I moved into the Monet last month and I couldn't be happier! I leased one of the newly renovated units and although the air conditioner wasn’t working on the first night, they came and fixed it right away the next day. The staff is friendly. I love my new kitchen and hard floors. And I’m looking forward to being so much closer to work!

I lived here for a years and I had them come in my apartment without me knowing and they put a hole in my Wall and they tried to cover it up with duct tape. I'm about to move out and they still haven't fixed it. Have roaches everywhere small ones. They also changed Management, so many times. You don't know who's gonna be in that office. DONT MOVE HERE PLEASE GO FIND SOMETHING BETTER

2 bedroom 2 bath. One of my showers doesn't work, one of my sinks don't work. The pool is green, and I already found a roach in my first 4 days of living here. Believe the reviews this place sucks, and I doubt management even lives here.

Office staff are great and that’s where it stops. These apartments need to be gutted an renovated. The AC is constantly going out, the entire building is roach invested no matter what u do they will come back. The maintenance only cleans around the apartment, the breezeways and porch areas are nasty. Maintenance is a joke. Cabinets, sinks, tubs are all old and molded and they charge entirely too much money for the condition of these apartments.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I’ve been here almost a year and when you have a problem this place will do nothing to help you. My ac was just out for a WEEK and it took 4 days just to bring me a window unit. Now, it is fixed but nothing has been done to compensate all the inconvenience I faced due to poor communication and effort on their part. Not to mention the window unit is still sitting in my living room, they never even came to get it. I spoke to the front office several times about this matter and they say “We will take care of you” but never follow through or even contact you. Can’t wait to leave this place, also due to the constant car alarms going off and my car was keyed 2 weeks after moving in. No security here either, anyone can come and go through the gates.
False advertisement, these apartments are trash and so is the office managers and the property owners. The apartments are infested with roaches every single building is. They have problems with rodents. Will barely fix anything. And the rent is ridiculous for the fact that barely any apartments are renovated. Majority will say renovated and they’ll show you one but that won’t be the one you move into. Just be careful moving here. They’ll take your money , lie in court saying you didn’t pay and then evict you.

Stay away! Poor management, poor maintenance and refusal to renew leases without explanation. Insisting on month to month unwritten lease.
