When I signed my lease LAST Aug 2023 I was told the pool was being repaired. Now, June 17, 2024 the pool is padlocked off and not open! So disheartening

Esperanza was very nice and did amazing customer service for the complex and I’m satisfied that I had no problems filling out application and etc.

I’ve lived her 2 years. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE DOG POOP. It’s everywhere it looks like a San Francisco street. They have to get cameras and start giving out fines. The poop is ridiculous. I feel bad for the kids not only is the no place for them to play but there’s dog poop everywhere. But maintenance is great things get fixed fast. Office ppl are nice. Rent is reasonable. Good location.
The Property Manager assisted me in my tour and applications. She was helpful, coordinative, and nice, which made the move-in easy. I live on the first floor, and unfortunately, I can loudly hear my neighbors upstairs. I can tell they have toddlers, since I can hear the children scream and run around the apartment. I can hear the neighbor yell at their kids. I can even hear them play stereo music and their instruments. I did not expect the surface between the first and second floors to be so thin. I don’t hear much of the neighbors beside me though. Maybe the walls are thicker? Spectrum is a pet-friendly apartment. Due to this, the downfall is that not all tenants pickup after their dogs. There’s a pet relief area, but there are still poop on other parts of the complex. Like the walkways to your apartment. It’s a health issue and puts other dogs at risks, since leaving poop out is unsanitary and can spread diseases. I wish management had due diligence to resolve this health issue. I have my service dog with me, and I pickup after him. I don’t feel safe having him poop nor pee at such unsanitary areas. I didn’t know this was an issue until I moved in. I do like living at Spectrum. Unfortunately, my two unfortunate experiences will not allow me to renew my contract until such issues are resolved. My biggest peeve is dog poop everywhere.

Debbie in the Front Office is amazing and sweet. But what isn't sweet is the previous owner having a dog that shed heavily, the carpet in the room not being cleaned, nor the washer and dryer area that had lent and dog hair all through it. I wad charged for a cleaning fee but my apartment was not cleaned fully when I moved in. The tub drain was full of hair, so much so the water was not daining quick enough. I had to get maintenence to come and remove it. Living on the first floor it didn't matter how many times I asked for someone to spray my apartment, roaches and cricktes still found their way in. I ended up putting down dearth powder down to keep them from coming in. The deposit being paid by Jetter is the complex way of getting money from you on move out day. If you can't pay the deposit find another place to rent from because it doesn't seem like they throughly clean their apartments for move in, then turn around and bill you a cleaning charge at move out for something that they don't even do. I told the lady on the phone after I moved out about the carpet not being cleaned upon move in and the dog hair and because they came and put some water on the carpet and soaked it up, they said they cleaned it.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone for early afternoon. Lady on the phone specifically said “I have 3 showings available for today.” Decided to take the earliest one. Got there on the dot. Office was locked. Was confused so called the number again. Was told to knock on the door. Staff who came from a showing said she had a couple signing up for a lease and asked us to come back three hours after our SCHEDULED appointment. To staff: If youre going to schedule appointments for people, atleast hire enough staff so you dont waste peoples time.

Just renewed my 4th lease here at Spectrum. I work from home so I need a quiet place and this beautiful community offers it. I have great neighbors, and my dog chu chu loves the dog park!

Don’t move here. The smiles and everything looks wonderful. Let me say this, we were walking to turn our keys in and someone screamed “don’t live here”, we replied we are moving out THANK GOD. Don’t do it, all tenants before new management took over said it’s gone down hill and I agree!!!

Lived there for a year with my roommate. Gave Debbie at the office my new address a month before the lease was over to have her send the deposit there in order to split it with my roommate since they said they cannot send half to each one of us. I knew that if my roommate will get it then she would just keep it (No I can’t see the future but amazingly I was right). Anyways that’s not the issue. Wrote down my new address and signed the form. Just like Debbie told me to do. I also explained the situation to her and she told me that that’s where the money is gonna go since I signed the form. Called two months later because I didn’t get the deposit. Apparently when my roommate was moving out (I was already renting a new place) she gave Debbie her new address and Debbie just decided to send the money there without contacting me. she either threw away the form I signed, changed it or just ignored it and pulled out a new form. I don’t know what she did with it but she had no right to do that. I Called and told Debbie that it is unacceptable and asked her what gave her the right to decide where the money goes and in response she said that it is my issue with my roommate and that it has nothing to do with her. And no...she wasn’t joking even tho it sounds like a joke. She didn’t take any responsibility and obviously didn’t apologize. Just be careful guys. Writing a review here is the only thing I can do at this point. Don’t care about the money as much as I care About how unfair I was being treated.

I regret the day that I signed a lease with these people. It has been one thing after another since move in. Don't sign a lease with this complex. You will more than likely regret it. From the thin walls that shake every time you close a door to the rats, bedbugs, noisy neighbors, crap apartment management, cheap appliances, over priced rent, and rent payment scams you will be dying to leave as soon as possible, After you sign a lease, you are screwed and they know it. Do not move in. Take the warning and these reviews seriously.
