Experience has been great so far. We love the facilities here - especially the pool and gym areas! The maintenance is fantastic. They even replace the grill foil, clean the grill bars, and supply propane! We take advantage of all of the possible amenities. The one down side of living on the bottom floor is by the dog park the hallways do often smell of pee and have stains.

Nice dog park and maintenance guys. Elevators working on and off and “Fetch” seems to be an amenity for packages but you have to pay for it. It’s a pain if you need quick delivery.

Three months in and I am still extremely satisfied living at the Millennium. The leasing center team is quick to answer any questions, the maintenance team is always helpful. My fiance and I have enjoyed the monthly food trucks multiple times outside of the complex, as well as the community monthly event. I highly recommend the Millennium Westshore!

Not caring about residence who live at the complex. When issues are brought to attention it seems like no one can give us a. Answer. For example, I had issues with my fob to get in the complex and garage. It would stop working and I would have to get it rest 2-3 times a week, and when asked what the problem was every person would give me a different answer. This is frustrating when you don't get off of work until later in the day and the office is already closed by the time you get back . Another issue is that the doors on the side of the apartment complexes. Half of them are broken and Don't shut all the way, but yet we get emails saying make sure that you don't let any unauthorized people into the complex. Fix the doors and we would have less unauthorized people. Another issue is when we were forced to switch to a different package system, without getting the residence input on it, they also took away the ability of us to be able to send things out through UPS, FedEx, etc.

On my third year of living at Millennium Westshore, overall in the grand scheme of things everything has been great. Great location, good amenities (could be better) and the apartment host monthly events which is nice. I live by the dog park and the windows aren’t the best at blocking off noise and that is very frustrating but maintenance and staff are great

Very luxurious apartment and the staff is all great help! The facilities are kept clean, the pool is beautiful, the gym has everything you need, and the location is incredibly optimal. Being close to work, the airport, and several shopping centers makes Millennium a great place to live

It’s only been about a week, but so far I’m loving living here! The amenities are great, maintenance is quick and responsive, the building is very clean especially considering so many people have dogs. My kids are loving it so far! We have a 3 bedroom, very spacious and the bathrooms and closets are huge. Move in was a little tedious because of the proximity of our unit to the elevator…only minor inconvenience I’ve experienced so far. The leasing staff are all very nice and accommodating!

Moved from one place that didn’t care about residents to this place which is so much worse. Multiple problems since I moved here 3 months ago and they either don’t address them at all or take forever to address them. Front office acts like you are a complainer if you come to them about anything. Very disappointed.

We have lived here for over 7 years and fully enjoyed living here. The maintenance and front office staff are amazing. The location is perfect for middle aged traveling workers as well as around grocery stores and local business offices. A lot of construction just finished and would recommend someone staying.

The facilities are very nice and my apartment is great. All the amenities you could ask for are here. My only complaint so far is that the gate for the parking garage has semi-frequent issues registering my car has pulled up so a couple of times per week I am stuck waiting for someone else to come from the other side of the gate to open it.

Been here since 2000. We have seen many new office teams who try to make it better but they inherited the issues. Maybe corporate-level direction to impose fees on everyone. We pay service fees to make things easier on the leasing office for utilities on top of the utility costs and valet trash. We pay for package delivery when it was done to alleviate stress on the office dealing with theft. We had to pay new fees for them to switch pet software! Bad business. Pest control needs to spray outside the building more often so we don’t have to deal with things coming in our doors—that’s a given in a courtyard building. Hallways need to be regularly mopped with hot water and a cleaner—especially when you have residents who don’t care about where they live and spill oil out of a garbage bag they put on the floor when valet doesn’t run on Saturdays. Floor still slick. I don’t care if you smoke weed but I don’t want it in my unit coming through the hvac or laundry closets.

Increased rent without apartment updates or repairs upon renewal, low security, and no package room so I need a separate address for packages....not a fan.

