Property Ratings at The Millennium Apartments
The Millennium Apartments is an amazing apartment complex with a prime location for any working professional in Spokane! The apartments have a lot of open space and plenty of access to natural light, which provides excellent lighting and an overall spaciousness that most apartments lack. The space provided for the rent charged is much larger and more competitive than many other Kendall Yards locations, so you definitely feel like you have more bang-for-your-buck! The Appliances were all newer models and there was ample cupboard and shelving space. Overall, it’s a more modern semi-minimalist design, and it allows for quite a bit of flexibility and independent creativity! The location of the Millennium is incredible and hard to beat! Located one street behind the main Kendall Yards thoroughfare, it is within easy walking distance (1-2 minutes) of the Kendall Yards stores and Centennial Trails without any of the major traffic that congests the other nearby streets. It has its own dedicated open-air parking lot and spaces, which is a huge win as parking in Downtown Spokane is notoriously difficult. The complex is also very close to both the Spokane County Courthouse and Police Station, which makes the area incredibly safe and constantly patrolled. Smack dab in the center of the heartbeat of Spokane, you are never more than 25-minutes away from anything major in Spokane, including heading out west to Airway Heights/Fairchild AFB. Centrally located and with easy access to all the main attractions and thoroughfares/Interstates in Spokane, you really can’t get much better in terms of location! I loved the 3 years I spent in The Millennium, and the building and apartments were well built (finished in 2019) and treated me so very well. The current managers of The Millennium (as of 2023) have been phenomenal and incredibly easy to work with and responsive. Even though they became the new managers as I was preparing to move away overseas, they still were extremely responsive and helped me resolve multiple issues while half a world away! This current team is definitely one of the best Apartment Managing Teams I’ve ever worked with! The Millennium is definitely worth a look into to see if it’s a match for you! For anyone looking to be closer to the heart of Spokane, be within an easy commute of anything in Spokane/Spokane Valley, and wants to be near the Centennial Trails and Kendal Yards businesses and night-life, I would very strongly recommend The Millennium!
