I've been living in this community for a while now, and while there are some lovely aspects, there are definitely areas that need improvement. First off, the sense of community is great. However, the office staff can be quite dry and unapproachable. If you’re looking for good service, I highly recommend speaking with Ashley. She stands out with her friendly demeanor and genuine connection, making interactions much more pleasant. On another note, parking can be frustrating. The visitor parking lot is often mostly empty, yet the app consistently indicates that it’s full. This can be a real hassle if you have family or friends visiting, as they may struggle to find a place to park. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the building leaves something to be desired. The elevators often have an unpleasant odor, and the hallways are not much better. I've noticed garbage drippings from the valet trash service trailing through the halls and onto the floor mats, which is not ideal. Lastly, the issue of dog waste is prevalent. It seems that some neighbors aren't taking responsibility, leading to a less than pleasant walking experience. Overall, living here is average at best. While there are some positives, the lack of care for the community and its upkeep is disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues soon for the benefit of all residents.

I can’t just imagine living elsewhere in Houston.The apartments are high standards and there is enough space for everyone. Just some maintenance in the gym is needed especially with the treadmill.The lady at the reception is so welcoming. Everyone is friendly and mind their own business.Thank you!.

There have been some bumps in the road, but overall I have enjoyed living in this community. Aside from parking, the staff is great, most of them anyway, and it is a fairly safe and comfortable place to live.

Ring Milo apartments is a great place to live , I’m taking advantage of the atmosphere, amenities, speedy maintenance team, and pet friendly environment
I have lived here at the Milo for almost a year. July will mark one year of renting. And it was been an experience, I have to be honest I have seen one car with all four tires stolen, trash around the apts, and dog poop outside. Luckily, it is not to bad, but it could be better. And I honestly think having the pool closed on Sunday is terrible. I had to go to friends pool yesterday just to enjoy the pool and I should not have to do that. If anything I think it is time for a security officer. Over all I will say the apts are not to bad and I do appreciate the hospitality from the office the women there are nice. Anyways, I will be staying here possibly another year, since again the apts are not too bad.
I love living here and there are problems but nothing that repeats or is regular. I do not like how dirty the halls are and the limited parking.
I really appreciate how the Management takes Action to ensure a pleasant quality of Life at the Milo.The Cleaning and upgrades are seen daily.

Presently waiting for my lease expire. I have only had less than positive experience with the office staff. If you have a lease signed, you are no longer viewed as important even though you live here and pay rent. I had maintenance issues in my apartment and was told I had to pay for the parts which I refuse as this should be included in my rent. I’m just waiting for my lease to expire.

I have been living here for 4 1/2 years, I like living here. I like the location of where my apartment is. Management is on the ball with the property even though there's been 3 management companies since I lived here. The only thing for 3 years the hall ways floors been nasty. I have been hearing for over 3 years that going to be taken care of. My mind cannot get pass that. I have attempted to move 2 time because of that. But other than that I really like living here.

The stay here so far has not been too bad, I think the biggest issue for some would be being next to a grocery store and daycare (early morning deliveries & kids playing) but I’m an early bird and enjoy seeing kids be kids. As far as the property they do their best to keep it clean even if the people don’t do their best. My biggest issue is I wish they would put sound isolation foam or something because you can literally hear everything in passing. Management is phenomenal. Maintenance request are completely promptly. I am enjoying my stay so far though!

If you would like car broken into, your wheels stolen, unlimited roaches that the workers clean up everyday just so you don't see them on tour, plus consistent flooding which causes your apartment to flood and pending work orders that never get completed and take forever come on down to the MILO ON WESTHEIMER !!!

