Property Ratings at Eleven Dehart
If you work from home (or need to sleep), please don’t move here. The constant noise and the lack of care from management is shocking. The windows are single pane so you hear literally everything. I’ve had to take meetings in the bathroom because of noise. And when you leave, they charge you almost $100 to clean your tub. Avoid if you have a job and like not getting ripped off/jerked around.
Property Manager at Eleven Dehart, Responded To This Review
We are disheartened to read your comments which in no way reflect our typical standards for service. We regret any concerns that you endured involving noise and the move-out process and will redouble our effort to ensure a better living experience for our current and future residents. We wish you well in your new home.
If you are a person that has to get up and go to work in the morning, this may not be the place for you. There is a constant flow of loud music and rowdy people coming out of the bars on Dehart Street. Fun? Maybe for a week. Then, when you realize that neither the town, the establishments or the Met Lofts management company care that it is almost impossible to have a peaceful life here, the fun is over. It is not possible to open the windows, read, work, sleep or even watch TV when the bars are open. Unfortunately, this happens to be every night of the week as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons. So- something to consider before you sign a lease here. I did ask about this exact scenario before I decided to live here. Sadly, the extent of the noise pollution was not communicated effectively. Oh- and don’t forget about the 5:30 am garbage trucks that create quite a disturbance while they empty dumpster after dumpster right outside your window in the mornings. It’s not a great sound to wake up to, especially when you couldn’t fall asleep until 2am. All in all, the location is great. The rest is overpriced for the amount of peaceful living that can be obtained here.
Property Manager at Eleven Dehart, Responded To This Review
We certainly appreciate any and all feedback from our valued residents. While we are glad that you enjoy our convenient location, we also want the rest of your experience to be just as satisfying. Please come by our office or email metropolitanlofts@verisresidential.com so we can discuss these matters about noise.
