Very nice place, a bit pricey at a decent location. Calling can be difficult as you're bounced between several phone numbers but walk-ins are easy and quick with fast resolution. The process of applying can be a bit lacking in information but nothing a simple text can't fix when asking. Overall a decent place to stay.

I love to live at this community. The Ardent team is the best. They are very friendly, helpful, especially maintenance team. Conditions for my dog are excellent. And we love the park that is located very close to us. But sometimes I’m confused by the payment system here, it doesn’t work clearly and correctly sometimes. But I like Community reward app and I use it actively.

I have lived here for about 3 years and haven't had any trouble with the staff. The apartment windows are old and sweat a lot so mold can be an issue if you don't deal with the moisture. Parking isn't too bad, low crime, and neighbors are all pretty friendly.

It’s been pleasant so far . They were quick and easy fixing a small issue with washer when I moved in . Hoping the leasing office can work with me upgrading me to a bigger apartment .( life happens )

I like living here. I feel safe and I like the area. I like how if there is ever a problem, I am treated so nicely. All I have to do is ask and Michaela works things out to where everyone is happy. Close to town center, pools are great on summer, gym is available 24/7. Nature all around is the best part. A lot of trails for walking close to the appartments...

Great place, excellent infrastructure, good neighborhood, great plants, the gym structure is very good, it has almost all the equipment for exercise, the office staff are excellent and attentive, the service itself and the environment are perfect. Thank you.

So far so good, Maintenance is not timely, I haven't tried the other facilities yet. After I have experienced them all, I can give a more objective evaluation.

Apartment complex is clean, and quiet. No issues in the comfort area. Sometimes the trash people do not come during the specific times but that’s no issue for us

The moving process was seamless from tour to signing the lease it's in a great location very nice units and staff is great would recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live

I would like it if I could pay at anytime via My Portal, regardless of late or not. I MEAN, you make money off me being late... just let me be able to pay at anytime instead of having to mail my rent for being a week or two past due.

Parking is annoying if you want to park in an uncovered spot and we were told it was a FLOOR unit but it’s actually up a flight of stairs and our laundry center is old as dirt. So that was an inconvenience . But other than that we love the layout of the unit.

Great quite neighborhood. Easy access to bus and close enough to the new light rail in lynnwood. I’ve enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to a friend or family looking to live in a lively area.

It's a beautiful location, great apartment. Just wish the neighbors would stop smoking in their home! Been dealing with it for months and not much has been done but notices via email, was told I am not the only one complaining.

I don’t mind it here. I wish there was more uncovered parking and a sidewalk from the hill to the main road and less animals, but it does the job for what I need to do.

We have been living at The Ardent for 2 years now. I love that they love animals, there is a dog park and a spa, this is very important for pet owners.

Spacious units and plenty of access to the whole campus. The scenery and closeness to nature and varied forested paths makes walks nice and there are great amenities like the gym and whatnot.

It is a nice place to live but there are some things that must do. Still have a dog pop all over the condo, the other side of the condo (the oposite side of the office) isn't too clean like there and they not care to much about it.

After living here a few months you see and realize why on google they have bad reviews Lol. Everything is old and they try to cover it up and make it LOOK modern. You hear everything, everything breaks alotttt

Great place to live, safe and has a lot of amenities to offer. Fitness center needs some attention, and the leasing office needs to work communicating better with the residents. Overall, a good place to live especially if you have children as there a great parks just walking distance away.

They were very helpful during the move in process, if there was a problem they would fix it the same day or at the very least the next day. In my experience they gave us the wrong apartment at first but as soon as they knew they got to fixing it.

Everything has been good! No issues here! The trash valet is a big plus for us. as well, we appreciate the accessibility for our dog! Would recommend.

The service team is wonderful I don’t know how they do it but they are amazing. The office staff is helpful and nice. The apartment itself is cozy and feels like I’m living in a small town surrounded by a city. Who could ask for anything better

A bit expensive for what it is. Decent apartments. Terrible neighbors. Bad spider problem. Trash valet is awful- they don’t always take your trash, sometimes come at midnight. Amenities are good and maintenance crew does a good job.

I love this community, everyone is friendly and minds their business. Its quite at night time like it should and its very clean. Their very quick to respond to maintenance requests and overall making sure tenants are comfortable and taken care of.

The apartment is pretty good for this price, I love the location. Everything is clean and neat. I can use a swimming pool, a tennis court, a basketball playground!

I really love the community of Mill Creek. The amenities are awesome at the apartment and having the luxury of the Mill Creek nature preserve right behind us is awesome too.