Move in was great and the office is very helpful! There are a lot of amenities and it is close to everything you need to get too! I am happy to be living here for the next year.

I have been very happy here since moving in in March on 2015. Staff is always very friendly and great to work with. They offer unique features like free gift wrap during the holidays and surprise pizza nights. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great location to live in Tampa.

They're now forcing all residents to participate in "Fetch" which forces you to have packages sent to some sketchy 3rd party, who requires you to install an app to 'schedule' delivery on packages. Want something prime same day? Literally impossible. Want to order something perishable or have time sensitive medications? Good luck! Because every package will be delayed by at least 1 day. On top of this, they are CHARGING for this inconvenience. Who in their right mind thought this was a good idea. All this is, is them not wanting to maintain a package room. Every year this place gets worse as they cut benefits left and right. Stay far far away - plenty of better places at the same price nearby.

The website states, “The Millennium Westshore represents the best in Tampa luxury apartment living…” If this is the best Tampa has to offer, we are all in a lot of trouble. From trash piling up at the chute and an endless garage repair project that often makes driving unsafe, the complex hasn’t much to offer beyond great location. It’s noisy, both people and pets. There is little communication about major projects in areas of the complex that might actually cause issues during the day. Packages get stolen from the mailroom and the staff does not show any real concern other than to remind you that they are not responsible. But, rest assured you will be reminded weekly about the food truck and yoga at the pool. Now, if you are a fan of fire alarms going off randomly and continuously, whether there is an emergency or not, then this is your new home. Seriously, if I could give this place a negative review, I would. One star is being gracious with how loathsome my experience has been and I have already marked the day I will give my notice to leave.

I love living here, I have 2 little dogs and they are accepted and nurtured by staff and surrounding residents. It is a respectful community and the staff is kind, helpful and maintenance gets a big shout out for promptly taking care of any needs. The staff came in early this morning and made my day with Chic fl breakfast. Thank you all for making my stay very peaceful!!!!

They are Always great at making their residents happy. I recent had an incident with a small flood in my unit and they were very fast acting and made it right in the end.
I see the staff responded to a review saying the fire alarms are going off for important reasons, "life threatening" concerns. Ridoculous, they email us residents that it's due to construction errors from the balcony projects and random people smoking in the community (a suspicion they have). Poorly compensated for the balcony project disruption, and staff only cares about money. No respect here.
Maintenance has always been responsive.
It is in a prime location with unique apartments that fit my lifestyle. I do wish things like the hand sanitizer stations around the building were working or cleaned out and refilled. Overall, I really enjoy were I live and like my neighbors and community.
It is very clean, everyone is so friendly. Love the amenities .
The fire alarm goes off CONSTANTLY. For NO reason. Please look at past reviews and you will see many saying the same thing. Nothing about this apartment makes it worth being woke up at 3am to the fire alarm blasting. If there ever WAS a fire no one would leave the building for how often the fire alarm goes off it’s insane. As a current resident I will keep posting negative reviews every time the fire alarm goes off (which is a lot, like I mentioned) until the residents get compensated for this in some type of way and an apology email the office sends out every time this happens doesn’t cut it. Also this apartment raves about how “dog friendly” it is, I do not have any pets but I feel terrible for all the pups in the building that have to hear this horrible alarm sound constantly it must terrify them!

However, it is important to note that the alarms that our community has recently experienced have been the result of the system detecting true life safety concerns – they were not false alarms or go off without reason. The Fire Alarm System is designed and engineered to provide you with an early warning to allow you to safely exit the building during an emergency situation. Please, never ignore or assume the alarm is false or the result of a test. Everyone must evacuate the building by way of the safest and closest exit and/or stairway. We are grateful for the opportunity to afford our neighbors the peace of mind that comes with accurate fire system monitoring and are always hopeful that isolated incidents or issues are not taken to represent their entire experience in the community we love and care for so dearly.
