Close to town center, pools are great on summer, gym is available 24/7. Nature all around is the best part. A lot of trails for walking close to the appartments...

Great place, excellent infrastructure, good neighborhood, great plants, the gym structure is very good, it has almost all the equipment for exercise, the office staff are excellent and attentive, the service itself and the environment are perfect. Thank you.

So far so good, Maintenance is not timely, I haven't tried the other facilities yet. After I have experienced them all, I can give a more objective evaluation.

Apartment complex is clean, and quiet. No issues in the comfort area. Sometimes the trash people do not come during the specific times but that’s no issue for us

The moving process was seamless from tour to signing the lease it's in a great location very nice units and staff is great would recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live

Parking is annoying if you want to park in an uncovered spot and we were told it was a FLOOR unit but it’s actually up a flight of stairs and our laundry center is old as dirt. So that was an inconvenience . But other than that we love the layout of the unit.

It's a beautiful location, great apartment. Just wish the neighbors would stop smoking in their home! Been dealing with it for months and not much has been done but notices via email, was told I am not the only one complaining.

I don’t mind it here. I wish there was more uncovered parking and a sidewalk from the hill to the main road and less animals, but it does the job for what I need to do.

We have been living at The Ardent for 2 years now. I love that they love animals, there is a dog park and a spa, this is very important for pet owners.

Spacious units and plenty of access to the whole campus. The scenery and closeness to nature and varied forested paths makes walks nice and there are great amenities like the gym and whatnot.

It is a nice place to live but there are some things that must do. Still have a dog pop all over the condo, the other side of the condo (the oposite side of the office) isn't too clean like there and they not care to much about it.

Great place to live, safe and has a lot of amenities to offer. Fitness center needs some attention, and the leasing office needs to work communicating better with the residents. Overall, a good place to live especially if you have children as there a great parks just walking distance away.

They were very helpful during the move in process, if there was a problem they would fix it the same day or at the very least the next day. In my experience they gave us the wrong apartment at first but as soon as they knew they got to fixing it.

The service team is wonderful I don’t know how they do it but they are amazing. The office staff is helpful and nice. The apartment itself is cozy and feels like I’m living in a small town surrounded by a city. Who could ask for anything better

A bit expensive for what it is. Decent apartments. Terrible neighbors. Bad spider problem. Trash valet is awful- they don’t always take your trash, sometimes come at midnight. Amenities are good and maintenance crew does a good job.

I love this community, everyone is friendly and minds their business. Its quite at night time like it should and its very clean. Their very quick to respond to maintenance requests and overall making sure tenants are comfortable and taken care of.

I've been living at The Ardent for 7 months and overall, I've had a great experience. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities such as the pool appears to be well maintained, people are always using it, I have yet to take a dip myself. My apartment itself is quiet and comfortable. The location is great, close to Safeway, Rite-Aid, other stores. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is the grass area outside of my unit is not the best, soggy. However, the pros definitely outweigh the cons and I would recommend Thr Ardent to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

I have been here for two weeks and like the tranquility and the natural atmosphere you breathe. I feel comfortable in my new home. The facilities are well maintained, and I hope they will remain so. The attention of the office staff has been efficient and timely, they are people with a lot of professionalism. The use of technology makes everyday life much easier.

Family is everything and that’s what you get when you choose to live at the Ardent. I’ve been living here for 5 years and you don’t stay somewhere for 5 years unless you love it. The state of the art gym is another amazing plus. 3 swimming pools and games and snacks in the office area lots of fun and entertainment just what family ordered.

Beautiful and clean place, that apartment is totally renovated, close to everything in Mill Creek. The pool is great and the gym awesome. The all ardent is beautiful

It’s been pretty good experience so over-all, of course there are nicks here and there throughout the apartment but not bad at all. The pools are kinda freezing to go in though haha.

Everything is great! except the leasing office is extremely hard to get ahold of. The call center people are great, but you will rarely get to talk to someone actually in the office.

The neighborhood is great, however the apartments need love.. A lot of the apartments are falling apart but the complex keep doing patch work that doesn’t last.

Honestly, the unit is good but something just not right. First of all, the cabinets are quite difficult to use - the kitchen cabinet is not deep enough so it is hard to put kitchenware inside there. Though the cabinet looks very new but it is not designed properly - the board is too wide so there's already a curve now so you can't really put too much things on there. The service... well.... my downstair unit moved out and the maintenance comes to repair things and then they left the super noisy bathroom fan turned ON for several days (several times). When I asked one of the guy, he told me it's not loud... don't expect much because it's not a renovated unit. Well... I am the one who live here everyday and I have to hear all those noise. Now, I was overcharged for a fee 1.5 months ago. I still haven't get credit and they don't follow up my email. I have to keep asking them to resolve the problem. I like the place... but... not feeling good.
