Property Ratings at The Mercer at Lawrence Station
Oh boy, where to even start... Our apartment was filled with resurfacing fumes when the next door apartment was refinished. We were forced to leave our apartment for multiple days and the management refused to reimburse us for inhabitable conditions at our home, and then threatened late fees if we were to withhold a few days rent. We weren't even notified prior to the work, and the incident occurred on a Sunday! Roofing contractors have been replacing roofs recently outside of the hours which we were notified to anticipate, they were working as late as 8 pm on weekdays making louds noises. We've had issues with bugs, the management is completely unhelpful, and they do not enforce any parking requirements (sometimes it difficult to find parking as non-residents constantly park outside our building). If you are going to spend money on a "luxury apartment" you are better off elsewhere. Would have given a less than 1 star rating if possible.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. It's important to us that all residents have a positive living experience and we regret that we didn't meet your expectations. We understand your concerns about the resurfacing fumes, late working hours, and parking issues. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these matters further and find a resolution. Please reach out to us at 1 609-799-7699 or info@liveatthemercerls.com. Sincerely, The Mercer at Lawrence Station Management Team
Property management is aloof and only answers to their corporate office. Some maintenance staff are great but others are arrogant and confrontational. Walls and floors/ceilings are thin so you can hear absolutely everything. Never a peaceful moment!! This community is the epitome of landlord specials and lipstick on a pig.

I've been a resident at this apartment complex for more than a year now, and while there are many aspects I appreciate, one significant downside has been the ongoing noise issue. My upstairs neighbor has been a constant source of disturbance for over two months. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem with the management, the noise issue remains unresolved. The neighbor's running and the sound of objects being dropped frequently extend beyond reasonable hours, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful living environment. I've reached out to the management for assistance, and they have been in contact with my neighbor. While there has been a slight improvement, the problem is far from being completely resolved. It's disappointing that basic considerations, such as adhering to quiet hours and being respectful of fellow residents, are not being met. In conclusion, while this apartment complex has its merits, the ongoing noise issue has been a significant drawback for me. I hope that the management can take more immediate and effective steps to address these concerns for all residents.

I got a job at Princeton University and lived here for two years. The staff was always very friends, any small issue I had like locking myself out, Mike was always there in 5 minutes to help. The pool and fitness center are clean. Its quiet and parking was never an issue. I would highly recommend!
staff is very poor and unprofessional... bad attitude! Claudette, the leasing consultant is the worst representative you could ever have and she's in your face every day! Stay Away!!
