! It is the perfect stay-cation and a renter's ultimate destination!
Having moved from the country I was glad to find this place. Just a few minutes from great restaurants, shopping, the interstate (which allows you to get any where in town quickly), churches, parks, community college, and a few hospitals (hope you do not need those). Large one bedroom apartment with walk in closet. Quiet. Pet friendly (there is a dog play area at the back and plenty of 'poo' stations). Neighbors are friendly. Staff is friendly and always seem willing to listen.
This apartment is so welcoming! The Leasing Consultant Crystal is always knowledgeable when I have questions or concerns. I love how they make us feel so appreciated by doing the Tenant Appreciation Day at least once a month. It builds a better bond amongst the tenants and consultants. The apartment is so spacious and even has an extra storage closet outside for other things. Its located down the street from a park, close by restaurants and public and private school options for your children. I can see myself being here for years!
Do you want to live in a clean and safe environment? If so, The Meadows is your best choice! The area is great, the neighbors are friendly, and there is little to no crime. I remember when my boyfriend and I were signing the paperwork for our new apartment home here in The Meadows, the office staff were very welcoming and made us feel as if we were already at home; from that point on, I knew that we had made the best decision. The Meadows is a great place to live !!
I have made The Meadows Apartments my home for over 20 years. The staff there has always gone above and beyond in taking care of my problems. I am so thankful for them and think of them as family.
I have been a resident at The Meadows for 8 years. After retiring from work in Michigan and the death of my husband, I decided to relocate. The Meadows has been a pleasant place to live and the staff has been very good and attentive to all of my needs. Thank you for a comforrable place to live. I look forward to living here for a long time.
I have been living at The meadows for only 2 months...and my short time I can see I pick the right place to live. Neighbors are friendly. Management is wonderful...and the maintenance guys are great...had a package left at the office...was to heavy for me to load up...but I ask one of the maintenance guys to help me with it and without any problems he did. I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay here...which I already know will be awhile.
Very friendly staff, from management to maint. Any issues I may of had, they fix them and make it right. I was turned down from a different complex but the Meadows worked with me, and I appreciate that. I have had a great experience here. They stay on top of things around here. And that's a good thing.
I was not sure what to think when me and my wife moved in.but once we got settle the Apartments turned out to be great Just the right size.and unbelievable quitness. They are very nice people living and keep the apartments in great condition. From the leasing office to the maintenance staff they are always friendly. And prompt when it come to apartment maintenance. We have settle in fine and love the apartment life style because of the small but close knit community . Respectfully The Hills.
