The location of the property it’s in ideal area. Close to everything, metro, bars, pike and rose, stores and malls. However the building it self it’s very old. Elevators are constantly not working, pets are not properly taken care of and the small of smoke it’s constantly an issue.

It is way too hot in my apartment. It is over 80 degrees in my unit whenever the temperature outside reaches 60 degrees or higher. There have been several days when it has been 87 degrees as a high inside my unit. I'm miserable and I'm begging for some help but receiving none. I bought a portable air conditioner but it isn't helping because the windows get so hot.

This is an older Building needs work but the new management is working hard to renovate . Lots of improvements necessary and probably coming soon so hopefully things improve here

Love my neighbors. It's very quiet and peaceful on my floor. The staff are attentive and get things done in a timely manner. Everyone is so friendly and kind in the community. I really enjoy living at Arrive North Bethesda

New Property manger is approachable and an issue solver. The loss of 24 hour concierge and no intercom system creates a safety concern. Pet designated elevator(s) should be in place to avoid the inconvenience of pet waste

I've been here for almost 8 years. For the price, it's the best place to live in the area. With all the upgrades,it's made living here and even better experience.

Concierge people are not so friendly. You better have lots of patience with them. Hook to their phones or taking long breaks. Sometimes they don't even help you carry your package to your cart which is park infront of her btw.

I love this apartment building because of all of the amenities it offers; however, it’s a very old building and has huge issues with cooling and heating. I don’t even have to turn my heat on in the wintertime and in the summer, the AC needs to be set high. The building has a system where the AC turns off once the outside temp reaches a certain low degree and it becomes unbearably hot. I’ve seen my thermometer hit 90, meanwhile the lobby is comfortable in its AC, so I’m confused as to why we don’t have the ability to control our unit’s heating and cooling. The building also has issues with mice and cockroaches. I haven’t seen a mouse but have heard from others about them. I’ve seen cockroaches and we keep a really clean apartment. The maintenance team is excellent and comes quickly to fix anything. The staff is extra friendly and throws a great party. The people are really nice and the location is great. We hope to stick around and we also hope these issues resolve.

I recently moved into my new home, and I couldn’t be happier! The space is absolutely amazing – spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. The open layout allows for plenty of natural light, making every room feel warm and inviting. The kitchen is a dream with modern appliances, perfect for cooking and entertaining. Very good, the maintenance is efficient, the security could be improved a little, but overall it is a good experience... I just did a renovation because the uniqueness of the building is excellent!!!

The neighborhood it’s amazing. Metro near by, pike and rose near by with bars, restaurants and movie theaters and places to walk. The building is old though, the gym needs new equipment and some residents do smoke inside the gym area.

The floor plan we were given does not match the apartment we were rented. The fridge was supposed to have an ice maker. Not there. No walkthrough allowed and several things needed fixing. some still not done. Elevator not reserved for move in so movers took longer and move cost us more. Apartment not wired for cable or internet, Xfinity finally got out here and had to run cable from master bedroom - only working connector.

I moved in on August 1st and so far I love it here. Friendly staff, clean environment and walking distance to a lot of great food places. I would highly recommend moving here

There is no service elevator. You have to move in/out using the regular elevator which is not too big. I had to throw away my living room couch cause it won’t fit in the elevator. Everything else has been good so far.

I just moved in, but have had my keys for a week. I've inspected my apartment and found issues. I actually got to see if before I signed the lease and before they cleaned it from the previous tenants and it was filthy, but they got it clean. I then inspected it and found a few issues and let them know. I was told to put in maintenance requests, but it's been 3 days and no one has fixed any of my requests. The elevator has been down for a week at least ( it was down when I picked up my keys). The communication in the office is lacking, but the concierge is helpful. I hope I've made the right choice, but am already uncomfortable.

Not to happy with how their maintenance crew handle problems in my unit. They don't communicate at all and keep your apartment a mess! Maybe the apartment needs to change their contractor

I have had nothing but positive experiences since the day that I moved in. From the leasing office staff, to the concierge staff, to the maintenance team, everyone here is so kind and helpful which really makes this building feel like a community. Ms. India is always so helpful and wonderful at curating a communal environment, Ty is always available to help, Luis and Freddie always make sure my maintenance requests are taken care of promptly, and Ms. Sharon, Porsche, and all of the other people who work at the concierge desk are always nothing but lovely and helpful. I’m blanking on the rest of their names. Please know that I would like to recognize each of them, as their warm welcome is always such a nice way to come home.

Ty was a nice guy and I liked the apartment however had a couple of issues with what was offered. First was how narrow and small a lot of things were, Then the fact that you would have no control over your utility bill, And finally, the price tag was higher than I saw for larger apartments. It’s just not realistic..

The location of the building it’s great. Everything is close by. The building it self it’s very old though and outdated. Gym is very outdated and other areas too. There are roaches everywhere. Also, the leasing office is no help and beware of fees they are assessing.

It was a nice apartment before we saw the mice and roaches are crawling in our apt unit. And we talked to one of the employees in the office about this and asked some questions. She doesnt know how to answer to it so we have to wait till Monday and ask the other person. Meanwhile we saw the mouse again. So we had to go to target to buy the traps. How nice.

Move in was rough and we had to get cleaners to come in twice because they didn’t clean enough before we moved in. Also, we never got fobs for the doors. Once corrected, our place is coming together now but these things should’ve been done a while ago.

Wonderful home, wonderful office team, responsive. especially the concierges and Idyllia. Staff is very pet friendly; the Country Yard has a special enclosure for walking dogs in inclement weather. This is very convenient for dog owners! All the best to everyone!
