I absolutely love everything about my apartment. Back when I toured this place 2 years ago I fell in love. The luxury that you get you won’t find elsewhere! Every amenity is 10/10!!The study space, the gym, the resort style pool, fire pits etc. I feel safe at home and while out walking my dog. They recently opened the plaza in walking distance with a Publix which is another plus. I would highly recommend this community! To top it off the staff is super friendly. Maintenance is great and very timely when needed. Miranda is the BEST! She tries her absolute best to accommodate all of your needs which I appreciate. Thanks Menlo team! I’ll miss you guys. You won’t regret renting here.

This place is a nightmare. It was tolerable when mostly empty, now that units filled up it’s chaos. We get messages multiple times a week trying to reign in all the issues /rules being broken. There have been multiple break ins. There are units with 5+ adults crammed in. It gets loud at night. Every month they enter your apartment with one day notice under the excuse of building inspection. In many years of apartment rental I’ve never encountered this. I believe they are doing it to monitor people’s homes because of all the behavior issues. They allow aggressive dog breeds and many people do not clean up after pets. There are children around h supervised at all hours of day and night. Construction is cheap. It’s unsafe, miserable place. The front office people are friendly enough but can’t do anything to improve day to day. There are significant hidden fees involved expect to pay close to $200 more than the rent they quote you per month. Many of the fees they say are included are not.
Move in at your own risk. I lived there for 2.5 months and had my apartment BROKEN INTO! The doors are not secure, the deadbolt pushed right through the wall. My apartment was not the only one. I had over $4,000 in items stolen and the worst part is that I was pitched from the beginning that we pay $11 a month for our renter's insurance, as part of our extra month fees, well when it came time to need it they admit it's not actually renter's insurance, it just protects the outside of their building, but residents have to pay for that. I could not believe the deception, I spoke to several neighbors who were under the same impression I was and have since been informed by the leasing office that residence need to acquire their own renter's insurance while still paying for management's insurance. To make things worse, I was out of town when the break-in occurred and I requested management to check on my apartment since my door had shown having been unlocked for days and I received no response to my request. My apartment was entered 3 times across a 4 day period before management took me seriously and could check my apartment to then discover it had a forced entry break-in. Also, there are no security cameras ANYWHERE in the community. I was able to terminate my lease, but received $0 in deposits refunded or any assistance financially with the moving or items stolen due to their cheap front door and only having lived there for 2.5 months. They have since changed they wording of the welcome letter and what they used to call "Asset Protect Insurance", it's now just a facilities fee, they clearly knew it was deceiving. I would never feel safe in that community after this experience.
I don’t know where to start. From the sales associates to the property manager, the ladies are AWESOME. They worked with me from start to finish and even let me see my apartment before I moved in. I recent moved from LUX at Sorrel (which is under the same property management and a great property to) but The Menlo takes the cake. The kitchen is great in my one bedroom and the island is bigger than you think. The smart home technology is by far the best part and which conveniently convinced me to move right over. I love my apartment and I know I will be here for a while.
