It has been a great experience. I love all the amenities and events. The staff has been very nice and I’ve had no complaints. I definetly recommend living here
The staff and community here is really GREAT. Resident events fun. The community has good walking distance trails around the area. If you decide to live here, you won’t regret it.
Good service provided by the community and plenty of parking. They have different activities every month including yoga classes and food trucks.

I love living at The Michael and having lots of outdoors spaces to walk around and sit. I appreciate all amenities and the staff is very friendly and cultivates a community feel. The maintence staff is very prompt. I have been here for many years and have stayed because of the location, staff, and outdoor space.

Great place to live. I have searched for an apartment for quite some time and looked at over 15 different places in the area and Michaels was by far the best. From the outside look of the building to the finishes inside the apartments and large bathtubs. I love the pool area and the community events are always great.

My apartment has been infested with beetles for months now. Also this complex uses a thing called fetch which is very annoying. I wish I had moved out at this point.

This apartment complex isn’t safe. There are people breaking into cars, smashing car windows, trying to steal the car, break into apartments. There is no security or gate. The staff doesn’t attend to request like they should.

Good and friendly staff. Location is close by to so many store’s. Walmart, HEB, many food places are very near to the location. The apartments are very spacious.

It is nice and quiet here for the most part. The staff are friendly, and they do a great job of putting community events together. It would be nice to have elevators in all the buildings, lugging groceries up several flights can be hard ....but hey, free work out :P

Apt is great except there's no gate and kia/honda cars gets stolen so be aware. Nature is good around the colony. Pet friendly also. All over good apt

What a breath of fresh air in Austin! Im already meeting neighbors who commute on the train like I do and its barely been a week! People want to introduce themselves and it feels more like a neighborhood than just a generic apartment complex.

Very good amenities and community. Really appreciate the 24 hour gym and the MetroCap train station right next door. Maintenance was quick to fix the elevator in my building too

I love living here so much! This has been the safest place I have ever lived; even when you go out at night to walk, you see your neighbors walking too. The scenery is so beautiful, and every work order is respinded promptly within a day. The office people are so friendly and personable. Highly recommend living here

I like this place… The events that they have are pretty cool and the community as a whole is pretty nice. However, they do not fix the yards or the sprinkler systems in a timely manner.

Just moved in a couple of days ago. So far things have been great. We had some issues with our garage during moving and it was promptly handled by the staff. They were kind enough to provide complimentary coupons for the inconvenience which we loved. The community team so far have been very welcoming and we are looking forward to our home here at the Michael.

Living here has been fantastic. The management is wonderful and resolved any issues easily and with a great attitude. My only complaint is some residents don't seem to understand or care that this is a non-smoking complex.

Very nice apartment. Lack of security as not gated, no security cameras. Location is beautiful and peaceful. Rent is very affordable for the apartment.

We have enjoyed our time at The Michael. The staff is incredible. Each month they bring in several options for residents to participate in- from food trucks to game nights to giveaways from local businesses. The few issues we’ve had with our unit were addressed and fixed promptly.
