It's a quiet community and management personnel (Juan) is extremely diligent with a genuine sense or urgency.
The location is good, and the pool/gym are great, but general upkeep and neighborhood has deteriorated in my opinion over the last year.
This is my third management company since moving in. For new build the quality vs rent is not best considering the other new builds in the area. But the new management company has been good so far. Hopefully you can get the auto payments to work correctly.
Noisy dogs and loud parties aren't very fun to deal with when you're trying to relax or sleep.
I have lived at The Mile for around two months and so far everything has been amazing from the building itself to the staff. Everyone is very accommodating and any issue is handled quickly. So far I love living here and will definitely be renewing my lease.
