When I moved into my unit, I immediately discovered a cockroach infestation. They were everywhere—live cockroaches, their casings, baby roaches, and a pervasive odor throughout my new “home.” Upon inspecting the appliances, I found both dead and live cockroaches, even inside the wall outlets. I reported the issue to the leasing office, and they provided me with a newly renovated unit. However, that unit was also infested with cockroaches. I talked to my neighbors and they also mentioned that all the buildings and units were infested with cockroaches. They even said some even had mice infestations. Do what you want with this information.

The leasing office and management straight up lies to residents. The phone number to contact them does not work. You inform them of problems and they just say sorry and never do anything about it.

Horrible. Do not live here. Maintenance never shows up, they close out work orders without actually completing them. No line of communication whatsoever. Office is always closed, pool is never open. Not enough words to describe how awful this place is.

Maintenance is never on time, the leasing office is closed indefinitely, swimming pool closed, apartments aren’t updated, 1 out of 5 stars. They always mess up on your rent too, seems like they apply your rent after the 5th which can make your payment late. I would stay away

It’s surrounded with most of super stores like Costco Walmart Kroger Target Low’s and etc Five minutes away from hospital and ER There are lots of parking lots and open green areas Amazon hub Soccer field and play ground Gym I have been living here since Feb 2020

Finally they are making improvements here and I can say Drew has been helpful in getting repair requests done on time. Long overdue but improving at last.

This property is a joke when it comes to security. It doesn't matter what your neighbors do, the office will never pick up your calls. Metro will try to help but ultimately they cannot do anything. I thought they turned over a new leaf and so I renewed my lease but now it's worse than ever. Hopefully the new owner cares enough to fix issues but I'm not counting on that happening at this point. Find someplace else to live because if you have problems here, no one will help you.

Finished a 1 year lease going on 2. I haven't had any problems since ive been here. Maintenance is always on time, the pest control people are also. I cant complain about anything. My townhome is cozy to me. The grass stays cut here , some apartments don't stay on top of there grass so no complaints!

I have been here barely 2 and a half weeks. They put an eviction notice on my door. No phone call, no response to e-mail (I mailed them two days ago and they completely failed to call me) when I noticed they had not applied my initial rent payment to my account. Rather than contacting me I came home one day to a 5 day warning on my door. How could I even get the keys to the apartment if I didn't pay for my first month and other charges up front? All this could have took was one phone call. Avoid.

Improving but they still don’t care about their current residents as they should, only the ones with new apartments . Bad insulation, people still braking into apartments and cars. Don’t let them fool you. Residents have to reimburse them for water and the water smells horrible. Ipl bill will be as high as half your rent.

UPDATE 9/1. After finally getting an appointment to have them come in and do this special treatment they as usual show up in the morning unannounced expecting me to leave right then and there. Even though I had worked overnight and only had an hour of sleep I was gone in less then 20 mins. Was told they would be back in 30. I called when I left and spoke to Laura who said she would tell them right away. Over 4 hours of waiting and $30 in cab rides later I return to find out it was never done. Even when they can do something they dont.

Dont let these people fool you being newly owned and the fact they are making themselves look good through putting up siding. They are still the laziest crew of agents and maintenance I have ever dealt with. Been here for 5 months with the same roach infestation problem. Refuse to cook in a kitchen where huge roaches are crawling around and dying in my cabinets. The bathroom is also infested. State board of health has been called twice and still awaiting court. After this their only response still is to spray even though theyve been advised to do more. They dont even do this regularly. Its been two weeks since they been in my place. You are only as good as your worst apartment. So like I said dont be fooled into moving here. You will still have problems and be chasing after them for results.

Bugs are everywhere. Weed smell in every hall. Police are here every week with a disturbance going on. No screens in windows. You can hear everything from next door. Very cheap in price but you get what you pay for.

Maintenance and management never respond to repairs. You can call, email, arrive in person and tell them what's wrong and nothing happens. Cannot WAIT until lease is up. Weed heads all around. Inconsiderate neighbors! Walls are paper thin, what goes on next door comes into your home as if you are doing it, hearing it, living their life experiences with them. No screens on any window, and continued bull.

I gave this place a true, honest chance. I have been living here for almost a year now and I have been about as good of a sport as I can be, but the staff at this place are so inexcusably bad at their jobs that it is sickening. They are a bunch of forgetful incompetent lazy people who have lied to me so much it isn't even funny. They hire the cheapest people to come to things that should be trusted to more reliable companies. The staff are never quick or reliable and there are probably about 5 people who work here when there should be about 25 to 30. The current manager, Will, is a nice guy and I have tried as hard as I possible can to give him the benefit of the doubt in the nearly 20 issues I've had with my home since I've moved in but the management here just plain sucks. It's been so much of, "Yeah we will take care of that" and then absolutely nothing. I've been into the main office roughly 70 times since I've moved in, and about 3 times there was someone sitting at the front desk, which should always have someone there. I've been in and seen the phone just ringing constantly with people who are probably complaining about things that are going wrong with their apartment. I have been the absolute nicest customer to Viewpointe on Westlane, and in exchange I personally feel like I have been treated like garbage. I am low-mantinence, and patient, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Do not move here. They will never fix things and they will never do what they say they are going to do. You will regret moving here if you do.

I MOVED HERE IN AUGUST OF 2015 THE UNIT WAS ROACH INFESTED AND I REQUESTED TO BE MOVED IMMEDIATELY. THEY KEPT COMING WITH EXCUSES WHY THEY DO NOT MOVE RESIDENTS TO NEW UNITS BUT I WAS ONLY THERE FOR 24HRS AND NOTICED MY NEW UNIT WAS ROACH INFESTED, SO I STOPPED PAYING RENT SO THAT MAYBE I COULD GET HELP FROM THE COURTS SINCE THEY WERE NOT WILLING, AT THE EVICTION HEARING THEIR LAWYER RAN UP AND ASKED THAT I TRY TO RECTIFY THINGS WITH THEM ONE MORE TIME. SO I DID AND THE CURRENT MANAGER MS DEBBIE WAS A BIG HELP SHE GOT ME MOVED BUT THE COMPLEX JUST CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THE MANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES,ONCE MOVED MY TOILET WAS RUNNING NON STOP AND THE STOVE DID NOT WORK. IT TOOK 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX THE TOILET AND THE STOVE STILL DOES NOT WORK BUT AT THIS POINT ALL I CARE ABOUT IS MOVING OUT, THERE HAS BEEN 3-4 SHOOTINGS OR MURDERS IN THE COMPLEX SINCE I MOVED IN. I LIVED ACROSS THE STREET IN 2000-2003 AND THESE APTS WERE SOOO NICE BACK THEN

Even though they are under new managment called Shamrock Communities they are as absent as the onsite management. Maintenance leaves doors open and unlocked for random individuals to break in and rob or wreck vacant and non vacant apartments. They also leave notes and flyers on doors as open invitation to what apartments to break into. They do not fix important items that need to be fixed including air and heating units , appliances, windows and doors. But they will send people to enter your house take pictures for no reason with no intentions on fixing your items just going through the motions of making it look as if they are.

I called in to ask about their prices and apts and found out that what is listed here, is not what they are charging!! FALSE ADVETRTISING!!!!!! and in Indianapolis, In, marion county, all trash is free. but not at this establishment. you have to pay for trash. very short and rude on the phone. the lady did say that the complex is under new management since september. they need to have a class on "customer care phone service!"

We hate this place. They don't take care of things that they should like pests, for example. Dont recommend this place to anyone. Never move here.

This is the worst place to live ever. They are infested and they take their sweet time fixing problems.
