I’ve lived at The Mint 425 since 2016 and I feel a sense of home here. The Management Team is always on top of things and they make sure the community of kept clean. The Amenities are great for having parties, big and small and there is a consistent amount of activities presented by The Mint 425 staff from scheduling food trucks, in office celebrations and more. I love living here at The Mint 425 and it tough when I think about moving out because I really like living here.

The Mint 425 is the kindest and most neighborly apartment I have ever lived in. They take care of maintenance requests quickly, go out of their way to make me feel at home (a signed birthday card) and they host several resident events every month. I honestly don’t plan to move for a while!

Lachae is amazing and has done everything to make me feel right at home upon moving in. I had a few hiccups the night of my move in, but so far outside of that, everything has been great. Conveniently located, good amenities. Too expensive. Secure parking garage but it smells like pot all the time. Nice pool area. Good employees.

I love the Mint, but I wish the lease agent had warned us about how noisy the baseball stadium in front of our unit gets, avoid at any cost units facing 4th St! Not only the noise, during season the stadium lights stay on until 3,4 o’clock in the morning and the cleaning crew at the stadium use leaf blowers to clean the seats until early morning.

The maintenance staff is always there when you need something fixed inside your apartment. Easy to place a request and they respond quickly. They are always professional and care about what they are doing.

Lachae in the leasing office is the sweetest human ever, she helped with all of my questions during my move and was there to ease my anxiety. The apartment exceeded our expectations and really is one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I also feel really safe living here which is super important to me as a 24 year old woman. Love it here!!!

The apartment is spacious with great bathrooms and appliances. However, the visitor parking system is one of the worst I've had to deal with. Grills at the pool are not maintained and the gym is okay, but no up to par with some other apartments in the area.

I booked a tour appointment at 10 am but was waiting for 30 mins for someone to come. They weren't answering their phone. When an agent and manager came back from another tour, they even didn't apologize - just said okay, when I told them that I'd been waiting for half an hour. Later, I received a notification that I booked an appointment with them at 5:30 pm. After about 1 hour a manager called me and asked if I booked that 5:30 appointment. I said no, and she said it is probably their system failure. I assume this dirty trick was made to avoid sending me a tour experience survey. The worst attitude I've ever faced in apartments.

Living at the Mint for these past 6 months has been great. One of the best apartments I've been in. The staff are friendly and there is a sense of community that I can't wait to be more active in now that Covid restrictions are being lifted. Service requests are resolved quickly by a great maintenance team, and we rarely have to wait longer than a day for them to fix whatever we need. The complimentary coffee machines in the lobby are really great perk too! I feel safe here and it's pretty quiet. Even with the city noises and construction, the windows block out most of the sound when they are closed. We love our unit for the size and the view of the baseball field. The location and affordability of The Mint can't be beat and there's nowhere else we'd rather live in Uptown :)

I've been at the Mint for about 3 weeks and so far, so good. Alana, who helped us get the unit, was so wonderful to work with and really helped us out, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is in great condition, as are the amenities of the building. I feel safe here and the location is great. I can see into the baseball field from my living room! I love it here so much. So far, it's the best apartment I've lived in. The other residents have all been really nice and welcoming as well :)

Rentals have never been my preference when it comes to my living space. The Mint is changing that concept in my mind. It is a great place to live. Quiet, organized, neat, great parking and security. Very convenient location in Charlotte. My apartment is a one bedroom unit but it is beautiful and modern. The way the space was used is amazing. Love it!!!!

We love living at The Mint. The staff is extremely attentive, residents are overwhelmingly friendly and respectful and the location is top-notch with all of downtown and South End within walking distance. This is a great building for those who are comfortable living in a big city environment and understand what that entails.

Hello everyone. STAY AWAY! My roommate and me lived at the mint for a year and it was not what we were promised or expected. Basically it was not what we were expecting and not worth the amount of money. Here is a list of some of the issues: Terrible communication and customer service from the people that work in the office. The garage door was broken for over a week they never notified the residents. It was on the entrance from 4th street and I would constantly see questionable people around the entrance. This presented a huge risk and put residents in danger (especially the ones that work late at night or early in the morning) Awful washer and dryers that constantly broke The pool was closed during summer months for over 4 weeks. The elevators were regularly broken or contained vomit, mud, urine etc. The community computer was allegedly stolen and again, the mint office never communicated this, and never replaced the computer. This was important to me when I moved in because my line of work requires me to print frequently, however, the mint did not care about replacing the computer. We consistency had issues with the trash service Very noisy and a bunch of partying Again, stay away from living here!!
