I did not HATE living here! However, loud and noisy neighbors made it difficult especially working from home. I also did not like walking out of my building smelling dog urine and seeing dog poop everyday. Lastly, the building fire alarm consistently goes off in the middle of night for 20 minutes was annoying. Elevator was out of order frequently as well. Decent property and location.

We have lived here since 2017 and have nothing but great experiences. The apartment we live in is the perfect size that gives us plenty of room (2 bed, 2 bath) and the amenities are great. Love the large countertop and all of the stainless steel appliances. I can't say enough positive words about the staff that work here. The office team are wonderful, kind, and understanding. Any time you have a question or have to pick up a package, they do it with a smile and I really have to say that Andrew is great at what he does. The maintenance team are amazing as they are on top of it if you have an issue, they really care to make sure everything is running perfectly. We love what the courtyard has to offer and the pool is wonderful, especially in this crazy heat. I think we have so much more for the residents then so many other places. You really have to take advantage of what we have here. We enjoy living here and hope to stay for many more years to come! Stop by and take a tour.

Great location and staff, very happy with my apartment as well. The reason for the lack of 5 stars is simply that many pet owners leave pet waste all over the place and the lack of enforcement/clean up is upsetting.

The office staff is great! Great location and the amenities are amazing. The only thing is that the buildings sometimes get smelly because or the valet trash but the staff does a good job at cleaning end freshening it up when needed.

At one point the elevator was always down that was frustrating. And my apartment smells so strong of marijuana because it comes through the vents of others smoking. Other than that apartments aren’t bad .

The staff has been extremely helpful with anything and everything, very friendly, and approachable. The building always looks clean and smells clean when entering the hallways, which helps make it feel that much more like home. All of the encounters with neighbors have been nice.

I have been here for over a year now and love it! The staff is friendly and the property stays clean. They have community events to bring everyone together. Aside from that, the location is fantastic! Everything you need is so close - you have the mall across the street, some of my favorite restaurants, grocery shopping and my favorite, Hobby Lobby! I love it here!

The Met at fashion center is the best place I’ve been to live The manager - maintaining - staff and all of them are very nice. Every work orders will be fixed within a day

The Met is an attractive community with an excellent location in Chandler that offers quick access to freeways and next to Chandler Fashion Center. The grounds are basic but well kept, the apartments and garages are spacious and well done and the community is friendly and welcoming.

MAKE SURE YOU GET IN WRITING THAT YOU TURNED IN YOUR KEYS. Greystar reached out 15 months after I had moved out from my old apartment at the met at chandler fashion, saying I had owed a balance for unpaid utilities, all from after I turned in my keys. When I had turned them in I asked the rep there if I needed anything else from them and was told "no you should be fine", just for them to put my move out date 3 weeks after I had turned in my keys. They charged me for the utilities and late fees for the time which I was not there, and every time I would go to reach out to them, it was to deaf ears. I would get told that they would reach back out to me on multiple occasions, just to never get a call, text, or even an email. I called the number for department that handles these collections and left a voicemail, just to not receive any sort of call back period. After finally getting in touch with someone, it took multiple attempts to even get some resolution from them, just to essentially get told to kick rocks and they will not remove the balance from my account. Incredibly unprofessional organization.

The MET is one of the best apartments I have seen. Their staff are very friendly and professional, Above all they are very helpful and respectful. We are like a family here. All maintenance issues I have had were taken care of with urgency. I am glad I made the right decision to call the MET as “home”.
