Property Ratings at The Mediterranean Apartments
Went for a tour and apartments look nothing like the pictures. There were cars running everywhere I counted at least 10. The hallways are dirty and old. The parking area isn’t gated and the roads were all messed up. The apartment had chipped paint. Overall I wouldn’t recommend
Good landscaping and pool. Moved in and new appliances
And it’s disgusting. It should be called cat manor. There’s cats running around everywhere. Animal poop in the resident hallways, spiderwebs clinging all off the hallway ceilings, cat food on the floor in the hallways. By the time we got to the actual unit I had seen enough. The unit I viewed smelled so bad. Don’t waste your time.
3-5 times a month No hot water so cold showers or boil water if you have time, management doesn’t care, parking is a nightmare, it’s dirty, vehicle break-ins, “security” is bad, animal poop everywhere, management REALLY doesn’t care to solve issues and they completely ignore resident complaints.
Don’t move here they turn off the water multiple times during the month without notice. Water also comes out dirty I think the pipes need to be updated. Do yourself a favor don’t move here.
This place has become run down since new owners took over. Plumbing never work. They have the water off for days while the “fix” it. This place is a joke.
This place has horrible pluming, they turn the water off at least twice a month. Dogs and cats poop in hall ways, its disgusting! Also they don't let you put anything on your patio even your bike. Management will harass you to remove whatever you have on your balcony.
Terrible customer service. No parking. Water pipes constantly breaking causing outages. No enforcement of apartment rules. Loud music late at night. Save yourself the money and trouble go somewhere else
The water always gets turned off without notice and takes forever to get warm when you take a shower. Now they are doing balcony checks they make you feel like you live in a prison. Honestly this place is horrible do yourself a favor and keep looking don’t get stuck in this trap hole.
this place has gone downhill the past two years, people have parties every night, people play super loud music ALL DAY even after 10pm and no matter how many times we call security to tell them to turn it down, people here just don’t listen. There’s never parking, there’s always problem with water, and just a super noisy place, people are so inconsiderate here. Regret choosing this place, currently searching to move somewhere else ASAP and get out of here. Look for another place! Here are the reasons why if you're curious. - Water lines constantly breaking so expect to not have hot water at least once every 3 months. - Smokers will make you want to close all your windows with their loud and obnoxious coughs. - Parties ring out at very late hours on weekdays also forcing you to close your windows. - Cats are everywhere witch means they will spray your patio if you have any furniture on it. Just a few reasons, if you want more then apply. Unfortunately some of the people who live here like to smoke cigarrettes and marijuana, sometimes at 10pm, 12am even 3am and my fan is throwing all the smoke inside my room. I have been affected by second hand smoke too much. Another point is that the Landord rented to many apartments to young people with psychiatric disease; and I don't have problems with that, however you are going to have many days or nights in which the cries and crises of theses persons wake you up scared because you don't know what happening. The next point is that in the pool area many people spend their time drinking alcohol and it is supposed to by a family environment. In short this area is becoming increasingly difficult and complicated, and each time they want to charge more. Other issue is some persons are barely at 6:40am - 7am they are going out to take their children to school and the noises, shouts and gossip in the corridors wake you up. The neighbors talk so loud from building to building at that time in the morning, without thinking that maybe other persons are sleeping, more if they work at night. Lastly this apartments have a lot of issues with the water system. If you live near the laundry room, you need to endure that people throw the doors of the washing and dryers machines every time at dawn.
They let people have pets and the pets poop in the hall way and management does nothing about it . Water is always getting turned off because pipes break . Do yourself a favor don’t move here.
there has been a recent onsite management change, and i am not a fan. they dont believe in common courteous. also they have bug issues... spiders..water bugs.. move upstairs if your moving in...
Nicely kept greenery, and the office staff is very responsive and helpful. An observation there are sometimes 6 unattended children (10 or younger) roaming around the property after the management leaves and sometimes at night after dark. They throw or leave trash, are very loud, and recklessly running around while you are trying to walk to your apartment. In one instance several children were climbing over the railing onto the balcony of a vacant unit. There are also skateboarders using the common walkways. The management does not enforce the rules concerning skateboarding.
Close to work, schools, yet quiet and well groomed.
The complex is nice but my car got broken into 3 times. If the security got tightened up it would be amazing.
