In Northwest DC, the attention-grabbing Georgetown area has an unassuming neighbor to the north in Glover Park, which provides a quiet, small-town feel for residents to escape from the bustle of university students and M Street shoppers to the south.
Glover Park has become well-established as an ideal landing spot for young families still looking to be connected to the city, but it has more space at a better value than other parts of Washington, DC. Perfect row-home-lined streets fill in the majority of the neighborhood, while one of Northwest DC's main commercial thoroughfares, Wisconsin Avenue, runs right along the eastern border of the neighborhood.
The beauty, charm and historic feel of DC exist in spades in Glover Park. Each row home with its little porch out front, the tree-lined streets, and numerous parks are all packed into a mini community to form a lovely spot to call home.

Property Ratings at The Meridian
I lived in this place for few years now, and it has a perfect location which we loved but unfortunately recently some young people started to live there, smoking weeds all the time, filling the hallways with clouds of smokes day and night and making loud parties, we complained alot to the management but nothing happened despite complaining now since more than a year, so we sadly plan to move when our lease will expire. If you don't mind weed smoking, this is a perfect place.
I just love my building. My one bedroom is huge and it feels like a two bedroom. My apartment has all of the up-to-date ameneties; dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave. One of the best part of my apartment is the balcony, where I started a little herb garden; growing basil, mint, and chives to add flavor to my meals. Another reason why my building is so unique is because the bottom two floors are used for commercial purposes and the top two floors are apartments, so its a small and quiet community of tenants, no front door person, which I prefer. Oh, I forgot to mention when something needs to be fixed, the maintence crew are there to fix it in a flash. I have been living here for over 4 years and couldn't image a better place to live.
