North Hills East is an extension of Panorama City’s North Hills neighborhood. It lies on the eastern side of the 405 freeway and houses a burgeoning rental market and plenty of amenities for renters. 411 for new tenants

The building is old, no amenities, zero insulation on windows (single pane) & property owners are slow to approve repairs. Max rent raises annually no matter what. Mailbox & car break ins - no security other than cameras that don't show anything. Tenants are nice & support each other.
