The rent is idea if it’s your only option. The apartments are roach infested, including appliances. My husband has treated the apartment several times, and it hasn’t affected the roaches at all. The apartment is not appealing inside or outside. Patios are trashed. He rented here due to an emergency situation; was told I would be getting a renovated unit, and that was not true. End of lease can’t come soon enough.
Just recently moved here and regardless of the horrible reviews I read I love this place and the office staff is wonderful. Quiet and friendly apartment complex I haven’t had any issues since moving.

The management here does not care if you're living in a mold filled apartment that smells like dog urine from the previous tenants. They told me they'd have it fixed 2 months ago and haven't heard from them since. The manager acts like my worries don't matter and how she doesn't see a problem in the smell and mold just happens. Mold is not an ok thing especially when I have 2 kids! I've had to try and deal with it myself for the time being. Way overpriced for mold and a careless staff. Very unhappy living here. I would not recommend to anyone. Completely false advertising. They have no planned events, the pool was only open for one month out of the summer in 2017. The buildings are infested with roaches and they don't tend to it properly. Instead they are having pest control come less. I pay for pest control plus my own bug spray. I would never tell someone to rent from this complex

I went 3 weeks and 2 days with no a.c. they refused to fix it. After a week of being told daily "o it's fixed" & to come home to heat, I had to be late to work and wait outside office which they were beyond late to open. The one maintenance guy left was walking toward office & nice enough to hear my complaint and put a "window unit". It kept turning off & making my power go out. I called daily to ask to fix a.c. after a week of no a.c. with the "window unit" my light bill was $50 in a small 1 bedroom. I called to ask how long would be to replace or fix unit & no reply, I kept being told tomorrow and then lead to i will call u later. Two more weeks go by and still no ac & rent is about to be due so I ask since my light bill is way higher bc of their "window unit" & I still have no a.c. could they go down on my rent and they said no. I was not about to pay full rent and have no ac and sometimes no power and way higher light bill. My neighbors were super annoying standing at my window yelling and screaming and being loud at all hours with their 4 dogs that were never on a leash. Super ridiculous. I talked to neighbors myself and went to office & nothing. They remained the same. Ridiculous how nothing gets done about anything. Don't waste your time or money. Management needs totally new people who actually want a job and care bc what they have is not working.

You like living with roaches? This is the place for you! Rude management hiding bad reviews by having family members and friends post good ones, people who don't live there. Everytime you open a door or cabinet or even your fridge you'll find a new bug. Try bug bombing. It doesn't work. Nasty place. Old an out dated. Save your time and money an go somewhere else. If I could give it no stars I would :)

The place is infested with Roaches! Not sure how they pass the city inspector!?!?! Major Health and Safety issue! No customer service! The Manager is well aware of the problem and didn't deny it! The only positive reviews trace back to the Managers husband and family!

First things first, the apartments are outdated, disgusting, and covered in insects, secondly there is little to no customer service at all. They will be rude and hang up on you frequently. Thirdly, the water never works and when it does its either hot or freezing, no happy medium. I have lived here for over 6 months and have realized I've made a huge mistake. Save yourself time and trouble and just go somewhere else.

It took them 3 weeks to approve my application..then they wanted an extra 200 because my credit was only 600...they wouldn't even give me an exact apt number or move in date..I told them I declined and lucky she was nice enough to return my deposit and admin fee. Waste of time!

I honestly dont know how this place is even open...they have horrible customer service...no maintenance people...bugs everywhere...they supposbly renovated the place and its like from where...they say that so you can pay for the damages that it already has...they say dont worry we will take care of it...yeah i'll never believe that...if u want to get robbed by the employees and throw away your money...go here.