These apartments were formerly known as the Milo. Reconstruction has been going on for months and residents are still paying for parcel lockers, gym, etc, (amenities that we have not had access to due to reconstruction). No way to contact the front office other than text messaging and good luck on getting texts back in a timely manner. It is like front office management is non existent. Cars get broken into, peoples wheels and rims (including mine ) get stolen frequently. To give a false sense of security, there are two cop cars parked in visitors and peoples car windows still got broken . Front gate always gets broken. Dog poop and pee in the walk way. Late nights, you can expect to hear people fighting and see cop lights flash through your windows. I first moved here in January 2018 and this place just continues to go downhill. Weird, creepy neighbors too. The few good reviews you see for this place are more than likely from people that work for the Remi. Just randomly ask a resident here if they’re happy while you’re here for apartment hunting- youll hear the truth. Thank god I’ll be leaving soon. Do not be fooled by the nice interior of the apartment. It’s like one of those movies where the house seems perfect but once you start living in it, it’s a nightmare.
I couldn’t be happier with my apartment and the beautiful complex. The exceptional staff is always looking to go the extra mile!
Just recent moved here in April. My car has been broken into along with 3 others all at the same time. While there’s supposed to be 24 hour security in the parking lot they obviously weren’t doing their job. Very dirty. Trash everywhere all the time. Dog poop in the walkways. There’s super loud music and parties at the pool DAILY. Moving here was the worse decision ever.

7.20 in the morning and they come to cut the grass, they do not respect sick people and babies who may be sleeping. I don't know what the clever idea is, but I don't recommend this property at all. They don't respect anything, not even your things.

I just moved to the area last month from Oklahoma and I'm very happy with my decision. I'm off Westheimer and Eldridge which is direct access to everything! I have a pool view from my apartment and the gym is a decent size with exactly what I need. Stephanie and the other leasing staff are always nice and welcoming. I would def recommend.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The cabinets, appliances and features are the cheapest. Not worth the money at all. The management here is despicable! We have lived here a year and 4 months and it has been nothing but problems. They raised the rent and then forgot to adjust in the system forcing us to renew the contract. We have had inconveniences from day one when they told us the move in date and then pushed the date back two more weeks. They send out new policies every 3 months that they never uphold. We just had a party for the first time there in the clubhouse and we were double charged! We paid with a money order and then we were also charged another $250 on the blank check. We left the place super clean! The carpet in there is disgusting and not even worth renting. Then we went to the pool (where people are in at all hours of the night every weekend) and I am sure the courtesy officer was called by management who lives on property to kick us out. The same day we had an issue about using the clubhouse during the day. Coincidence? I think not! The other person who left the review is absolutely right about everything. There are children parties out there every weekend. There have even by fights by the pool! We were being super quiet and conversing by the pool and got kicked out. They also have implemented parking where the household only gets one spot and any other car is to park in the visitor parking way in the back. I went there to book my apartment. The lady call me more than 2 times a day for the apartment. I went there and asked her for tour she told me if tour today you only have 24 hours to lease for all move in specials. I asked her I will come during weekend for tour with my mom. She said okay. I went there and there was a small girl may be 18 years old, her name is Mary(Good for nothing girl). She was with someone and asked us to wait. I told her that I am here for tour every other details I already have. She asked me wait and I waited for more than 45 minutes. During waiting time she come and say wait I will come. After that she came and asked for Government Issue ID. I have mine but my mom is from other country so she didn't have her. We cannot go every where with passport. I seen couple of apartments without my mom's ID because I have mine. I had an appointment that noon and I already let them know that I am a bit busy. Still they asked me to sit without let me know that she will need my mom's ID too. I didn't help us. Instead of apology she was having argument with me. Haven apartment sucks. Such very bad experience. I will never go there and please don't waste your time on them. They are useless. I want to give -5 starts.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Our office does their best to make appointments for each tour in order to manage their time and attention with each visitor. They also are there to help any and all walk ins and residents as well, sometimes this creates a wait time. It is a requirement that anyone who tours at one of our communities must present a government issued photo ID, and this is common and customary in Texas within the apartment industry. If one of our communities are able to offer additional look and lease specials, it usually, like any special, will have an expiration date, in this case 24hrs. The good news is we also offer weekly specials that does not have a 24hr expiration, however, still is subject to change. We do value your feedback and while it sounds like our team member followed correct protocol, we will make sure anyone waiting is comfortable and understands the next steps and requirements so they can make the best decision on if they would like to continue to wait to be helped, or reschedule for another time.
