Living in modern makes me happy and special. Very friendly people whom I met everyday including workers and neighbors makes me smile. When I feel stressed, the sunset/sunrise from my home gives me a lot of peace and makes me clam. Everything maintained very well, lots of special events going on which i like it so much and can enjoy and make new neighborhood friends!

It has been an absolute pleasure living in The Modern 800. The staff is extremely professional and amazing. I love how well the property is maintained with some engineering exceptions in garage area (which cause cosmetic damage). The seasoning planting is a delight to see. Unfortunately, it is some inconsiderate residents that allow their pets urinate on the annuals as well as front entry sidewalk. Overall, the common areas and trash-rooms are cleaned regularly. The concierge’s are welcoming. The shuttle service is an added value. The drivers provide a safe and comfortable community too and from NJ/NYC. The Modern social events are well organized. These events offer a the opportunity to network with neighbors or a community space to enjoy refreshments with love ones outside of apartment. Living in the Modern is a great comparable value.

As a good looking, for my years, widow, with a loved fur child some handicaps, I did much searching, to see if Modern romaines the best life choice, for me. Definitely, I found it is the top of possibilities. Real estate agents could not show better, nor could my own search. The Modern offers close to as much amenities as a service hotel. Superbly kind management * Pepe’s Gold Coast offer types of help, including apartment safety cleaning, privately needed installation repairs much more. Also, the kind, diligent management team, our door people security guards help help more enabling all residents, including seniors handicapped, to b safe.

Good overall experience hope the construction outside wraps up quicker, it’s been a few month since it first started. Also for a studio I hope noise canceling is better for a rent like this.

I used to love staying at The Modern. While the price was high, the service and experience were exceptional. Unfortunately, things have changed. The personal touch and kindness that set The Modern apart have been replaced by a corporate approach. (I still love the concierge, mailroom, cleaning, and repair staff—they are wonderful.) Interactions with the office staff lack warmth. Recently, I received a violation sticker on my car for a temporary license plate. Lawyer fees were charged due to a sensitive neighbor. Moreover, there was a sudden $500 rent increase overnight for long-term residents. This change has been unsettling. (with no leniency. )While I might sound like an angry resident, this sentiment is shared by friends who have lived here for over five years. I am not saying this to bring the community down but to express my sadness over the changes in a place I once loved. I will consider leaving once my next lease term is over if things do not improve.

Best apartment in the area! The staffs, concierge, leasing team, they are all nice and friendly. Great amenities and always clean! There is nothing to complain.

I've had the pleasure of residing in this modern apartment for a year plus now, and I must say, it has been an exceptional experience. The building offers a range of top-notch amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a sparkling swimming pool, and a stylish lounge area. There's also a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the city, perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests.

After living at The Modern in Fort Lee for over two years now, our experience has been good overall. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is kept clean and well maintained. The package room, Amazon Locker on premise, and in-building dry cleaning pickup and drop off are great! The only issue that we have experienced are with the elevators - during our stay they have been either completely or partially unavailable a handful of times. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it poses a huge inconvenience to the residents.

I absolutely love living in this apartment building! The staff, especially Tatiana, are truly amazing. They are always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure all residents are taken care of. The building itself is well-maintained, clean, and secure. The neighbor is very safe and convenient The building staffs in leasing office , front desk and all other staffs are very nice . Amenities in the building are excellent including outdoor pool , gym, studio, and massage chairs.

Such a beautiful / clean building. Great area. Wonderful, kind and attentive staff! Always on top of everything. Pet friendly. Right by the bridge so great for commuters. Also walking distance from a lot.

The management team is what sets this building apart from all the rest! Amenities are great, everything is update and any issues are addressed right away. The only challenge is the fort less traffic but being just one light from the GWB mitigates that.

The morning sunrises on the corner unit absolutely makes the day and automatic fabulous beginning of the day. So happy with the unit. Joe from the office and Sean are just have become like long lost cousins. They are the most friendly people ever. The workers are so amazing as well

The staffs are all kind and professional. The parkings are a bit inconvenient since we have to go up and down to get my apartment. And layout of the unit should have been done and could have been done a lot better.
