Property Ratings at The Montgomery
Beware of black mold. Multiple reviews on different sites about black mold and nothing being done. Residents should have mold tested and air quality tested. It can not be okay for managment to not do anything, but they have had 3 managers in ONE year! They could be putting people's health at risk. Unfortunately everyone pays so much it's sad to see them slack on living conditions. The door leading into the lobby of multiple businesses and the apartments has not been fixed for weeks. This is a safety concern. We have had homeless people come into the building and camp out in the bathrooms because those doors are unlocked.

We take these reviews and any such issues ever brought to our attention very seriously. We will always be sure to act and resolve any such issues, as well as provide preventative maintenance. We ask that you reach out to a team member to further discuss this. Thank you.
This is place has a great community feel, apartment feels really open because of the exposed ceilings, 24 hour staff, limited access doors, this place is truly a home!
We have lived here for almost 3 years. The building is interesting with it’s history as a department store. It is also wonderfully renovated and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The management team (Luke and Lola) is very concerned about tenants and very professional and helpful. We initially planned to buy a home and thought apartment living would be temporary. However the location is great, the benefits many. I would not want to live anywhere else!!
What an awesome place. The staff are wonderful and attentive. Luke and Lola make the BEST management team around, friendly and always available for questions and looking out for the residents needs and improving the property. Great job and looking forward to another great year, calling the Montgomery home. Anyone looking for a great place to live downtown stop by for a tour!!

I have had the pleasure of living at The Montgomery and I must say, top notch service. I absolutely love my apartment home. The location, the size and the quality are above the norm and I would recommend living here to my friends and colleges. I never have to worry about the building being clean, or smelling awful. I love the parking situation and there is so much convenience living downtown. The staff has been amazing. Lola and Luke are wonderful and have been quit helpful from the very beginning! Moving can be very stressful, and they along with their concierge folks, really made me feel at home here. I hope I never have to move!! Thank you guys!

We moved her 3 yrs ago and had never lived in an apartment. When we were looking for a place here in Oklahoma we decided to try apartment living. We wanted downtown because my husband wanted walking distance to work. We looked at several properties and when we saw The Montgomery we knew this was what we wanted for our new home. The people that work here are friendly and very professional. If we have a problem they are quick to get it resolved. They genuinely care about there tenants. Luke and Lola know us all by names and all ways make us feel like family. They go out of their way to have monthly gatherings for the residents which gives us all a chance to hang out and visit and meet new tenants. We feel safe and we have a very good repor with our neighbors. Everybody is nice and gets along I am so happy that we chose to live at The Montgomery it totally feels like home. Anyone who is looking for a great place to live should come and check out The Montgomery.

We are so thankful that you enjoy living here at The Montgomery because were thankful for all of our wonderful residents! Thank you again for the great words and thank you for calling The Montgomery your home!
We really enjoy the high ceilings and the apartment has plenty of room. The 24 hour concierge is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of stuff to do downtown. The Montgomery (remodeled Art Deco Montgomery Ward building built in 1929) is and the corner of Downtown, Film Row and the Arts District.
Our move to our new apartment is a big change for my husband and I. Our children are grown, and we sold our house and downsized. We moved from a quiet neighborhood to downtown OKC. Now we are living in a beautiful Art Deco building with a great history that has been restored as apartments. We have a great view and wonderful amenities. The building is very safe and parking is easy. The staff are amazing and really care about the residents. The location is close to local events, restaurants, museums, and other activities. We have had a great experience moving to OKC and that is because we were so lucky to find The Montgomery!
