Property Ratings at The Millennium Towne Center
NOTHING gets fixed. I’d love to show pictures of the “spa like amenities” but they don’t exist. Pool will NEVER be fixed, was supposed to open Memorial Day…it’s filled with trash and green stagnant water. Bags of trash laying alongside it - there’s a dumpster 200 feet away. They don’t keep residents updated as repairs that ARE NOT being made. Claim the plaster is backordered - it’s been in that condition since JUNE. And do you think people are getting reduced rent? NOPE!! Horrible horrible management but don’t take my word for it - go tour it!! See what lie they tell you about the pool?? we heard them tell a prospective resident that it would be done in “three weeks” well over a month ago.

DO NOT RECOMMEND . My boyfriend and I lived there from June 2020- December 2020. While residing there, there were multiple issues with appliances that were never resolved. The washing machine and dryer were outdated and rusted. The heating mechanism in the dryer was going out which forced us to dry our clothes multiple times, which increased the use of electricity. We put in a service order and it was never fulfilled. The buttons on our microwave malfunctioned, another service order was put in, maintenance came out to inspect it and determined that it needed to be replaced, but it never was. We had to place towels beneath the dishwasher because it leaked so badly every time we used it, again, never serviced or replaced. The ice maker/ water dispenser worked but dispensed black flakes, we also requested a service/ filter change but it was never done. We paid monthly for pest control that we never received. We had no choice but to use cox internet services and also paid for the highest speed available and the connection was horrible, my boyfriend worked from home and often missed important meetings because of the poor connection. The light above our bathtub needed to be replaced, again another service was requested and never fulfilled. To top it off, we received a bill for a cleaning fee although we cleaned the apartment from top to bottom before we moved out. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We appreciate you getting in touch with us. We take all feedback seriously — it's our best way of making our property a stronger community. If you would like to discuss your concerns, please feel free to contact us. Thank you.
They’ve had many purse snatchings and car break-ins! The most recent was last week. They do not have security or security cameras. They send emails telling us to lock our doors and rely on a part-time Constable with no jurisdiction. The office people are rude. They send threatening emails about garages being used for storage instead of fixing main problems. They will enter your apartment without giving a notice and don’t respond to after hour emergencies. They don’t pay their bills but expect you to pay your rent even when your stuff is broken. We couldn’t watch TV in the fitness center for 3 months because they wouldn’t fix the TVs. The water lines are always broken and rats have taken over the complex. There are rat traps visibly all over the place in plain sight. This complex is dangerous and run down. There’s no lighting in the back of the complex so anyone is an easy target after dark and anyone can follow another car inside the gates to get access. Everyone is moving out. They are increasing their prices to make up for the many units that are empty. DON’T waste your time or money.

The front office staff is not the most helpful. The website to pay you rent online doesn’t work. I almost got evicted behind the system. It took a whole MONTH for them to take the money out but my account said the money was taken out on the 10 but they tried to run AGAIN on the 15 and then they sent the payment back and then a week later BOOM eviction notice!

Beautiful apartment, awesome neighborhood, professional staff. The entire complex in my opinion is rate 10 out of 10. I plan to move their in the near future - should an apartment become available. I can't see anyone moving out in less than a year.
