I have loved my 2 years at the Michael. The staff has been AWESOME and has gone far and beyond to make my experience great. Great place to live. I have searched for an apartment for quite some time and looked at over 15 different places in the area and Michaels was by far the best. From the outside look of the building to the finishes inside the apartments and large bathtubs. I love the pool area and the community events are always great.

This apartment complex isn’t safe. There are people breaking into cars, smashing car windows, trying to steal the car, break into apartments. There is no security or gate. The staff doesn’t attend to request like they should.

Good and friendly staff. Location is close by to so many store’s. Walmart, HEB, many food places are very near to the location. The apartments are very spacious.

It is nice and quiet here for the most part. The staff are friendly, and they do a great job of putting community events together. It would be nice to have elevators in all the buildings, lugging groceries up several flights can be hard ....but hey, free work out :P

What a breath of fresh air in Austin! Im already meeting neighbors who commute on the train like I do and its barely been a week! People want to introduce themselves and it feels more like a neighborhood than just a generic apartment complex.

Very good amenities and community. Really appreciate the 24 hour gym and the MetroCap train station right next door. Maintenance was quick to fix the elevator in my building too

Love this community, and view.this location Very close to train station Shopping center also so close. Very convenient location. They are also organizing some perks and games. Pool area also wide and big.

I have stayed here for a month. And the staff here is really helpful and friendly. Starr, Hayley and Patricia have been of the utmost help. They have a lot of events that host. Helps with community building.
